Abstract

Pulau Pramuka sebagai zona pemukiman di Taman Nasional Kepulauan Seribu memiliki keindahan alam yang potensial untuk pengembangan wisata bahari. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi potensi lokal dan menganalisis kesesuaian antara permintaan (demand) wisata dengan penawaran (supply) potensi wisata lokal di Pulau Pramuka. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari 2019. Metode analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis supply-demand. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan potensi wisata yang dimiliki Pulau Pramuka meliputi atraksi wisata alam dan buatan, kuliner dan souvenir khas, aksesibilitas dan transportasi yang mudah, fasilitas lengkap, serta adanya peran dari pemerintah dan masyarat dalam pengembangan pariwisata. Permintaan wisata dengan potensi wisata terjadi ketidaksesuaian disebabkan oleh kurangnya penambahan hewan di penangkaran, penambahan atraksi wisata air dan area bermain bagi wisatawan, tidak tersedianya wisata pada malam hari, peningkatan kenyamanan transportasi, wifi corner, spot foto, kebersihan dan jumlah fasilitas wisata serta kesadaran masyarakat dalam menjaga lingkungan daerah wisata Pulau Pramuka. Pulau Pramuka as a zone of housing site in a national park of Kepulauan Seribu having a natural beauty whose potential for the development of maritime tourism. The research objective to identify local potential and analyze the suitability of tourist demand with the supply of local tourism potential on Pulau Pramuka. The research was conducted in February 2019. The data analysis method used in this study was supply-demand analysis. The results showed that the tourism potential of Pulau Pramuka included natural and artificial tourist attractions, unique culinary and souvenirs, accessibility and easy transportation, complete facilities, and the role of the government and society in tourism development. Tourism demand with potential tourism occur some problems due to lack of development of animals in captivity, addition of water tourism and play areas for tourists, unavailability of tourism at night, increased transportation convenience, wifi corner, photo spots, cleanliness and the number of tourist facilities and community awareness in maintain the environment of the Pulau Pramuka tourism area.

Abstract

There are several types of water mixing in the estuary, as anexample is tuntang river which could be a model in the coast of northjava island.The aims of this research are known, the spatial distribution of physical structure, organic matter, including he content ofNitrogene and phosphor in the sediment. Further more the role of physical and chemical sediment are also evaluated. The researchwas conducted in of May 2014, in an area which devided into 11 stations : one of them is located before the esturary while in thewest, north west, east and north east the station are distributed proportionally. The variables measured are total organic matters,total nitrogen, total phosphate, NO3-N, PO4-P , Dissolved oxygen, current, depth and visibility. The result of the research shown thatspatial distribution of the sediment strongly suggest the form of clay in front of estuary, south westward as well as north westwards.Clay distribution is well influenced by organic matter and nitrogene while phosphate content tend to be randomly distributed. In thecase of the the current is weak while the oxygen content is high enough so that the relationship between nitrogen and sediment of claycontribute to the water environment condition as eutrophic status.Keywords : Aquatic Productivity, Sediment, NO3, PO4, Tuntang River

Abstract

 Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengkaji mutu sedimen habitat kerang darah (Anadara granosa L) berdasarkan preferensi reburial. Uji dilakukan terhadap sedimen yang berasal dari Estuari Wakak-Plumbon di Kabupaten Kendal dan sedimen dari Pulau Panjang, Kabupaten Jepara, Jawa Tengah.Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa kerang darah yang dipapar dalam sedimen dari estuari Wakak-Plumbon dan Pulau Panjang tidak menunjukkan kegagalan dalam upaya membenamkan diri (reburial failured) setelah dipapar selama 48 jam. Perbedaan hanya terjadi dalam waktu adaptasi sebelum membenamkan diri. Kerang darah umumnya membutuhkan waktu yang lebih lama untuk adaptasi sebelum membenamkan diri pada sedimen yang berasal dari Estuari Wakak-Plumbon dibanding dari Pulau Panjang. This research conducted to determine quality of sediment for habitat of blood cockle based on reburial reference. Test done to sediment from Wakak-Plumbon estuary on Kabupaten Kendal and from Panjang Island, Kabupaten Jepara, Central Java. The results showed that blood cockle exposed to sediment from two location are not different in reburial failured, but different in time needed for adaptation before reburial. Anadara granosa needed more time to adapted, before reburial in Wakak-Plumbon sediment.

Abstract

Mangrove forest is one of the important ecosystems in Karimunjawa, Indonesia. It provides a variety of services both ecologically and economically. However, over-exploited activity, such as timber theft, can be threatening the sustainability of mangrove forest in Karimunjawa now and in the future. Thus, the improved management for mangrove forest is necessary to ensure its sustainability, and it is depending on how people value the conservation from economic and environment consideration. This study examines the factors influencing on the willingness to pay (WTP) of respondents for mangrove restoration in Karimunjawa. A total of 502 respondents were interviewed using census method. The method employed is Contingent Valuation Method (CVM)Single Bounded. In CVM, the logit model was defined based on dichotomous choice method to estimate the willingness-to-pay (WTP) randomly with three different starting bid value. Findings showed that local awareness of the importance of the values given by mangroves was popularized among local communities. The findings also indicated that respondents who are higher education and have more income were more likely to pay for the mangrove restoration.

Abstract

Kualitas hasil perikanan dipengaruhi oleh kondisi tempat pemasaran ikan di pelabuhan perikanan. Penunjang utama keberhasilan peningkatan mutu di Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudra (PPS) yaitu dengan membuat konsep pemasaran ikan higienis, salah satunya di PPS Cilacap. Pembangunan tempat pemasaran ikan (TPI) higienis PPS Cilacap ini dilandasi oleh Keputusan Direktorat Jendral Perikanan Tangkap (DJPT) no 7 tahun 2017 tentang petunjuk teknis TPI higienis  di pelabuhan perikanan. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengkaji dan mendeskripsikan persepsi  penguna jasa terhadap penerapan tempat pemasaran ikan higienis dengan metode analisis bersifat deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa persepsi pengguna jasa terhadap tempat  pemasaran ikan higienis di PPS Cilacap dari aspek fasilitas mayoritas penerapan tinggi yaitu nilainya di atas 146,67, akan tetapi kondisi (lantai, ventilasi, fasilitas/peralatan penunjang pemasaran higienis) beberapa dinilai rendah yaitu kurang dari 93,33 dan fasilitas seperti roller conveyor, cool box, mesin penghancur es (ice crusher) tidak terdapat di PPS Cilacap. Aktivitas bongkar dan pengangkutan juga memiliki rata-rata persepsi dalam penerapan tinggi yaitu nilainya diatas 146,67. Penanganan ikan di TPI higienis PPS Cilacap tidak dilakukan pelelangan, tidak dilakukan pensotiran di meja sortir dan pelabelan. Partisipasi nelayan dalam pemasaran menjadi berkurang akibat tidak diadakannya pelelangan. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan perbaikan penerapan, baik fasilitas yang sudah mulai mengalami kerusakan, serta perlunya penambahan fasilitas untuk memperlancar aktivitas.Title: Fishers Perception on Hygienic Fish Market at Cilacap fishing portThe quality of fisheries products subject to condition of the fish market. The key concept of fish quality at Cilacap was fishing port due to the existence of hygienic fish market. Decision Letter of the Director General of Capture Fisheries No.7/2017 regarding the technical guidelines for hygienic fish market at the fishing port has been the basis of the development of hygienic fishing port in Cilacap. This study aimed to asses and describe public perception on the hygienic fish market using a descriptive method. The study showed that public perception on hygienic fish market at Cilacap fishing port was above 146.67 in terms of its facilities. The condition of some facilities (flooring, ventilation, facilities or other equipment that support hygienic marketing) were classified under 93.33, while some equipment such as roller conveyor, cool box, ice crusher were not available at Cilacap fishing port. Unloading and transportation presented a high average perception in the application above 146.67. There are no auction, sorting on the sorting table, and labelling in the fish handling at hygienic fishing port since there is no auction Cilacap. There was a decreased participation of fishers in fish marketing. Therefore, it is necessary to improve application of hygienic fish handling by repairing the damaged facilities and establishing more additional equipment.

Abstract

Meningkatnya kadar gas CO2 yang disebabkan oleh berbagai aktivitas manusia antara lain penebangan hutan, pencemaran karena transportasi, industri dan mengakibatkan meningkatnya kadar gas - gas rumah kaca di atmosfer, sehingga pada akhirnya terjadi perubahan iklim skala global. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui biomasa dan kandungan karbon pada tegakan dan akar berdasarkan umur dan perbedaan antar umur terhadap biomasa dan kandungan karbon di Kawasan Hutan Mangrove Desa Pasar Banggi, Rembang. Teknik yang digunakan adalah deskriptif-eksploratif. Teknik pengambilan data batang pohon mangrove dilakukan dengan membuat plot berukuran 10 m x 10 m kemudian diameter batang setinggi dada atau 1,3 m dari permukaan tanah diukur. Selanjutnya, dilakukan perhitungan menggunakan model allometrik untuk mengetahui estimasi biomasa tegakan dan akar, dan kandungan karbon. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, total biomasa mangrove sebesar 974,01 ton/ha dan kandungan karbon sebesar 467,17 ton/ha. Uji ANOVA terhadap biomasa dan kandungan karbon antar umur mangrove menunjukan perbedaan yang signifikan. Uji regresi linear terhadap kandungan karbon antar umur mangrove menghasilkan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,613 dimana umur memiliki pengaruh kontribusi sebesar 61,3% terhadap kandungan karbon.Kata Kunci: biomasa, karbon, mangrove, Rembang, umur

Abstract

Kualitas air merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam budidaya, walaupun ikan lele mampu bertahan hidup dalam kondisi kualitas air yang buruk namun keadaan itu akan berpengaruh pada pertumbuhannya. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ekoenzim terhadap kualitas air pada pembesaran ikan lele. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan April - Mei 2018 di Laboratorium Pengelolaan Sumberdaya Ikan dan Lingkungan, Fakultas Perikanan dan Ilmu Kelautan, Universitas Diponegoro,Semarang. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen di laboratorium dengan menggunakan desain penelitian yaitu rancangan acak lengkap (RAL). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan 4 perlakuan yaitu kontrol, 0,1 ml/L, 0,5 ml/L, dan 1 ml/L dengan 3 pengulangan. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data one way Anova dengan menggunakan data konsentrasi amoniak dan nitrit sedangkan konsentrasi DO, pH, temperature , dan Pertubuhan menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil analisis data yang telah dilakukan menunjukan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan rata-rata hasil konsentrasi amoniak dan nitrit dengan konsentrasi ekoenzim yang berbeda. Jadi pemberian ekoenzim di media pemeliharaan ikan lele menunjukan hasil yang baik untuk proses budidaya namun masih kurang baik untuk pertumbuhan ikan lele tersebut, karena didapatkan hasil pertumbuhan ikan lele cenderung lambat. Water quality is an important factor in cultivation, although catfish are able to survive under poor water quality conditions but the situation will affect its growth. In this study aims to determine the effect of eczymes on water quality in the enlargement of catfish. The study was conducted in April - May 2018 at the Fish and Environmental Resource Management Laboratory, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, Diponegoro University, Semarang. The method used in this study is an experimental method in the laboratory using a research design that is a completely randomized design (CRD). This research was conducted by using 4 treatments, namely control, 0.1 ml / L, 0.5 ml / L, and 1 ml / L with 3 repetitions. In this study used one way Anova data analysis using ammonia concentration data and nitrite concentration while DO, pH, temperature, and Growth using descriptive analysis. The results of the data analysis that has been carried out show that there is no difference in the average yield of the concentration of ammonia and nitrite with different eczene concentrations. So ekoenzim peberian in catfish breeding media showed good results for the cultivation process but still not good for the growth of catfish, because the results obtained growth of catfish tend not slow.
