Abstract

This study examines the effect of organizational culture and leadership style transformational role moderating influence on the performance of teachers work motivation. Population and sample is an elementary school teacher in Dabin V Ulujami the District Pemalang. From a population of 136 teachers, all members of the population used as a sample with saturated sampling technique. The research data is primary data obtained directly from the respondents to the questionnaire. The research method using SPSS for Windows version 21. The method of data analysis using Moderation Regression Analysis (MRA) type quasi moderator. From the test data and analysis conducted this study provide empirical evidence as follows: (1) work motivation positive effect on teacher performance; (2) Cultural organizations do not affect the performance of teachers; (3) The positive effect of transformational leadership style on teacher performance; (4) strengthen the influence of organizational culture motivation to work on teacher performance: (5) transformational leadership style weaken the influence of motivation to work on teacher performance. Theoretical implications, and recommendations for future research are also discussed in the final part in this study.Keywords: Work Motivation, Organizational Culture, Transformational Leadership Style and Performance Teachers

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of labor discipline and competence ofteachers on teacher performance in MTs Sekecamatan Winong moderated Pati regencywith the work environment. The specific objectives of this study was to examine the effectof labor discipline and competence of teachers on teacher performance are moderated bythe role of the working environment. The usefulness of this study is to clarify and extendprevious research on the effect of labor discipline and competence of teachers on teacherperformance are moderated working environment.This study used a population of teachers in MTs Sekecamatan Winong Patiregency much as 173 teachers. Sampling techniques in this research is proportional to thepurposive sampling method.Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows labor disciplineeffect on the performance of teachers, teacher competence has no effect on theperformance of the teacher, the work environment affect the performance of teachers,working environment weaken labor discipline relation to the performance, and the workenvironment does not affect the relationship of teacher competence on performance.Keywords: work discipline, teacher competence, work environment, the performance of teachers.

Abstract

This study investigated the Competence Effects on Performance and Intrinsic Motivation Teacher job satisfaction Mediated of Junior High School Teacher Comal District of Pemalang. The specific objectives of the study is to examine and analyze how the Influence of Competence and Performance Intrinsic Motivation  for Teacher Junior High School in the District Pemalang Comal. The usefulness of this study describes and expands previous research on the Competence and Intrinsic Motivation Effect on Teacher Performance. The population in this study PNS teachers SMP Comal District of Pemalang totaling 132 people from 5 Junior High School. In this study used primary data obtained by questionnaire. This research was condutected by distributing questionnaires in the form of limited questioning respondents. The research method uses quantitative data and analysis to statistical program SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science). The data analysis method used was linear regression to test the effect of mediation. The results showed that the competence of positive and significant impact on job satisfaction of teacher. Intrinsic motivation positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. Competence positive and significant impact on teacher performance. Intrinsic motivation does not affect the perfomance of teachers. Job satisfaction does not mediates the influence of competence on teacher perfomance. Job satisfaction mediates the influence of intrinsic motivation on teacher perfomance.Keywords: Competence, Intrinsic Motivation, Job Satisfaction and Mediation

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of intrinsic motivation and ProfessionalCompetence on the performance of teachers in Winong Islamic Junior High School Patiregency moderated with organizational culture. The specific objectives of this study wasto examine the effect of intrinsic motivation and professional competence on theperformance of teachers who are moderated by the role of organizational culture. Theusefulness of this study is to clarify and extend previous research on the effect of intrinsicmotivation and professional competence on the performance of teachers who moderatedthe organizational culture.This study used a population of teachers in Winong Islamic Junior High SchoolPati regency much as 173 teachers. Sampling techniques in this study is non probabiltysampling with proporsional sampling method. The method used in this research is multipleregression with difference quasi moderation.Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows intrinsicmotivation does not affect the performance of teachers, professional competence has apositive and significant affect the performance of the teacher, organizational culture has apositive and significant affect the performance of the teacher, the influence of intrinsicmotivation on teacher performance does not moderated by organizational culture, and theinfluence of professional competence on performance teachers does not moderated byorganizational culture.Keywords: intrinsic motivation , professional competence, organizational culture, performance teacher and moderation

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of transformational leadership andmotivation to work on the performance of teachers in MTs Sekecamatan Winong Patiregency with school climate moderated. The specific objectives of this study was toexamine the effect of transformational leadership and motivation to work on teacherperformance that dmoderasi by climatic role. The usefulness of this study is to clarify andextend previous research on the effect of transformational leadership and motivation towork on teacher performance are moderated school climate.This study used a population of teachers in MTs Sekecamatan Winong Patiregency much as 121 teachers. Sampling techniques in this study is nonprobabilitysampling with purposive sampling method. Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows: transformationalleadership influence on teacher performance, motivation does not affect the performanceof teachers, school climate affect the performance of the teacher, the influence oftransformational leadership on teacher performance is moderated by school climate, andthe effect on the performance of teachers' work motivation is not moderated by schoolclimate.Keywords: transformational leadership, motivation, school climate, teacher performance.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Website memegang peranan penting bagi perguruan tinggi sebagai media berkomunikasi dengan stake holder. Fitur E-CRM menjadi salah satu komponen penting pada web site sebagai sarana untuk menarik, meningkatkan, dan menjaga hubungan dengan stake holder. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah website perguruan tinggi (Universitas) yang ada di Jawa tengah, yaitu sebanyak 50. Data dikumpulkan dengan menganalisis website yang ada untuk melihat sejauh mana fitur e-crm diterapkan. Hasil pengamatan kemudian dilakukan tabulasi untuk melihat persentase serta rating penggunaan fitur e-crm. Hasil penelitian adalah : Terdapat 29 macam fitur E-CRM yang digunakan pada website perguruan tinggi. Fitur yang paling banyak digunakan adalah Site Customizing, fitur yang masuk peringkat kedua adalah About Company / Company Profile On Site dan Telephone, sedangkan fitur yang masuk peringkat ketiga adalah Find University, Postal Address, E-Mail, Fax. Banyaknya perguruan tinggi yang menggunakan lebih dari 50% fitur E-CRM sebanyak 19,15%.

Sales mechanisms that occur in Nine Studio currently still use a brochure that contains photos of goods and pamphlets in selling goods. Sales mechanism using brochures and pamphlets are still less than the maximum because of lack of information given about the detail of the goods offered, the sale of blogs also felt the customer is not good because the blog can not do transaction sales of goods and blogs Nine Studio currently only displays store information, address, and Nine Studio phone number only. Nine Studio sales process is still using conventional system that is customer who want to buy and find out new stuff from Nine Studio directly come to Nine Studio to find and choose goods to be purchased. Abstract

AbstrakSalma Rent Car Jepara merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pemesanan mobil yang beralamat di Jepara. Sistem pemesanan mobil yang sedang berjalan di Salma Rent Car Jepara yaitu pelanggan melakukan pemesanan mobil melalui telepon atau datang langsung ke Salma Rent Car Jepara kemudian pihak Salma Rent Car Jepara akan mengecek ketersediaan mobil dari buku pemesanan mobil secara manual. Abstract

Abstract - Brizky Boutique is one of business providing women fashion, bag and wallet. Based on the observation, Brizky Boutique faces several challenges in terms of marketing, sales report and long distance purchase and payment. Those become the background of designing and implementing online web-based commerce for  Brizky Boutique in Semarang. The objective of this project is to improve marketing, manage sales reports, and improve online purchase and payment.Brizky Boutique web-based E-commerce application is developed using web-based software development methods. Consists of several steps on System Development Life Cycle i.g. planning, designing, analytics, development, implementation and testing. This SDLC model give robust system since it is well-planned and analyzed before the implementation. The objective of e-commerce application for Brizky Boutiqe specifically to facilitate consumers in terms of informations about prices, products, purchase and transaction on Brizky Boutique virtually which can be accessed through various media. Keywords: Website, e-commerce, SDLC, PHP and MySqlAbstrakButik Brizky adalah suatu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang penjualan busana wanita, tas maupun dompet. Pada saat observasi ke Butik Brizky, Butik Brizky mengalami beberapa masalah diantaranya yaitu kesulitan memasarkan produk, kesulitan pengolahan laporan penjualan serta kesulitan dalam proses pembelian dan pembayaran dengan pelanggan yang jauh. Permasalahan inilah yang melatarbelakangi perancangan dan implementasi toko online (e-commerce) busana wanita berbasis web pada Butik Brizky Semarang, dengan tujuan untuk memudahkan pemasaran produk, mempermudah pengelolaan laporan, serta mempermudah konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian dan pembayaran.Aplikasi e-commerce Butik Brizky merupakan aplikasi berbasis web yang dibuat dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak berbasis web. Pengembangan aplikasi e-commerce Butik Brizky menggunakan beberapa tahap sesuai dengan langkah-langkah yang ada pada pembangunan perangkat lunak model SDLC (System Development Life Cycle), diantaranya yaitu tahap perencanaan, desain, analisa, pengembangan, implementasi dan testing.
