Abstract

Lumbantobing, Rumanthy. 2023. "The Relationship between the Thread Pulling Technique and the Fine Motor Development of Early Childhood Group A at the Beringin Permai Kindergarten Perumnas Fence Banyan". The aim of this research was to determine the relationship between the thread pulling technique activity and the fine motor development of early childhood group A children aged 4-5 years at the Beringin Permai Perumnas Pagar Beringin Kindergarten. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative research method. The research population was all 25 children at the Beringin Permai Perumnas Pagar Beringin Kindergarten. Data were collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 10 items for variable : 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained by the value rxy = 0.641 > rtable (a=0.05,n=25) = 0.396, thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable X and variable Y. b) Testing a significant relationship obtained a value of tcount= 4.006 > ttable(a=0.05, dk=n-2=23)= 2.069, thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. c) Test the regression coefficient of determination (r2) = 41.1%.2) Influence test: Regression equation test, obtained the regression equation Y ̂="15","57"+0.52X. Thus, Ha is that there is a relationship between the thread pulling technique activity and the fine motor development of early childhood children in group A aged 4-5 years at the Beringin Permai Kindergarten Perumnas Pagar Beringin and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of playing crank on the gross motor development of children aged 5-6 years at the HKBP Tarutung Pembina Kindergarten. The research hypothesis is: "Engklek playing activities influence the gross motor development of children aged 5-6 years in the Tarutung HKBP Pembina Kindergarten". The population is children aged 5-6 years (group B) students at the Tarutung HKBP Pembina Kindergarten, namely 68 students. The research sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique, namely the Bintang class with 34 students as the experimental class and the Bulan class with 34 students as the control class. This research method is a quantitative research method with a quasi-experiment method (Quasi-experiment) with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The instrument used in this research was a 20-item questionnaire. Research data for the questionnaire was analyzed using the average difference test formula (N-Gain Score). It was found that the average value for the experimental class was 0.7473 in the high category. And the average value for the control class is 0.1468, which is in the low category. From the results of the research carried out, an independent test was carried out using the t test and obtained a value of t = 12.727 > t table (α = 0.05; df = 66) = 2,000. Thus, it can be concluded that the research hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, namely that the activity of playing engklek influences the gross motor development of children aged 5-6 years at the HKBP Tarutung Pembina Kindergarten and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of papier-mâché experiments on the creativity of children aged 5–6 years at PAUD Ananda. This study employed a pre-experimental research method using a One Group Pretest–Posttest Design. The population consisted of all children aged 5–6 years at PAUD Ananda, totaling 25 students, and the entire population was used as the research sample. Data were collected using an observation sheet consisting of 15 items to assess children’s creativity.The results of the data analysis showed that papier-mâché experiments had a significant effect on the creativity of children aged 5–6 years at PAUD Ananda. This was indicated by the increase in the average posttest score, which was 54.88, compared to the average pretest score of 29.88. The difference between the pretest and posttest mean scores was 25.32, indicating a clear improvement in children’s creativity after the implementation of the papier-mâché experiment. In addition, the significance test showed that the calculated t-value was greater than the table t-value at a significance level of 0.05 with 24 degrees of freedom (6.332 > 2.060). Therefore, the null hypothesis (H₀) was rejected, and the alternative hypothesis (Hₐ), stating that papier-mâché experiments significantly affect the creativity of children aged 5–6 years at PAUD Ananda, was accepted.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan media ajar loose part dalam meningkatkan curiosity anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK GKPI Tarutung Kota tahun ajaran 2025/2026. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi terhadap kepala sekolah dan guru. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Subjek penelitian meliputi anak usia 5-6 tahun, guru kelas, serta kepala sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan media loose part mampu meningkatkan curiosity anak yang tampak melalui sembilan indikator, yaitu mengamati, menyentuh, menggengam, mengajukan pertanyaan, munculnya rasa penasaran, menggali. menjejaki, menyelidiki, serta mengintai atau mencoba berbagai hal yang belum dipahami. Anak terlihat lebih aktif, fokus, dan terlibat langsung dalam kegiatan curiosity anak usia dini di lingkungan sekolah. pembelajaran melalui eksplorasi bebas menggunakan berbagai bahan loose part. Kepala sekolah berperan dalam mendukung kebijakan dan penyediaan sarana pembelajaran, sedangkan guru berperan sebagai fasilitator yang memberikan stimulus, pendampingan, dan kesempatan kepada anak untuk bereksplorasi sesuai minat dan kemampuan mereka. Secara keseluruhan, pemanfaatan media loose part memberikan pengalaman belajar yang bermakna dan mendukung perkembangan
