Abstract

Salah satu cara mencapai kesejahteraan ekonomi dan sosial warga negara adalah dengan memberikan perlindungan hukum dalam kegiatan perekonomian sehari-hari adalah perusahaan sehingga perusahaan memiliki peran besar dalam menciptakan kesejahteraan ekonomi dan sosial.  Perusahaan diwajibkan untuk melakukan tanggung jawab  sosial   dan  lingkungan  (selanjutnya  disebut  TJSL).  Pemerintah  Indonesia mengatur  mengenai  melakukan  tanggung  jawab  sosial  dan  lingkungan  atau  biasa dikenal CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR) pada Pasal 74 Undang- Undang  Nomor  40  Tahun  2007  tentang  Perseroan  Terbatas,  untuk  mewajibkan Perseroan Terbatas bertanggungjawab menjaga dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan lingkungan dan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif. Data penelitian ini bersumber dari data sekunder dan data primer. Metode analisis pengumpulan data yaitu kepustakaan dan dokumenter, data disajikan dengan teks naratif berdasarkan analisis data dengan metode normatif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan di atas, dapat diambil simpulan bahwa penerapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) berdasarkan Pasal 74 Undang- Undang Nomor 40 Tahun 2007 Tentang Perseroan Terbatas telah diterapkan oleh  PT. Pertamina (Persero) Tbk RU VI Indramayu Balongan. Penerapan program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dilakukan PT. Pertamina (Persero) Tbk RU VI Indramayu Balongan, meliputi program Bidang Pendidikan, Bidang Peningkatan Infrastruktur dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, Bidang Kesehatan, Bidang Pertanian, dan Perbaikan Habitat Hutan MagroveKata Kunci: Corporate Social Responsibility, Perseroan Terbatas

Abstract

Pangan  adalah  segala sesuatu  yang  berasal  dari  sumber hayati  produk pertanian, perkebunan, kehutanan, perikanan, peternakan, perairan, dan air, baik yang diolah maupun tidak diolah yang diperuntukkan sebagai makanan atau minuman bagi konsumsi manusia, termasuk bahan tambahan pangan, bahan baku pangan, dan bahan lainnya yang digunakan dalam proses penyiapan, pengolahan, dan/atau pembuatan makanan atau minuman. Cincau merupakan salah satu bahan makanan yang terbuat dari daun cincau yang direbus dan ditambahkan dengan tepung kanji untuk selanjutnya dicetak dan siap dipasarkan. Tingginya permintaan dari masyarakat akan konsumsi cincau membuat industri cincau semakin berkembang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat. Seiring dengan berkembangnya teknologi pengolahan pangan dalam pembuatan cincau, penambahan bahan-bahan aditif pada produk makanan sulit untuk dihindari. Pelaku usaha cincau sengaja menambahkan bahan-bahan yang berbahaya seperti formalin agar cincau yang dibuat dapat bertahan lebih lama. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode yuridis-normatif. Spesifikasi penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif-analitis, dan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode normatif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Medan Nomor: 2602/Pid.Sus/2018/PN Mdn, diketahui bahwa konsumen belum mendapat perlindungan hukum sebagaimana yang telah diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen karena Hakim dalam putusannya hanya menggunakan Undang-Undang Nomor 18 Tahun 2012 tentang Pangan saja untuk menjerat pelaku usaha, sehingga Hakim dalam menjatuhkan putusan dinilai kurang cermat dalam menerapkan hukumnya. Kata Kunci: Perlindungan Hukum, Perlindungan Konsumen, Cincau, Formalin

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah : 1). Mengetahui kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Luwes Swalayan, 2). Mengetahui kelengkapan produk terhadap keputusan pembelian di Luwes Swalayan Ungaran, 3). Mengetahui Lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian di Luwes Swalayan Ungaran. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah berbelanja di Luwes Swalayan Ungaran. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara purposive sampling, dengan teknik non probability sampling dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 96 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa : 1). Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, 2). Kelengkapan produk tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadaap keputusan pembelian. 3). Lokasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this service article is to provide assistance to students in reading iqro and al-qur'an in order to improve the quality of reading in accordance with the rules of tajweed science. MI Darul Ulum Kota Palangka Raya has its own challenges, namely that there are still many students who are not fluent in reading iqro and al-qur'an so they need intense teaching. Assistance in reading iqro and al-qur'an with tajweed to improve the quality of students' reading with the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) method is a suitable solution in order to develop the assets that each student already has. This service aims to explore the effectiveness of such assistance in the context of improving the quality of students' reading in reading Iqro' and Al-Qur'an. The ABCD method is used as a framework, where this approach emphasizes the use of local potential and existing resources in the community to overcome problems. The assistance was carried out by involving one of the teachers and also several students who were not fluent in reciting the Quran to support the assistance activities of reading Iqro' and Al-Qur'an with tajweed. The results of the service showed that the assistance of reading Iqro and Al-Qur'an with tajweed was able to improve the quality of MI Darul Ulum Palangka Raya students. The existence of this service program helps teachers to be more intense in teaching students to read Iqro' and the Qur'an, and makes students more eager to continue learning regularly every day to develop the quality of their reading in reading Iqro' and also the Qur'an. With the ABCD method, Iqro' and Al-Qur'an reading assistance has opened opportunities for teachers and students in improving the quality of religious learning, as well as empowering local communities in facing educational challenges.

Abstract

School-based management embodies a forward-thinking model in the development of educational systems, emphasizing institutional independence and creative approaches. This management framework can be viewed as a system that grants greater autonomy to educational institutions and fosters cooperative decision-making among all stakeholders (such as educators, students, administrators, support personnel, guardians, and the local community) to enhance the quality of education in line with national educational goals. This study is a qualitative field investigation, utilizing a methodology pertinent to the primary variables under examination, particularly a qualitative perspective. To gather information, researchers utilized techniques including observation, interviews, and document analysis. Results show that the application of school-based management in enhancing the quality of Islamic Religious Education in schools is generally effective, though not entirely optimal, particularly concerning the management of facilities and infrastructure. This indicates that the execution of school leadership is done effectively and efficiently. The effectiveness of school management rooted in administration relies on the presence of competent human resources, adequate financial backing, sufficient facilities and infrastructure, along with active involvement from the community (parents).

Abstract

AbstractThis research is entitled “Legal Protection of Consumers by Financing Companies Based on Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. The problem studied in this research is the legal protection for consumers by finance companies based on Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. The research method in this study uses a normative juridical approach. The results of the study were analyzed using a qualitative normative analysis method. The study results show that consumers have their rights protected, especially in Article 4 letters g and h of Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. This study concludes that business actors based on the decision of the Consumer Dispute Settlement Body Assembly to carry out the obligations as stipulated in Article 7 letter (a) of Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection which determines the responsibilities of business actors. In this case, are Financing Companies must have good intentions in carrying out their business activities and implementing Article 19 of Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection.Keywords:  Legal Protection, Consumer Protection, Financing Company

Abstract

Human resource performance is one of the main factors for the Company. With the existence of factors that influence the performance of human resources, it is hoped that there will be improvements in the performance of human resources in a company so that better conditions and environments can be created. In connection with this, it becomes interesting to carry out community service activities with the aim of providing students with insight into the world of work. Implementation is carried out by means of lectures and discussions with students. The results of this service activity: participants appeared to be highly enthusiastic, because they felt they had benefited from the resource person's presentation by asking questions and discussing.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of health education as an integrated marketing strategy for probiotic products through social media at PT Yakult Indonesia Persada. Health education is increasingly recognized as a strategic approach in value-based marketing, where companies offer not only products but also knowledge and added value for consumer well-being. The research employed a qualitative descriptive method using field observation, interviews with marketing staff, and a literature review of related studies. The findings indicate that PT Yakult Indonesia Persada successfully incorporates health education into its marketing activities through the Yakult Lady program, school visits, health seminars, factory tours, and interactive digital content on social media platforms. These strategies have proven effective in raising consumer awareness of digestive health, strengthening brand image, and maintaining customer loyalty. The study highlights the crucial role of social media integration in reaching younger demographics, fostering engagement, and amplifying educational messages. The consistent delivery of educational content, supported by visual storytelling and personalized approaches, has contributed significantly to Yakult’s sustainable growth in the Indonesian probiotic market. Theoretically, this study enriches the discourse on digital marketing and health communication, while practically, it offers insights for companies seeking to align promotional strategies with consumer education and public health improvement.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the principal's leadership competence and the implementation of supervision by the principal on the performance of junior high school teachers in Nagekeo Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province. Questionnaire with closed statement items was used as an instrument in this study with a quantitative descriptive approach. The questionnaire uses a Likert scale, and its validity and reliability have been tested. Simple regression is used to see the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable while multiple linear regression is intended to see the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable simultaneously. The results showed a positive and significant influence between the principal's leadership competence on teacher performance by 50.5%. Principal supervision also has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, with a percentage of 43.6%. The positive and significant effect is simultaneously shown by the leadership competence of the principal and the supervision of the principal on teacher performance with a percentage of reaching 70.4%.
