Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan produk, pengetahuan pembelian dan pengetahuan pemakaian secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian green product. Kemudian juga menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan produk terhadap keputusan pembelian green product, pengetahuan pembelian terhadap keputusan pembelian green product dan pengetahuan pemakaian terhadap keputusan pembelian green product. Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang telah melakukan pembelian green product. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan produk, pengetahuan pembelian dan pengetahuan pemakaian berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian green product. Pengetahuan produk berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian green product. Pengetahuan pembelian berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian green product. Pengetahuan pemakaian berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian green product.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi konsumen dan persepsi konsumen secara simultan terhadap keputusan belanja online pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Kemudian juga menganalisis pengaruh motivasi konsumen dan persepsi konsumen secara parsial terhadap keputusan belanja online pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah melakukan belanja online. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi konsumen dan persepsi konsumen berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap keputusan belanja online pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Motivasi konsumen berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap keputusan belanja online pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Persepsi konsumen berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap keputusan belanja online pada masa pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh harga, kualitas produk, dan kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasaan pengunjung cafe di Banjarbaru. Selain itu juga mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh harga, kualitas produk, dan kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan cafe di Banjarbaru. Serta mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pengunjung cafe di Banjarbaru. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling, yaitu pengambilan sampel yang berdasarkan pertimbangan tertentu dan harus represen- tative/ mewakili populasi yang akan diteliti, pertimbangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu sejumlah 126 sampel. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) menggunakan program AMOS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk, dan kualitas layanan berpenga- ruh terhadap kepuasan pengunjung cafe. Sedangkan harga tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengunjung. Selanjutnya harga, kualitas produk, dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pengunjung cafe

Abstract

Module is considered important in distance learning as a self-study guide for students. The importance of module in the learning process because modules can facilitate students in learning independently or face to face. Based on several explanations regarding the importance of modules in distance learning, the authors are interested in examine the effectiveness of using the descriptive Statistics Module in Online Learning in the Computerized Accounting Study Program, Banjarmasin State Polytechnic. The variables observed by the authors in this study were the learning outcomes of groups of students who were given a module and those who were not given a module in descriptive statistics courses. The two variables were carried out a Normality Test with the purpose of assessing the distribution of data in groups of data or variables, whether the data distribution was normally distributed. From the results of the data normality test, a test of the assumption of homogeneity of variance was then carried out to determine the variance of several populations was the same or not. Then a difference test was carried out to test the differences in the group of students who were given the module and the group of students who were not given the module in learning descriptive statistics courses. The data normality test was carried out using the SPSS Kolmogorov Smirnov Test application on the learning outcomes data for descriptive statistics courses for students who were given a module and those who were not given a module yielded a significance value of 0.101. The significance value of 0.101 was greater than 0.05 so it can be concluded that the research data met the assumption of normality. The homogeneity of variance test was carried out by analyzing the significance value of Levene's Test for Equality of Variance where the significance result was 0.466 so it can be concluded that the data had a homogeneous variance. The final stage of this analysis is to test the difference between the learning outcomes data of student groups who were given modules and not given modules by using the Independent Sample t Test. The test results showed a significance value of 0.021 where the significance value was less than 0.05. Thus it can be concluded that the alternative hypothesis (H1) that states that "There is a significant difference between the learning outcomes of groups of students who are given a module and not given a module" can be accepted and verified statistically.

Abstract

The production of mocaf flour in MSME scale in South Kalimantan area was not feasible considered from its business feasibility hence the multiple effect was unmeasured based on its industry existence. Mocaf flour production derived from cassava, which is a plant that not only match on dry land but also in the wetlands of South Kalimantan, can not be oriented consumer as a substitute for wheat flour for common food products in the society. Therefore, further research refers to aspects mocaf flour premium for health. This objective of this research was to increase the society consumption of mocaf flour for the healthy reason related to the trend on negative effect from high level of gluten in wheat flour. The laboratory test showed the result that supports mocaf product for health. With this consideration then mocaf processed product have potentials to bedeveloped though serious marketing effort is required due to infamiliarity of the mocaf flour especially in South Kalimantan area. Difference test result showed that prospects, indeed, haveintention to purchase mocaf-based processed products for healthy reason.

Abstract

This study aims to determine every process in the collection of bird's nest tax and to find out how the development of swallow's nest tax income in Tabalong Regency. This research will start from finding out the development of bird nest tax revenue and income in 2018-2019. In the collection of waIet's nest tax funds there are registration, data collection, determination, and billing. In 2018 the income from waIet's nest tax was 38.15%, but in 2019 it decreased by 22.39%.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan terbukanya wawasan mereka dan meningkatnya pengetahuan mereka tentang pengetahuan produk kemasan plastic seperti mampu mengenali kode - kode produk kemasan plastic, memahami makna dari kode-kode produk kemasan plastik dan memahami tentang penggunaan yang tepat untuk produk kemasan plastik terutama sebagai wadah makanan dan minuman. Wawasan para peserta kegiatan pengabdian ini menjadi lebih baik, dan membuat para peserta semakin memperhatikan jenis kemasan plastik melalui kode yang tertera pada kemasan yang mereka gunakan. Kegiatan ini turut pula membantu para peserta menentukan produk kemasan plastik yang aman untuk digunakan sekarang atau akan dibeli selanjutnya.

Abstract

Consumers can purchase products via the internet. This research aims to analyze the influence of online customer reviews and price discounts, both simultaneously and partially, on online purchasing decisions in the Shopee marketplace. This research is causality research. The population in this research is consumers in Indonesia who have made purchases through the Shopee Indonesia application. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a sample size of 100 people. Multiple regression analysis is used as a data analysis technique. The results showed that online customer reviews and price discounts simultaneously influence online purchasing decisions at the Shopee marketplace. Online customer reviews partially affect online purchasing decisions, and price discounts partially affect online purchasing decisions in the Shopee marketplace.
