To improve the status of public health and carry out social security programs in the health sector, the government started to implement the National Health Insurance. This program covers the participants’ medical care expenses using the capitation system applied in health centers as the First-Level Health Facilities. BPJS Kesehatan has allocated some budget in the form of a capitation rate to first-level health facilities for hypertension and type 2 diabetes mellitus patients after the implementation of National Health Insurance. This research was carried out in 4 health centers, namely Lamper Tengah Health Center, Mangkang Health Center, Mijen Health Center, and Karanganyar Health Center. The data were collected retrospectively from the medical records of 800 patients. The data were analyzed descriptively to determine the prescription cost and Spearman's rho test was used to find the factors that influence the prescription cost. It was revealed that the average prescription cost for type 2 DM patients was IDR 142,293, and for hypertensive patients was IDR 112,735. The prescribing pattern in patients covered by Prolanis program for type 2 DM patients is a combination of glimepiride, metformin with a drug price of IDR 20,670. Factors that have an influence on prescription costs are diagnosis p= 0.033, type of drug (p= 0.000) and drug item (p= 0.000). This study concludes that the factors to influence the drug costs of Prolanis patients at the health centers of Semarang City were the patient's diagnosis, the type of drug given, and the number of drug items given.

Abstract

The increasing tendency of society to apply Sharia principles in all aspects of life today is supported by the presence of Sharia hospitals that integrate Sharia values in administration, healthcare services, and patient care standards as regulated in the fatwa of the National Sharia Council (Dewan Syariah Nasional) No. 107/DSN-MUI/X/2016. Knowledge refers to everything known by an individual that can affect behavior. Meanwhile, religiosity is an individual's level of religious commitment that reflects the extent of belief in the values and expectations of the religion they adhere to or practice; in this study, it is the Muslim community. This research aims to examine the effect of the community's knowledge about Sharia hospitals and the religiosity of the Central Java community on their decision to seek medical treatment at Sharia hospitals. The research method used in this study was analytical observational with a cross-sectional study approach. Data was collected through direct questionnaires from the Central Java community using the snowball sampling technique. The research results indicate that knowledge and religiosity, both partially and simultaneously, affect the decision of the Central Java community to choose Sharia hospitals for medical treatment, with a p-value of 0,000. Partially, it is found that knowledge has an effect of 10,2%, while religiosity has an effect of 23% on the community's decision to seek medical treatment at Sharia hospitals. The conclusion of this study suggests that knowledge and religiosity significantly impact the Central Java community's decision to opt for Sharia hospitals for medical treatment.

Abstract

Modern pharmaceutical services are offered via telepharmacy, an internet platform. Identification of items and factors that influence people's behavioral intentions towards telepharmacy services is needed to develop this service. The study aims to develop a questionnaire based on a research model that combines two well-known theories: the theory of personal health differences (TPHD) and the theory of planned behavior (TPB) technique. The purposive sampling strategy was combined with a cross-sectional observational method. 116 participants who were at least 18 years old were given the questionnaire. Convenience sampling from various population subgroups was used to select them. Data analysis was then conducted using the exploratory factor analysis (EFA). Factors were extracted using varimax rotation and principal component analysis. The results showed that the questionnaire consists of 16 items divided into 5 constructs (attitude and self-efficacy, behavioral intention, subjective norm, personal health status, and personal health value), this study proves that the behavioral intention telepharmacy questionnaire based on personal health differences and planned behavior theory is a reliable and valid measure. It can also draw attention to the many aspects of adoption behavior, helping service providers toward the successful digitalization of pharmaceutical services by fostering telepharmacy literacy. The application of telepharmacy is both a hope and a challenge for pharmacists and society, especially in terms of the intention to provide safe and quality pharmaceutical care.

Abstract

Background: The main ingredients of effervescent tablet formula are acids and bases which will produce CO2 and give a foamy bubble effect when mixed with water. The formulation requires an optimal acid-base composition to obtain tablets with good quality. This study aims to determine the formulation of effervescent tablets from the various plant’s extract with variations in acid and base based on a literature review. Methods: This research is a journal review conducted by analyzing journals to determine the formulation of the leaf form. using the PRISMA method. Journals obtained with the keywords “Formulation Effervescent Tablet” AND “Tablet Effervescent” AND “Formulation Effervescent Tablet with Variation Acid Base”. The journals selected are journals published in the last 10 years (2011-2021), full text and attaching formulas with variations in acid base along with the results of physical stability tests for granules and tablets. The databases used are Google Scholar, Scopus and Science Direct. There are 5 journals that meet the inclusion criteria. Results: The plant extract can be formulated into effervescent tablets using the wet granulation method, with a tablet weight of 1-2 grams. Conclusion: Citric acid and sodium bicarbonate can be chosen as reactants of acid and base with a ratio of 1: 3,11. The total acid and base used in the formulation was 55% of the total weight of the tablet.
