Abstract

This research gives the analysis of how employee benefits and work discipline affect employee performances in the Bone Bolango Department of Community and Village Empowerment (DPMD), either in partial or simultaneous. It used a quantitative approach and an ex post facto research method. The research design was causality. The research population was made up of 48 people. Using a saturation sampling method, we acquired 48 research samples. Data collection techniques were questionnaire, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used was double regression. Findings present that (1) Employee benefits (TPP) had a positive and significant impact on employee performances in the Bone Bolango Department of Community and Village Empowerment (DPMD) at a coefficient of determinatioan of 14.60%, (2) Work discipline had a positive and significant impact on employee performances in the Bone Bolango Department of Community and Village Empowerment (DPMD) at a coefficient of determination of 61.20%, (3) Employee benefits (TPP) and work discipline simultaneously had a positive and significant impact on employee performances in the Bone Bolango Department of Community and Village Empowerment (DPMD) at a coefficient of determination of 75.20%, while the rest, 24.80%, was elucidated by other variables unexplained in this research, such as communication, organizational culture, employee competency, work commitment, and information and communication supports. Optimizing both employee benefits and work discipline is thus foreseeable to elevate employee performances in the Bone Bolango Department of Community and Village Empowerment (DPMD).

Abstract

The research aims to analyze and describe (1) the quality of service delivery in terms of customers’ satisfaction at Mimoza Multimedia and (2) the factors affecting the quality of service delivery at Mimoza Multimedia. The research method used is qualitative method. The data are the primary data collected through interviews. The data analysis used is Miles and Huberman’s analysis model. The research findings indicate that (1) Mimoza Multimedia Gorontalo has been able to provide public services for society. However, service delivery should be improved through more progressive service polices and evaluations to elevate customers’ satisfaction level. Some aspects of public service delivery that fulfill customers’ satisfaction are adequate facilities and infrastructures, guarantee or compensation to unsatisfactory services, and empathy shown by employees. Meanwhile, responsiveness and reliability are two aspects which need improvement through capacity building in terms of the public service delivery at Mimoza Multimedia Gorontalo and (2) The service delivery at Mimoza Multimedia Gorontalo relies on the quality of human resources, communication between the employees, and communication between the employees and customers. Customers’ satisfaction depends on competent and committed human resources to delivering public services in accordance with service principles. Moreover, the supporting factor is communication. Services without good communication will not satisfy customers.

Abstract

This research aims to find out (1) the implementation process of the billboard tax collection policy in Gorontalo City, and (2) the factors determining the success of the billboard tax collection policy in Gorontalo City. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method by using data sources conducted through in-depth interviews with informants. The research findings show that the Implementation Process of the Reclame Tax Collection Policy in Gorontalo City is good in planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. In general, it has been implemented but is not optimal. In the implementation stage, it has not been optimal in terms of annual realization revenue. In the monitoring and evaluation stage, has been through meetings but has not shown the suitability between the implementer's achievements and what was targeted in the planning. Factors that determine the success of the Implementation of the Billboard Tax Collection Policy in Gorontalo City communication, the attitude of implementers, and the bureaucratic structure have been implemented well. As for resources, they have limited human resources.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of Regional Regulation No. 9of 2019 in the P2TP2A Institution on the Protection of Women and Children in Bone BolangoRegency seen from the indicators of (a) Organization, (b) Interpretation/understanding, (c)Implementation. This research method uses descriptive qualitative, while the data collectiontechniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The findings of the researchshow that the Implementation of P2TP2A Institution Policies in the Protection of Women andChildren from Violence in Bone Bolango Regency is good in terms of organization,interpretation/understanding, and implementation. In general, it has been implemented but is notoptimal. Judging from the organization, it is in accordance with the procedure, and theinterpretation/understanding has been carried out but it can be said that it is not good because ithas not yet been achieved that many people understand the socialization carried out, humanresources are still lacking, and lack of public awareness. In the application, it has been runningwell in accordance with applicable regulations. In an effort to protect women and children, thecommunity must first know how to protect women and children. Therefore, supervision of theprotection of women and children is needed, as well as an increase in socialization andinterpretation/understanding with the entire community. Socialization can be done either throughadvertisements or social media.

Abstract

This study aims to find out. the effect of job satisfaction on the effectiveness of employee work at the Department of Cooperatives, SMEs, Industry and Trade of Gorontalo Province. The approach in this study is quantitative with ex-post facto methods. Data collection in this study was carried out by questionnaire. The number of samples was 82 people obtained by the saturated sampling process. Data analysis in this study is a simple linear regression inferential quantitative analysis. The results showed that job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of employee work at the Gorontalo Provincial Industry and Trade SME Cooperative Office by 38.10%. The influence of other variables on employee work effectiveness amounted to 61.90%, namely employee competence variables, career management, employee capacity development, leadership, work climate, work experience, and supervision at work. Positive results show that employees at the Department of Cooperatives, SMEs, Industry and Trade of Gorontalo Province, the more satisfied they are with the work they are responsible for, the higher the achievement of the effectiveness of the employee's work.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the Regent Regulation No. 77 of 2021 Implementation of the Stunting ReductionProgram Policy in Ayula Tilango Village, Bone Bolango Regency. Based on the following indicators; (a) Policy Standards and Targets, (b) Resources, (c) Inter - Agency Communication, (d) Implementer Characteristics, (e) Economic, Social, and Political Environment, and (f) Implementer Attitudes. This study utilized a qualitative research method with a case study approach. Data was collected through in - depth interviews with various stakeholders, observation, and analysis of policy documents related to stunting program, The research results indicated that the implementation of the stunting program in Ayula Tilango Village faces several challenges, such as budget misalignment and difficulties in creating land for a clean water source. Despite these challenges, the program has achieved some positive impacts, including increased awareness of importance of balanced nutrition, improved acces to healthcare services, and healthier eating habits. However. These impacts still need further enchancement to address stunting issue in Ayula Tilango Village effectively. In conclusion, this research finds that the implementation of the stunting program in Ayula Tilango Village has encountered various obstacles affecting its effectiveness, therefore, greater efforts are needed to improve human resources and allocate budget moe effectively

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the Policy Implementation of the Village-Owned Enterprise Program in Lamu Village, Tilamuta District, Boalemo Regency, in terms of Communication, Resources, Disposition and Bureaucratic Structure. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a type of Qualitative Descriptive research, while the data collection techniques used are observation and documentation. Based on the results of research analyzed in the field that (1) the Policy Implementation Process of Village-Owned Enterprises Program in Lamu, Tilamuta District, Boalemo Regency includes aspects Communication carried out  by managers  with the community, it  is sufficient to be applied by BUMDes managers because the information  obtained is clear in terms of information, transparency of the BUMDes ProgramHowever, there are still people who do not know the programs implemented because the community does not attend meetings held by the Village Government and BUMDes Management. Resources, which exist  in the management of BUMDes are quite good, in this case Human resources can beseen from the managers of BUMDes have  greatly supported the success of existing BUMDes activities  , but in terms of facilities that support BUMDes program policies have not been fulfilled properly.    Disposition, the executors of Village-Owned Enterprises behave in accordance with the existing rules  in  BUMDes, but have not been optimal and professional in carrying out their duties and functions because managers still need to learn and need guidance, in addition to the attitude of the management that is not open, and  the Bureaucratic Structure, regarding the BUMDes Program do well based on AD / ART regulations and SOPs so that the programs carried out are not neglected / failed.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effectiveness of E-KTP services at thePopulation and Civil Registration Office of Gorontalo Regency and identify thefactors that influence it. The study uses a descriptive qualitative approach withdata collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation.The effectiveness of the service is analyzed based on indicators of goalachievement, integration, and adaptation. The results of the study indicate thatalthough the E-KTP service has shown an increase in terms of the number ofrecordings and printing each year, there are still obstacles in terms of timelinessof service, data errors, and employee attitudes towards the community. Factorsthat influence service effectiveness include employee ability, expertise,knowledge, attitude, motivation, and work stress. This study concludes that theE-KTP service in Gorontalo Regency is not yet fully effective and requiresimprovements in aspects of human resources and service systems.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of employee performance on service quality at the Buntulia District Office. The research method used in this study is the quantitative method, where the sample in this study amounted to 30 employees and 30 people from the Buntulia District community using a research approach and research design. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires to research respondents. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. The results of the regression analysis test showed that there was a significant effect on employee performance on service quality at the Buntulia District Office. The first hypothesis (H1) can be proven or accepted. The R Square value is 0.342 in other words 34.2% of the independent variables namely (X) Employee Performance contributes to the variable (Y) Quality of Service, while the remaining 65.8% is in the form of contributions from other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the Application of Information Systems and Administration of Religious Teachers in the Regional Office of Gorontalo Province, (2)The Factors that Determine the Success of the Implementation of the Religious Teacher Information and Administration System (SIAGA) at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of Gorontalo Province can be seen from several indicators such as being accurate, timely, and relevant. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data collection techniques namely, interviews, observation, and documentation. Based on the results of the study, (1) the process of implementing the religious teacher information and administration system (SIAGA) at the regional office of the Gorontalo province can be seen from several aspects, namely the form of application for implementing tasks, governance, and technology that has been implemented properly. However, in using the SIAGA application, some obstacles are found, such as the network, when the network has problems, it will be difficult for them to upload data. (2) the factors that determine the success of implementing the religious teacher information and administration system (SIAGA) at the regional office of the Ministry of Religion in Gorontalo province include several aspects, namely accurate, timely, and relevant. It can be seen that it has been implemented properly.
