Abstract

One of the growing areas of Banda Aceh city as a public space is the coast of the Ulee Lheue beach. This corresponds with the Spatial Plan of Banda Aceh city in 2009-2029 clauses 58, which are: wheres explained that development of tourists area and public spaces directed to the former area of normalization of Krueng Aceh (Pante Riek and Lambhuk) and Ulee Lheue. This research aims to review the utilization of Ulee Lheue coast as public space and the optimization of the arrangement. The research method used is a descriptive method with mixed method approach. Data collections are done by observation, questionnaire, and interview. A sample selected with random sampling technique based on Slovin equation. Questionnaire uses a Likert scale. Validity and reliability test are used Microsoft Excel. Then conduct SWOT analysis. The results of the research show that Coastal of Ulee Lheu beach has a strategic role in shaping the face of tourism city of Banda Aceh city but still not managed optimally. Improvement of Ulee Lheue coastal function can be done by rearranging the physical area and its management by complete supporting facilities and infrastructure and also disciplinary maintenance so in accordance with its designation as tourism area and public space.

Abstract

Green Open Space (RTH) in urban areas has value for the needs and needs of parks and recreation. The allocation of twenty percent of public green open space from the urban area of Sigli City as stipulated in the Pidie Regency Qanun Number 5 of 2014 concerning the Pidie Regency Spatial Plan for 2014-2034 has not yet been achieved. This study aims to examine the factors that influence land acquisition and how land acquisition models are appropriate for public green space in the city of Sigli. This research uses quantitative methods. The data obtained in the form of ordinal data and nominal dichotomos. The data was analyzed by logistic regression methods and Focused Group Discussion (FGD). The model of the logistic regression equation formed is: "Ln" ("p" / "1-p") "= -8,407 + 0,894" "X" _ "1" "+ 2,192" "X" _ "2" "+ 0,346" "X" _ "3" "+ 0.712" "X" _ "4" + "0.144" "X" _ "5" - "1,072" "X" _6- "0.526" "X" _ "7" The results of logistic regression analysis obtained two factors that most influence on land acquisition for green space in the city of Sigli, namely the SKPK (X2) program and local wisdom (X6). Factors influencing the results of the logistic regression analysis are then discussed in the FGD. The FGD came to the conclusion that the land acquisition strategy for green space in the City of Sigli cannot rely solely on the budget on the SKPK program. Land acquisition for green space can also be done using village funds and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) funds.

Abstract

Better capabilities of a vehicle (higher speeds, larger payloads) allows freight operators to perform "transport efficiency" (carrying goods as much as possible in one way that will provide benefits). This problem affects the cumulative equivalent standard axle (CESA) plan, which will experience a shift (Plans of CESA are reached before the service Period of the construction ends). The study is located on the eastern route of Aceh Province, especially on Lambaro-Pidie border. The purpose of this research was to know the relation of vehicle load with time, how to design pavement age and residual CESA value, in the service lifespan (time) of construction (10 years). The data used in this study was secondary data obtained from relevant agencies. The method used in this research was descriptive by doing comparison analysis to the relationship that happened. The data analysis and simulation were conducted in 3 scenarios, where Scenario 1 refers to the design data, Scenario 2 refers to the actual average daily traffic and the standard axle, and Scenario 3 refers to the actual LHR and actual axle load (Weigh in measurement results Motion-WIM). From the results of this study, it is known to simulate vehicle loads with time, Scenario 1 is y = 1,0794x - 2171,3, Scenario 2 y = 0,4935x2 - 1987,9x + 2E+06, and Scenario 3 y = 0,8605x2 - 3466,3x + 3E+06. The result of simulation lifespan of pavement design and CESA value, it is known that pavement design lifespan has decreased on average by 3.5 years, and CESA residual value is 42,138,92 thousand ESA.

Abstract

Aceh was hit by Tsunami in 2004 and was beginning to rebuild and rise from adversity especially in terms of building construction. But there are many constructed houses during the reconstruction project that does not suit the societal need and uninhabitable. The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the implemented construction planning process whether it was considering the societal expectations and participation. This study also investigates the societal representation whether it was represented by all society groups and identifies how to optimize the construction planning process. This research uses semi-qualitative and quantitative methods. This study was conducted in Lhoknga sub-district of Aceh Besar Regency, involving 4 (four) villages and 95 respondents. The data was collected using questionnaires and interviews. The used research instruments are questionnaires and interview sheets that have been tested in terms of validity and reliability. The results show the construction planning process in Lhoknga sub-district of Aceh Besar Regency. This study suggested that the planning process in the sub-district level was not carried properly. Society participation in construction planning was low (58.95%).

Abstract

Transport aims to provide the public with a service of mobility or mobility that is affordable to purchase and creates a condition of transportation services that is safe, convenient, fast, smooth, orderly, reliable and competitive, sea transport plays an important role in every activity, indeed are in the waters. This study aims to analyze the characteristics of users of fast and slow ship transportation services, analyze the ability to pay (ATP) based on the allocation of income. From the research results obtained Ability To Pay (ATP) fast ship of Rp. 42.284, - with an ideal rate of Rp. 56,367, - and still require subsidy of Rp. 37.716, - while for aboard slow ship Ability To Pay (ATP) of Rp. 16.660, - with an ideal rate of Rp. 22,995, - and still require a subsidy Rp. 10,340,- When compared to tariffs, all respondents (100%) of ATP values are well below the official tariff rates. The value of ATP obtained is lower than the official tariff required for subsidies, for fast vessels and slow vessels it is not possible to increase tariff rates. Average value / mean level of fast ship service including good category and for slow ship enter very good service category

Abstract

Meningkatnya pertumbuhan penduduk di Kota Banda Aceh mempengaruhi permintaan kebutuhan perumahan. Fenomena ini membuka peluang untuk berinvestasi dalam pembangunan perumahan. Kecamatan Meuraxa merupakan salah satu kecamatan yang memiliki jumlah perumahan terencana terbanyak di Kota Banda Aceh dengan total jumlah 47 perumahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor utama yang mempengaruhi developer dalam pemilihan lokasi perumahan terencana di Kecamatan Meuraxa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis skoring. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor utama penentu lokasi pembangunan perumahan yang dibangun oleh developer perumahan di Kecamatan Meuraxa adalah faktor ekonomi dengan skor 90,78% (memperhatikan kemampuan daya beli masyarakat dengan skor 95% dan harga lahan yang murah dengan skor 91,5%.), kemudian faktor fisik dengan skor 86,09%, faktor kebijakan dengan skor 80%, dan yang paling rendah faktor sosial kependudukan dengan skor 70,31%.

Abstract

Aside caused by an increase in the community's need for vehicle transportation facilities, road damage can also be caused by the condition of the soil base, unstable pavement and weathering of the soil surface. Immediate handling this situation is needed to prevent complexity due to road damage. The aimed of this study was to identify the relationship between the level of road damage and the cost of damage repair. This research was conducted on the 3.5 km at Keuniree-Simpang Sanggeu road which is divided into 7 segments. Primary data were selected by actual field surveys which are geometric data and the level of road damage. While the estimated repair costs were obtained from the area of road damage multiplied by the unit price of the work. A linear and non-linear regression analysis was used to analyze the relationship between independent (road demage) and dependen (cost of estimate demage repair) variables. The results showed that from the five models of linear and non-linear regression analysis (logarithmic, quadratic, cubic, and exponential), it was known that the level of road damage was significantly correlated to coat of damage repair (p=0.001). Based on the results of SEE and RMS can be known that the cubic regression model is the best mathematical equation in estimating repair costs (R=0,997) with the equation . This shows that the higher the road damage, the lower the repair costs and the lower the road damage, the higher cost is needed.
