Abstract

Simpang Tujuh Ulee Kareng merupakan persimpangan dengan jumlah pertemuan ruas jalan yang paling banyak di Kota Banda Aceh tanpa adanya pengaturan lalu lintas, sehingga mengakibatkan terjadi tundaan dan kemacetan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat sebuah rekayasa lalu lintas dari simpang tak bersinyal menjadi persimpangan dengan bundaran. Data volume lalu lintas diambil dengan bantuan kamera video dan data kecepatan diambil dengan alat bantu speed gun. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah data geometrik jalan, volume lalu lintas dan kecepatan setempat. Data awal yang digunakan untuk adalah volume jam puncak (VJP) dari volume yang diamati dan kemudian disimulasikan ke software VISSIM 6.00-22 dengan tipe bundaran R10-22. Kapasitas terbesar di ruas jalinan yaitu 6629 kend/jam. Arus bagian jalinan terbesar di ruas jalinan AB yaitu 3184 kend/jam. Tundaan terbesar di ruas jalinan AB yaitu 2,30 detik/kendaraan. Untuk Derajat Kejenuhan (DS) didapat dari perbandingan arus bagian jalinan dengan kapasitas. DS  terbesar di ruas jalinan AB yaitu 0,50 dan Peluang Antrian terbesar dari pembacaan grafik MKJI adalah 6%-13,5%.

Abstract

The pedestrians’ sidewalk is part of the transportation infrastructure in the city that has a role and function in providing service and convenience to the citizen. One of the cities that actively build pedestrian sidewalks is Banda Aceh. There were some problems in the sidewalk; the up and down sidewalk, slippery surface, high ramp, and many other obstacles. Thus, this research aimed to measure the pedestrians' satisfaction in three streets in Pasar Aceh, namely Chik Pante Kulu street,  K.H. Dahlan street, and Diponegoro street, by using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The analysis result indicated that most pedestrians’ sidewalk facilities need to prioritize their performance improvement. It was concluded from the sidewalk performance in the three streets evaluation. The dominant average value is "poor" and "moderate." Based on the gap value,  The five variables in Tgk. Chik Pante Kulu Street and the three variables in K.H. Dahlan Street were positive. However, it did not describe that the pedestrians’ sidewalk was good because the respondents considered the variable less important. Thus, the value of importance in the variable is lower than its performance value. The performance of the pedestrians’ sidewalks in the variable was "poor" and "moderate" (it did not include in the "good" category). The average index value of  Customer Satisfaction was 60% on the three pedestrians’ sidewalks, indicating that Customer Satisfaction was low and improvement was necessary for the future.

Abstract

Sri Ratu Safiatuddin Street is one of the central areas of trade and culinary tourism in the city of Banda Aceh. The activities on this road vary, causing overcrowding and disruption to the performance of public facilities, including the pedestrian paths. The dysfunctional and dilapidated pedestrian path facilities cause pedestrians unable to fully utilize these facilities. Ideally, the existence of good and acceptable pedestrian path facilities can protect pedestrians from danger when concurrently using the street with other modes of transportation. Based on the above problems, this study aims to examine the conditions of the existing pedestrian path facilities on Sri Ratu Safiatuddin Street in order to meet the standards set by the Ministry of PUPR in the Guidelines for Technical Planning of Pedestrian Facilities Number 02/ SE/M/2018, divided into three aspects, namely safety, health, and environment. The data analysis method used is a quantitative method with quantitative descriptive analysis tools, which is to compare the standard criteria of technical planning guidelines for pedestrian facilities with the real conditions. The peak time for volume of pedestrians the highest was 105 pedestrians/15 minutes, the highest volume of pedestrians was 66 pedestrians/hour and the highest volume of two-way traffic was 1787 vehicles/hour. For the value of PV² = 1,5 x 108, P = 61,25 (pedestrians/hour), V = 1607 (vehicles/hour) and an average speed of 40 km/hour, a crossing recommendation is obtained in the form of a zebra crossing. The results obtained were the condition of the existing pedestrian lane facilities on Jalan Sri Ratu Safiatuddin, which showed a value of 44,02% of the facilities that had met the standard.

Abstract

The roadway geometric designing must consider as optimal as possible time spent in designing and building a road. This study aims to determine the results of road geometric design using manual calculation methods and calculations by using AutoCAD Civil 3D Student Version 2016 with a case study of St. Mandeh STA 30 + 000 - STA 37 + 000. The design scope consists of horizontal alignment design, superelevation, and vertical alignment. The method used by reference standard of AASHTO 2011, and for criteria design used by Bina Marga 1997 standard. The results of the horizontal alignment design, obtained 6 SCS curves, 3 FC curves, and 5 SS curves. The manual calculation results are the same as the results of AutoCAD Civil 3D calculations for FC curves and SCS curves. For the SS curve, the result difference is 0.2 m. AutoCAD Civil 3D only calculates the superelevation of FC curve and SCS curve, then the calculation of SS curve have done by manual design. In the vertical alignment design there were 4 crest vertical curves and 3 sag vertical curves with a slope of 0.02% - 5.23% approprite the maximum slope requirement of 11%. The length of crest and sag vertical curve Lv approprite the K value requirement for stopping visibility and preceding visibility

Abstract

Abstract AKDP movement has been declining lately based on an interview survey conducted on AKDP operators that it can be seen that the number of people using L-300 cars is on average above 5 passengers and the average does not meet the available passenger seats of 11 to 16 seats . The current condition shows that people tend to use private transportation / cars compared to public transportation. Judging from the condition of the AKPD in Aceh today many people use private vehicles to make movements. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of AKDP transport in Aceh Province using the load factor approach. The method used is the Directorate General of Land Transportation method in 2002 and refers to the Decree of Dirjendat No. 274, 1996. Data collection was carried out by means of a static survey using the interview method. From the calculation results it can be seen that the load factor of the regular operating AKDP is 64.55%. This reflects that the level of service is still in good condition ie on regular routes totaling 44 routes, while the total number of routes is 321 which operates irregularly. By not operating 277 routes on a regular basis it can be seen that people tend to use private vehicles when traveling. Keywords: AKDP; Public Transport Performance; Minibus; Load Factor __________________________ Abstrak Pergerakan AKDP Akhir-akhir ini semakin menurun berdasarkan survei wawancara yang telah dilakukan terhadap operator AKDP bahwa dapat diketahui jumlah yang menggunakan mobil L-300 rata-rata di atas 5 penumpang dan rata-rata tidak memenuhi kursi penumpang yang tersedia yaitu 11 sampai dengan 16 seat. Kondisi saat ini, menunjukkan masyarakat cenderung menggunakan angkutan pribadi/ mobil dibandingkan dengan angkutan umum. Dilihat dari kondisi AKPD di Aceh saat ini banyak masyarakat menggunakan kendaraan pribadi dalam melakukan pergerakan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui kinerja angkutan AKDP di Provinsi Aceh dengan pendekatan load factor. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Ditjen Perhubungan Darat tahun 2002 dan mengacu pada SK Dirjendat No. 274, 1996. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara survei statis dengan metode wawancara. Dari hasil perhitungan dapat diketahui nilai load factor AKDP yang beroperasi reguler adalah 64,55 %. Ini mencerminkan bahwa tingkat pelayanan masih dalam keadaan baik, yaitu pada trayek reguler yang berjumlah 44 trayek, sedangkan jumlah trayek seluruhnya adalah 321 yang beroperasi tidak reguler. Dengan tidak beroperasinya 277 trayek secara reguler dapat diketahui bahwa masyarakat cenderung menggunakan kendaraan pribadi dalam berpergian. Abstract

This study aims to measure the values of passenger car unit (PCU) at a four-legged roundabout based on the time occupancy data in complex traffic operation. Within mixed traffic, the PCUs are needed as a equivalency factor to convert various type of vehicles to a standard unit. The unit of PCU was used to determine capacity and level of service of specific the traffic condition. The composition of vehicles going through the intersection,  mostly varies and each type of vehicles tends to have diverse effects on capacity and level of services. Consequently, a conversion factor from various vehicles to a standard vehicle is required.   The data of this study was collected using a drone at the investigated roundabout at one of the major roundabouts in Aceh Besar, Aceh province, Indonesia. The method used was the vehicle's time occupancy, in which  calculated from  the average time required by each vehicle to pass through the roundabout area. The results show that the PCU values obtained is 0.16 for motorcycle, 0.59 for rickshaw, 1.07 for pickup, 1.91 for a medium vehicle, and 3.76 for the heavy vehicle. These results should be utilized for converting various type of vehicles into PCUs to estimate capacity and level of services, especially at the roundabout trafict. This results may be suitable to revise the Indonesian Traffic Code, named Indonesian Highway Capacity Manual 1997, and useful for ongoing national-level efforts to upgrade the  Indonesian Highway Capacity Manual.

Abstract

The December 2004 earthquake and tsunami in Aceh still have an impact on buildings. The Korem 012/TU Mess Building Ujong Karang Meulaboh, Aceh Province is one of the buildings affected. Structural strengthening is required by comparing the strength of the existing building with the strength of the planned building. The structural strengthening method used in this research is the concrete jacketing construction method. This study aims to evaluate and compare how much the column capacity, internal force and floor deviation before and after the column is reinforced with the concrete jacketing method. There were several loads assigned to the structure, i.e., dead, live, wind, and earthquake loads. As for the analysis, the load combinations were considered. The research method used is the graphical and tabular analysis method analyzed using SAP2000 Version 22 software by making 2 existing models and plans, the reinforcement system is carried out on the 1st floor columns totaling 14 columns. This research resulted in the maximum moment, maximum shear force, and maximum axial force before and after the columns were reinforced with a percentage increase of 31%, 23%, 35% respectively. The maximum deviation between floors in the "Y" direction that occurred in the columns before reinforcement was 9.686 mm. From the analysis, it can be seen that the column capacity after strengthening with jacketing method is 3257.30 kN compared to 1299.54 kN before strengthening, so there is a difference of 1957.76 kN increase in column capacity.

Abstract

Abstract: BPKP intersection is located in Banda Aceh City. This intersection was modified from three approaches between T.P. Nyak Makam Street and T. Iskandar Street, to be four approaches intersection.  The new approaches is connected T.P. Nyak Makam Street to B. Aceh – Medan National road after finishing Santan Bridge. The objective of this study is to analyze the performance of four approaches junction with traffic signal. Video Camera was installed in the data collection then analyze with Indonesian Highway Capacity Manual (IHCM, 1997) and the result would be come out in graphs and tables. The result showed that at peak hour and the highest flow are from the North approaceh, South approaches, east approach, and West approache consecutively; 810 pcu/hour, 571 pcu/hour, 797 pcu/hour, and 870 pcu/hour. Meanwhile the capacity for the existing condtion for those four approaches are consecutively; 596 pcu/hr, 766 pcu/hr, 770 pcu/hr, and 557 pcu/hr. From these data of the existing condition then can be found that the average degree of saturation (DS) is 1,18 and average delay is 402,6 sec/pcu, with cyclus time 89 second. After adjusting the geometric of junction, the performance is getting better with increase in capacity all approaches namely; the North approaceh tobe 1093 pcu/hr, South approaches 771 pcu/hr, East approach 1076 pcu/hr, and West approache 1174 pcu/hr. The average DS for all approach become lower to 0,74, and the average delays to be 24,4 sec/pcu. After predicting 5 years later with average traffic grouth of 17,5% per year, so DS will be 1,66, it means that need to be evaluated.Keywords : Flow, capacity, degree of saturation, delay, cyclus time.Abstrak: Simpang BPKP terletak di Kota Banda Aceh, sebelumnya merupakan simpang berlengan tiga antara jalan T. P. Nyak Makam dengan jalan T. Iskandar. Setelah dibangunnya Jembatan Santan yang merupakan terusan jalan T. P. Nyak Makam menuju jalan Nasional B. Aceh – Medan di Desa Meunasah Manyang Aceh Besar, maka Simpang BPKP menjadi simpang berlengan empat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa kinerja simpang berlengan empat yang diatur dengan sinyal lalu lintas. Pengumpulan data  dilakukan dengan menggunakan kamera video yang kemudian diolah menggunakan metode MKJI 1997 dan hasil yang didapat dalam bentuk tabel dan grafik. Hasil perhitungan jam puncak dengan arus tertinggi diperoleh pada lengan Utara, Selatan, Timur dan Barat masing-masing sebesar 810 smp/jam, 571 smp/jam, 797 smp/jam dan 870 smp/jam. Nilai kapasitas kondisi eksisting pada lengan Utara, Selatan, Timur dan Barat masing-masing sebesar 596 smp/jam, 766 smp/jam, 770 smp/jam dan 557 smp/jam. Nilai derajat kejenuhan rata-rata pada kondisi eksisting sebesar 1,18. Nilai tundaan rata-rata sebesar 402,6 det/smp. Waktu siklus eksisting yang disesuaikan sebesar 89 detik. Setelah dilakukan analisis dengan perubahan geometrik, kinerja simpang menjadi lebih baik ditandai dengan nilai kapasitas pada lengan Utara, Selatan, Timur dan Barat masing-masing sebesar 1093 smp/jam, 771 smp/jam, 1076 smp/jam dan 1174 smp/jam. Nilai derajat kejenuhan pada lengan Utara, Selatan, Timur dan Barat masing-masing sebesar 0,74. Nilai tundaan rata-rata sebesar 24,4 det/smp. Apabila diprediksi pertumbuhan kendaraan pertahun 17,5 %, maka untuk 5 tahun mendatang diprediksi simpang dengan perubahan geometrik memiliki nilai DS sebesar 1,66 untuk setiap lengan-lengan simpang.Kata kunci : arus lalu lintas, kapasitas, derajat kejenuhan, tundaan, waktu siklus.

Abstract

Abstract: The Government of the city of Banda Aceh did a Fly Over development as a solution addressing the congestion in the area of Simpang Surabaya. At the time of construction of the Fly Over this will certainly occur a narrowing of the road (Bottleneck). The purpose of this research is to visualize the flow of traffic on a narrowing of the street, as well as specifying a benchmark traffic flow Measurement Of Effectiveness (MOEs) using traffic simulation software VISSIM 8.0. This research was conducted on Teungku Chik  Ditiro roads and Teungku Imuem Luengbata roads which is a toll road with traffic conditions disrupted due to Fly Over development work. On the Teungku Chik Ditiro obtained traffic volume amount to 1085 pcu/h, 16.91 km/h speed and travel time of 22 seconds. Next it’s simulated into software VISSIM 8.0 which generate output traffic volume amounted to 791 pcu/h with a deviation 14.4%, speed 16.51 km/h with 0.5% deviation and travel time of 11 seconds with the deviation of 2.8%.  While on the road Imuem Teungku Luengbata obtained traffic volume amounted to 620 pcu/h, 24.98 speed, km/h and travel time of 13 seconds. The results of the simulation, namely traffic volume amounting to 425 pcu/h with a deviation of 11.7%, speed 27.15 km/h with 1.2% deviation and the travel time is 7 seconds with a deviation of 2.1%. Validation is done by comparing the observed data in the field with the simulation results.Keywords : Fly Over, Bottleneck, Simulations, VISSIM 8.0,Abstrak: Pemerintah Kota Banda Aceh melakukan pembangunan Fly Over sebagai solusi mengatasi kemacetan di kawasan Simpang Surabaya. Pada masa pembangunan Fly Over ini tentu akan terjadi penyempitan jalan (Bottleneck). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memvisualisasikan aliran lalu lintas pada penyempitan jalan, serta menentukan tolak ukur aliran lalu lintas Measurement Of Effectiveness (MOEs) dengan menggunakan software simulasi lalu lintas VISSIM 8.0. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada ruas Jalan Tgk Chik Ditiro dan Jalan Tgk Imuem Luengbata yang merupakan ruas jalan dengan kondisi lalu lintas terganggu karena adanya pekerjaan pembangunan Fly Over. Pada Jalan Tgk Chik Ditiro didapat volume lalu lintas sebesar 1085 smp/jam, kecepatan 16,91 km/jam dan waktu perjalanan 22 detik. Selanjutnya disimulasikan ke dalam software VISSIM 8.0 yang menghasilkan output volume lalu lintas sebesar 791 smp/jam dengan deviasi 14,4%, kecepatan 16,51 km/jam dengan deviasi 0,5% dan waktu perjalanan 11 detik dengan deviasi 2,8%. Sedangkan pada Jalan Tgk Imuem Luengbata didapat volume lalu lintas sebesar 620 smp/jam, kecepatan 24,98 km/jam dan waktu perjalanan 13 detik. Hasil simulasi yaitu volume lalu lintas sebesar 425 smp/jam dengan deviasi 11,7%, kecepatan 27,15 km/jam dengan deviasi 1,2% dan waktu perjalanan 7 detik dengan deviasi 2,1%. Validasi dilakukan dengan membandingkan data observasi di lapangan dengan hasil simulasi.Kata kunci : Fly Over, Bottleneck, Simulasi, VISSIM 8.0.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan material getah karet salah satu sumber daya alam yang dapat digunakan untuk penggunaan infrastruktur perkerasan jalan di Indonesia. Seiring berjalannya waktu keawetan dan kemampuan aspal beton semakin berkurang salah satu kasus penyebabnya adalah tumpahan cairan minyak bumi seperti solar, bensini, dan oli yang tumpah dari kendaraan yang melintas hingga dapat mempengaruhi umur rencana. Dari permasalahan tersebut maka dilakukan sebuah penelitian terhadap pengaruh tumpahan produk minyak bumi tersebut. Riset ini dilakukan untuk melihat pengaruh campuran aspal penetrasi 60/70 yang dicampurkan getah karet 7% sebagai bahan aditif dan filler fly ash yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas campuran laston lapis aus (AC-WC). Fly ash menjadi salah satu alternative pengganti filler dengan memanfaatkan hasil limbah batu bara. Pada benda uji dengan perendaman produk minyak bumi terjadi penurunan nilai stabilitas yang sangat signifikan semakin lamanya durasi perendaman maka semakin buruk angka stabilitas yang didapatkan hanya perendaman oli 3 menit yang memenuhi spesifikasi yaitu ≥ 1000 kg. Nilai durabilitas yang diperoleh dari campuran menggunakan aspal penetrasi 60/70 yang disubstitusi 7% getah karet dan dilakukan perendaman dengan oli yaitu ≤ 90% tidak memenuhi persyaratan Bina Marga 2018 revision 2 (2020).
