Abstract

Poverty is seen as the root cause of social problems that must be overcome by the Government then to cope with poverty, the City Government of Pekanbaru issued Local Regulation No. 9 of 2011 About Gerakan Cinta Keluarga Miskin (Gentakin) in Tenayan Raya district of Pekanbaru city. This study aims to determine the Implementation of Regional Regulations and obstacles by using the theory of Edward III and qualitative research methods with the aim of describing, analyzing and trying to describe the Implementation of Regional Regulation by interviewing directly and deeply to informants who are considered most know by using purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that the socialization conducted by the Government of Pekanbaru City has been implemented but the socialization is considered not maximal so there are still people and donors who do not know the form of guidance done in addition to the shortage of employees, operational funds also become obstacles so that supervision of beneficiaries business has not been maximally consequently the people who receive the aid there are not using the help as it should so then the city government of Pekanbaru is expected to provide real guidance and to monitor directly the development of assistance that has been given and hope the city government of Pekanbaru can give awards for beneficiaries who succeed in his business and sanction people who do not use the aid.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Sistem Informasi dan Manajemen Pertanahan Nasional (SIMTANAS) policy at the Land Office in Pelalawan District and this research was carried out using survey research methods, the level of exploration was descriptive and using qualitative data analysis. The researcher interviewed directly and deeply to the key informants who were considered to know about the Implementation of the Sistem Informasi dan Manajemen Pertanahan Nasional (SIMTANAS) policy using technique snowball. The results of this study indicate that the Evaluation of implementation of the Sistem Informasi dan Manajemen Pertanahan Nasional (SIMTANAS) at the Land Office in Pelalawan District been implemented are optimal in providing services to the community, but there are some research findings that must be repaired by the Land Office in Pelalawan District. First, Quality of resources related to operational information systems and land management must be improved by providing training. Second, facilities and infrastructure must support in order to create excellent service because there are still facilities and infrastructure that are problematic when providing services to the community.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the role of the Pelalwan District Land Office in resolving land ownership disputes in Pelalawan Regency and this research was conducted using survey research methods, the level of exploration is descriptive and using qualitative data analysis. The researcher interviewed directly and in depth with key informants who were considered to be most aware of the role of the Land Office in resolving land ownership disputes using a technique. purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate that the role of the Land Office in resolving disputes Land ownership is considered quite maximal because it has become a mediator between the two parties to the dispute in conducting mediation even though it has not yet met an agreement and there are several findings that have become obstacles to the Land Office in resolving land ownership disputes. First, the Land Office lacks human resources. Second, Lack of witnesses Regarding Land History and third, Factors of disputing character that are only selfish.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang pelayanan administrasi dan pengelolaan administrasi di Kantor Camat Sail Kota Pekanbaru. Pelayanan administrasi dan pengelolaan administrasi di kantor camat Sail Kota Pekanbaru merupakan hal yang penting untuk memastikan efektivitas dan efisiensi dalam menjalankan tugas-tugas pemerintahan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelayanan administrasi dan pengelolaan administrasi di Kantor Camat Sail Kota Pekanbaru serta mengetahui kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelayanan administrasi dan pengelolaan administrasi di Kantor Camat Sail Kota Pekanbaru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan administrasi dan pengelolaan administrasi di Kantor Camat Sail Kota Pekanbaru sudah cukup baik, namun masih terdapat beberapa kendala yang perlu diperbaiki.

Abstract

Children are the next generation who have child protection is currently one of the most discussed issues. is currently one of the most discussed issues. The condition of children there are still many who need attention. Various problems and cases that making children as victims have occurred in recent years. These problems can include discrimination, violence, exploitation, unreachable education processes that result in the child's education process that is unreachable resulting in the child dropping out of school, and neglect of the child. dropping out of school, and child neglect. Therefore, the protection of children becomes very important. This research was conducted with the aim of to determine the implementation of the Pekanbaru mayor's regulation number 33 of 2016 concerning the decent city policy. This research uses qualitative research methods qualitative research method by using data collection techniques of observation, interview and documentation. documentation. From the results of the research, it shows that the policy on child-friendly cities in Pekanbaru city has been implemented, but it is considered not yet feasible. worthy of children in the city of Pekanbaru has been implemented, but it is considered not optimal because there are still children's rights that have not been maximized. because there are still children's rights that have not been not fully fulfilled, such as there are still many violations of children's rights, in addition to the limited budget that is owned in supporting the implementation of this program.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat dengan tema "Strategi Pengembangan UMKM: Membangkitkan Spirit Kewirausahaan di Kelurahan Sungai Mempura Menuju Entrepreneurs Village" telah berhasil membawa dampak positif yang signifikan pada kelurahan Sungai Mempura dan perkembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di wilayah tersebut. Hasil program mencakup peningkatan jumlah dan kualitas UMKM, peningkatan pendapatan, semangat kewirausahaan yang meningkat, pemberdayaan masyarakat, dan peningkatan kolaborasi antara UMKM, pemerintah lokal, dan lembaga pendidikan. Program ini telah memberikan kontribusi penting dalam menghadapi tantangan dalam sistem perekonomian saat ini, membantu masyarakat bersaing di pasar global yang semakin kompetitif, dan mengurangi dampak dari arus produk asing di pasar domestik. Saran untuk menjaga dan meningkatkan dampak positif program meliputi kelanjutan dan difusi pengetahuan, diversifikasi program, pengembangan kemitraan lebih lanjut, evaluasi berkala, pengembangan infrastruktur, pelatihan ketrampilan digital, dan pemberdayaan perempuan. Program pengabdian ini merupakan langkah awal yang kuat menuju visi kelurahan Sungai Mempura sebagai Entrepreneurs Village yang berkelanjutan dan berdaya saing.

Abstract

Magang merupakan salah satu metode pembelajaran yang penting dalam menghubungkan dunia akademik dengan dunia kerja. Program magang memberikan kesempatan bagi mahasiswa untuk memperoleh pengalaman praktis di luar ruang kelas dan mengembangkan keterampilan yang relevan dengan bidang studi mereka. Lokasi tempat magang di lakukan di kantor Dinas Penanaman modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kota Pekanbaru. Pelakasanaan kegiatan magang di lakukan pada bidang keuangan Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kota Pekanbaru dan di mentori oleh salah satu staf pegawai di bidang keuangan DPMPTSP kota Pekanbaru yang di laksanakan selama kurang lebih 2 bulan dari 24 Juni – 24 Agustus 2024 . Pelaksanaan magang di harapakan menjadi salah satu modal bagi mahasiswa untuk memasuki dunia kerja.

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Magang (KKM) Merupakan salah satu program yang dilakukan Universitas Islam Riau dalam menerapkan Kebijakan Merdeka Belajar-Kurikulum Merdeka. KKM bertujuan mengembangkan inovasi,kreatifitas, kepribadian dan kebutuhan mahasiswa dalam menuju dunia kerja. Lokasi tempat KKM dilakukan di Kantor Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Provinsi Riau. Pelaksanaan magang ditempatkan di Sub-Bagian Risalah dengan dilaksanakan berdasarkan tim yang telah dibagi oleh Pimpinan Divisi Risalah. Tim Kerja magang di sub-bagian risalah terdiri dari 6 orang dengan dimentori oleh salah satu staff DPRD. Pelaksanaan magang dilakukan selama dua bulan atau selama 60 hari dimulai dari 24 Juni – 24 Agustus 2024. Pelaksanaan KKM diharapkan menjadi sebuah modal bagi mahasiswa dalam memasuki dunia kerja.

Abstract

This study aimed to know the protection of protected animals in Tesso Nilo National Park, Pelalawan Regency. The Tesso Nilo forest is a habitat for endangered animals, namely the Sumatran tiger (Panthera tigris sumatrae) and the Sumatran elephant (Elephas maximus sumatranus). Sumatran tigers and Sumatran elephants are protected animals. The encroachment of the Tesso Nilo National Park (TNTN) area has long occurred and has been converted into plantations and residential areas. The results of this study indicate that protecting protected animals in Tesso Nilo National Park Pelalawan Regency has been implemented. However, it has not been implemented effectively because there is still poaching, deforestation, and various other activities that can threaten the extinction of these animals. Some of the obstacles faced by the Tesso Nilo National Park Office in protecting protected animals are multidimensional, including internal problems such as limited resources and budgets and external challenges such as habitat destruction, poaching, and conflicts with communities. To overcome these barriers, closer collaboration between the government, conservation agencies, local communities, and the private sector is needed to improve the effectiveness of conserving and managing conservation areas in TNTN.

Abstract

The Environmental Agency has the task of supervising hazardous and toxic waste (B3). This office ensures that B3 waste management meets applicable environmental standards and does not harm the environment and public health. This study aims to determine the implementation of supervision carried out by the Pelalawan Regency Environmental Service on industrial waste management in Langgam District and to find out the inhibiting factors of the Environmental Service in conducting supervision. This research uses qualitative methods in which data is collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Informants in this study are considered able to answer research problems, and the object of research is whether oil palm companies carry out waste management. The results showed that in carrying out the Supervision of the Pelalawan Regency Environmental Service was considered to have been carried out but not maximized; this was evidenced by the still occurring river pollution carried out by oil palm companies in Pangkalan Gondai Village, Pelalawan District. The pollution disrupts community activities, and the community cannot consume river water. The obstacles experienced by the Pelalawan Regency Environmental Service in supervising hazardous waste management are the limited number of employees who are competent in monitoring industrial waste in quality and quantity. Furthermore, the limited budget owned by the Office considering a large number of companies and the need for more awareness of business actors or companies in following B3 waste management regulations
