Abstract

Tulisan ini menegaskan keadilan dan kesetaraan dalam perspektif Al-Qur’an dan Hadis. Islam sebagai agama yang menjunjung tinggi nilai keadilan dan persamaan mengandung prinsip-prinsip kesetaraan. Laki-laki dan Perempuan sama-sama sebagai hamba, khalifah di bumi, dan menerima perjanjian primordial. Adam dan Hawa sama-sama aktif dalam drama kosmis. Laki-laki dan perempuan berpotensi untuk meraih prestasi optimal. Implementasi kesetaraan gender perspektif al-Qur’an melahirkan adanya transformasi hukum Islam yang bertalian dengan isu kesetaraan. Relasi di bidang profesi, seperti adanya hakim perempuan serta memicu lahirnya produk hukum yang berpespektif kesetaraan dan keadilan gender.  -------------------------In this paper, the writer emphasises justice and equality in the perspective of the Quran and the Hadith. Islam as a religion holds the values of justice and equality contains the principles of equality. Both men and women are equally as worshippers of Allah; men and women alike as the leaders on this earth; they alike receive primordial covenant. It is believed that Adam and Eve were both active in the cosmic drama, men and women have the potential to achieve optimal performance. The implementation of the gender equality based on the perspective of the Quran in Islamic law leads to the transformation of Islamic law relating to the issues of the relation of equality between men and women. It is also within professional fields such as the female judge whose produce the legal products based on gender equality .

Abstract

AbstractThis research is a field research with the type of qualitative research. Analyzing and researching the sources of respondents found directly in the field through the results of interviews, observations and documentation. Data sources in this study are primary obtained in the field and secondary which is supporting data. Research approaches include pedagogical, psychological and sociological. Data analysis using descriptive qualitative, the aim is to systematically describe the facts obtained from the research that took place on the object. Data was processed by using data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that learning achievement in Islamic Religious Education subjects between the alumni of the Qur'an education park and not the alumni of the Qur'an education park shows a difference. The ability of Alquran Education Park alumni in understanding and knowing Islamic Religious Education subjects is quite profound. The depth of religious understanding from an early age has implications for students' ability to attend Islamic Religious Education lessons. The strategy used in improving student achievement in Islamic Religious Education is based on standard rules that are run by students. Its nature is education based on direct practice by students.

Abstract

This paper aims to describe the effectiveness of Google Classroom learning in terms of student learning outcomes of the Islamic Religious Education Study Program Faculty of Tarbiyah IAIN Bone. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research or qualitative research. The research approach is a pedagogical, information technology, and psychological approach. The subjects of this study were lecturers of Islamic Religious Education IAIN Bone which consisted of 6 people, and students of the Islamic Religious Education Study Program of the Tarbiyah Faculty of IAIN Bone, which amounted to 16 people. Data collection methods in this study used: 1) Observation, 2) Interview, 3) Documentation. Data collection and data analysis techniques used, namely 1) data reduction, 2) data presentation, and, 3) verification.The results showed that the effectiveness of the implementation of google classroom learning in the Islamic Religious Education study program on student learning outcomes, that is, it has been effective to be applied in learning, because this is stated by the active participation of students, according to the results of the recapitulation of the attendance of PAI 1 semester 2 the average percentage attendance of 96.5 and PAI 6 semester 4 with a percentage of 92.3 as well as PAI 5 semester 6 with an attendance percentage of 96.1. This is also seen in the assessment of student assignments which shows the percentage of each class, the first is PAI 1 semester 2 with a percentage of 73.3 assignments. PAI 6 semester 4 assignment percentage is 86.6 as well as PAI 5 semester 6 with assignment percentage 86.6. The effectiveness of Google Classroom can be seen through learning outcomes that can be assessed from absent attendance and student assignment collection.

Abstract

This article discusses the representation of sexual violence against minors in the mass media, a case study of Liputan 6.com. The aspects highlighted and the framing of news about sexual violence against minors which focuses on the case of 13 female students who were abused by their own teachers in online media merdeka6.com through media text analysis framing William A. Gamson model. The research results show that Online media Liputan6.com frames news about victims of sexual violence, tends to raise the incident of sexual violence against 13 female students as something that is of great interest to the public. This incident is very unfortunate because the Islamic boarding school teachers who should be educating, looking after and protecting their female students actually commit sexual violence so that Some people no longer trust their children to study at Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

This paper examines the implications of childless families in the view of the Qur'an. This type of research uses library research, namely activities to find and collect information related to the Qur'anic view of the childfree phenomenon in marriage, using written materials such as books, documents, journal articles, previous research results, and other scientific works related to the topic of the problem. The results show that childless families in the view of the Qur'an can lead to the emergence of various negative impacts that will be experienced by families if there is no birth of children in the family. These negative impacts include; the loss of heart conditioning, the loss of blessings from a child for his parents, life will feel empty, and not including a complete family. Parents should know the nature and privilege of children in the family because it can be a side of luck for parents and their families. To avoid the negative impacts of childfree families, every married couple needs to consider a number of these negative impacts so that they can change their stance from a pro-childfree family to a family that wants offspring because children are very useful for a family.

Abstract

The lesson Ṭāgūt from the book Taʻlim al-Ṣibyān al-Tawḥīd is explained in this article. The kind of research used in this investigation is library research (library research). The methods that are applied are historical, theological, and pedagogical. Documentary study is the method used in this research to acquire data. To examine the data that has been gathered, researchers employ content analysis techniques, or content analysis. According to the study's findings, the topic of Ṭāgūt in the book Taʻlim al-Ṣibyān al-Tawḥīd is meant to teach kids about religion and to help them understand that they should avoid making any sacrifices other than to Allah because doing so can undermine confidence in Allah. This book uses the question and answer format as its teaching style. The findings of this study indicate that the lesson on Ṭāgūt in early life from the book Taʻlim al-Ṣibyān al-Tawḥīd aims to teach children about Ṭāgūt from an early age, which can harm a Muslim's faith. Children will be able to comprehend that Allah is the only one deserving of worship and obedience, and that all other sources of authority or power are merely temporary and relative. Children who comprehend this idea may grow to be critical of the harmful effects in their environment, such as excessive consumerism, social injustice, or even fanaticism toward particular individuals or ideologies.Keywords: Ṭāgūt, Children's Education, Taʻlim al-Ṣibyān al-Tawḥīd

Abstract

The practice of surrogacy is now an international debate, colored by the tension between the legal policies that regulate this practice and the potential for exploitation and human trafficking. Some countries, such as Italy, prohibit this practice with severe sanctions, while others, such as India and Thailand, legalize it with certain restrictions, prioritizing the altruistic dimension. This article explores the paradox contained in surrogacy, considering it as a Pandora's box that contains both hope and serious potential risks, especially related to the threat of exploitation and human trafficking. This study adopts a normative legal approach by comparing the regulation of surrogacy in countries that allow and prohibit this practice. The methodology used is a socio-conceptual approach, where data is collected through a review of literature and related international conventions, and analyzed with a teleological interpretation to understand the purpose of the rules and the developing legal phenomena. The research findings show that although surrogacy can offer reproductive solutions, this practice often gives rise to ethical and legal dilemmas that threaten the human rights of both surrogate mothers and the children born. Therefore, it is important to find a middle ground that ensures the protection of all parties involved, both those who support or oppose this practice

Abstract

Bugis' traditional game originated from a folklore which is usually played by the society including children in Bone. It examines specifically mappasajang traditional game, its character value promotion and its contribution in strengthening students' character education at madrasa. This study was qualitative and took place at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Amir al-Jannah Tippulue, Bone Regency. Primary data of this study were obtained from field observations and interviews with educational and community leaders. Secondary data were obtained from books and journals related to Bugis traditional games. Observation, interviews, and documentation were applied to gain the data. Qualitative data analysis was performed using interactive model analysis techniques. Triangulation was applied to test the validity of the data. The results showed that mappasajang traditional game could be played by both male and female madrasa students. This traditional Bugis game is full of character values. The traditional game contributed to strengthening students' character education at madrasa. This can be seen in various aspects of community life, such as in the fields of education, social, economy, and health.
