Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stress kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Rumah Sakit Permata Pamulang di Tangerang Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel slovin dengan jumlah sampel 74 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : Stres kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 25,280 + 0,192X1 + 0,228X2, nilai korelasi sebesar 0,380 artinya kedua variabel memiliki tingkat hubungan yang lemah. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 14,5%. Uji hipotesis diperoleh 6,008 > 3,126 maka dapat disimpulkan Ho3 ditolak dan Ha3 diterima, artinya terdapat pengaruh positif secara simultan antara stress kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat adalah untuk melaksanakan salah satu Tri Darma Perguruan Tinggi khususnya di Universitas Pamulang. Selain itu diharapkan dengan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, keberadaan perguruan tinggi dapat memberikan kontribusi kepada pengembangan penerapan keilmuan kepada masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan pada pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah penyampaikan materi secara verbal, pelaksanaannya dengan pemberian materi dalam penyuluhan yang berisi tentang cara memulai bisnis online model Dropship dalam pengembangan kegiatan usaha di Kecamatan Pagedangan Kabupaten Tangerang. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat yang diperoleh adalah kegiatan yang dilaksanakan untuk masyarakat di kecamatan Pagedangan, Kabupaten Tangerang, Provinsi Banten adalah kegiatan sosialisasi bisnis online model dropship dalam pengembangan kegiatan usaha.  Ilmu yang diperoleh pada pengabdian masyarakat ini harapannya semakin memberikan wawasan bisnis online dalam pengembangan kegiatan usaha mitra pengabdian.

Abstract

Selain itu diharapkan dengan pengabdian kepada masyarakat tersebut keberadaan perguruan tinggi dapat memberikan kontribusi kepada pengembangan penerapan keilmuan kepada masyarakat. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah penyampaian materi, wawancara dan memberikan pelatihan untuk orang tua, serta kolaborasi dengan lembaga pendidikan. Peran keluarga dalam pendidikan anak menjadi aspek krusial dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM). Pentingnya peran dan fungsi keluarga dalam pendidikan karakter menyoroti kesadaran akan kebutuhan akan keterlibatan aktif orang tua dalam membimbing dan mengarahkan anak-anak mereka. Unsur-unsur pendidikan seperti nilai-nilai moral, etika, dan pengetahuan harus disokong oleh lingkungan keluarga agar dapat diinternalisasi secara efektif oleh anak. Namun, di tengah perannya yang krusial, keluarga sering menghadapi tantangan dalam memberikan pendidikan kepada anak-anak mereka. Permasalahan seperti kurangnya waktu yang dihabiskan bersama anak, kurangnya pemahaman akan pentingnya pendidikan karakter, dan tekanan ekonomi seringkali menjadi hambatan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, solusi yang diperlukan meliputi peningkatan kesadaran orang tua akan peran mereka dalam pendidikan anak, pembentukan komunikasi yang baik antara orang tua dan anak, serta penguatan ekonomi keluarga agar dapat memberikan lingkungan yang kondusif bagi pendidikan anak. Dengan demikian, pengabdian ini menyoroti pentingnya keterlibatan keluarga dalam pendidikan anak sebagai upaya pengembangan SDM yang berkelanjutan. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat meningkatkan kesadaran orang tua tentang pentingnya peran mereka dalam membentuk karakter anak dan memberikan pendidikan yang berkualitas, peningkatan komunikasi dalam keluarga, penguatan kondisi ekonomi keluarga untuk menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang kondusif, serta peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia di tingkat desa yang berdampak positif pada kemajuan masyarakat secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work communication and work compensation on employee performance at PT Jembo Cable Company Tbk in Tangerang City. The method used is quantitative. The population and sample consist of 90 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumptions, regression analysis, correlation analysis, determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The research indicates a strong correlation between communication (0.630) and compensation (0.580) with employee performance. The multiple linear regression equation is Y = 11.321 + 0.418X1 + 0.307X2, meaning that when variable X1 is increased by 1 unit, variable Y increases by 0.418 units at a constant of 11.321, and when variable X2 is increased by 1 unit, variable Y increases by 0.307 units at a constant of 11.321. The coefficient of determination value of 46.8% indicates the contribution of communication and compensation to improving employee performance, while the remaining 46.8% is influenced by other factors. The F hypothesis test yields an F value > F table or (38.308 > 2.710). Thus, H03 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted, meaning there is a significant simultaneous influence of communication and compensation on employee performance. These findings can provide input for policies and practices aimed at improving employee performance at PT Jembo Cable Company Tbk.

Abstract

In today’s competitive business environment, employee performance is crucial for organizational success, especially in logistics companies where workload and work conditions greatly impact productivity. This study aims to examine the positive and significant influence of workload and the non-physical work environment on employee performance at PT. Cesco Logistik Indonesia in Jakarta. Using a quantitative associative approach, the research was conducted with 53 employees as respondents, selected through a census sampling method. Data were collected via a closed-ended questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale. Analysis was performed using multiple linear regression with SPSS 25, including descriptive analysis, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and regression analysis. The results indicate that both workload and the non-physical work environment individually and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. These findings suggest that managing workload proportionally and fostering a supportive psychological work environment can optimize employee performance. Consequently, these factors contribute to increased productivity, effectiveness, and motivation, positively influencing the overall achievement of organizational goals.

Abstract

The quality of public services is still not sufficient to achieve community satisfaction. This is indicated by the presence of public complaints about public services. The government's implementation of public services still faces ineffective and inefficient government systems, and public dissatisfaction with public services is common due to the inadequate quality of human resources. Tangerang Provincial Provincial Ordinance No. 07 of 2010 on the Implementation of Population Control stipulates that the Population and Citizenship Status Service is obliged to issue population documents within 14 working days after receiving complete and accurate required documents. says. The purpose of this study is to describe communication strategies for dealing with public service complaints on the @disdukcapilkabterang Instagram account.This research examines communication strategy, organizational communication, digital communication, new media theory, social media, social media characteristics, public characteristics (intagram followers), handling public service complaints to increase public satisfaction.This study uses a case study method with a qualitative approach, with a constructivism paradigm and data collection techniques by interviewing eight people who have an important role on social media Instagram @disdukcapilkabtangerang. With data validity techniques using data triangulation.The results showed that there was a communication strategy for handling public service complaints on Instagram @disdukcapilkabtangerang, namely the Strategy for Handling Public Service Complaints at the Tangerang Regency Population and Civil Registration Service, Interactive Communication Strategy with the Community (Follower Instagram), Strategy for Sharing Tasks for Managing Instagram @disdukcapilkabtangerang, and Implementation Strategy Complaint Handling SOP. These communication strategies have been going well since the formation of Instagram and the entry of public complaints against public services in 2019.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee performance at LA3-BRIN. The research employs a quantitative associative method with a saturated sampling technique, involving 80 employees as respondents. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires, and the analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to examine both partial and simultaneous effects of the independent variables on employee performance. The findings reveal that leadership style does not significantly affect employee performance, while the work environment has a strong and positive influence. A well-structured and comfortable workplace, including air circulation, lighting, and noise control, enhances employee motivation and productivity. Although leadership style does not have a direct impact, it plays an indirect role in shaping organizational culture and engagement. The study concludes that improving the work environment and refining leadership approaches can enhance overall employee performance.
