Abstract

The change in learning models from conventional to online due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way of thinking, methods used, paradigms and learning approaches that prioritize independent learning online with internet facilities. Through the internet all information is available, but it still has to be shared and sorted according to the needs and information to be taught to students. For this reason, competent teachers are needed, not only pedagogically, socially and professionally, but also required to master learning technology. This training is conducted to train teachers in planning, designing, developing and operating webside-based e-learning in the learning process that will be carried out with their students. The training method is designed with an online training and face-to-face approach. The approach uses hands-on exercises, tutorials and follow-up consultations. The results of the training showed an increase in the knowledge and skills of teachers about learning media. Before the training, the average understanding of teachers about learning media got a value of 52, while after being given training it became 84. Then seen from the skills of making media, before training teachers could not create website-based media, but after being given training teachers could create and develop media webside based learning.

Abstract

Innovative learning models have an influence on student achievement. This study aims to determine whether the PBL learning model is more effective than the STAD learning model (learning model that has been applied in schools) on mathematics learning achievement, whether there is a difference in the effect of the AQ of climber, camper, and quitter category students on mathematics learning achievement, and whether there is the interaction between the learning model and students' AQ on mathematics learning achievement. This research is in the form of quantitative research. The sample was taken using a simple random sampling technique where the experimental class was taught using the PBL learning model and the control class was taught using the STAD learning model. The data collection technique used the Questionnaire method for AQ data and the test method for students' mathematics learning achievement data. The data technique used a two-way unequal cell analysis of variance test with a 2×3 matrix and a further test using the Scheffe test. The results of hypothesis testing with a significance level (α) = 5% indicate that there is a difference in the effect of the learning model on mathematics learning achievement (Fobs=19.97 and Fα=4.13), there are differences in the effect of each AQ category on mathematics learning achievement (Fobs=94.59 and Fα=3.28), and there is no interaction between the learning model and students' AQ on mathematics learning achievement (Fobs=2.39 and Fα=3.28).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan praktek kerja lapangan yang mencakup: (1) evaluasi input: yaitu kesiapan peserta didik; (2) evaluasi proses: yaitu kinerja peserta didik; (3) evaluasi produk: yaitu kesiapan kerja peserta didik. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian evaluasi program dengan pendekatan model Stake. Penelitian ini dilakukan di program Studi pendidikan teknik mesin undana. Subyek penelitian ini sebanyak 38 mahasiswa, metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket. Uji validitas instrumen dilakukan dengan menggunakan rumus korelasi product moment, reliabilitas instrumen dianalisis dengan uji koefisien Alpha Cronbach. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan prosentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa evaluasi implementasi PKL di program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Mesin Undana secara keseluruhan meliputi: (1) evaluasi input: yaitu kesiapan peserta didik dalam kategori sedang (45%); (2) evaluasi proses: yaitu kinerja peserta didik dalam kategori sangat kurang (78%); (3) evaluasi produk: yaitu kesiapan kerja peserta didik dalam kategori sedang (40%). Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat meminimalisir kurangnya persiapan dan link and match kompetensi, perlu pendampingan dan monitoring serta peningkatan disiplin dan keseriusan mahasiswa.

Abstract

The development of the digitalization period is increasingly widespread and requires adaptation of human resources to adapt to today's technology. This is related to the transition period that occurred during the Covid-19 pandemic, during which time all activities were carried out in the learning process boldly and face-to-face learning was not permitted. This really requires adaptation and improvisation for all teachers in Indonesia, especially at Panjeng State Elementary School, Ponorogo district, who are required to be proficient in using electronic devices, especially smartphones and computers. This training is intended to equip all Panjeng State Elementary School teachers in Jenangan District, Ponorogo Regency with skills in creating and managing learning media for students, both digital and non-digital. The aim of this training is to create digital-based learning media and create non-digital learning media, which includes theoretical and practical implementation components. Therefore, the Mathematics Education Study Program at Universitas PGRI Madiun is collaborating with KKN students in 2024 to carry out learning media training activities for Panjeng State Elementary School Teachers in Ponorogo Regency. The activity sessions were divided into two, namely the first training session from the KKN students by creating non-digital based learning media or concrete media and the second training session from the lecturers by creating digital based learning media. The training was carried out smoothly and the success of the activity was seen from the enthusiastic activities of the teachers in observing the media creation process, as well as post-activity evaluation and monitoring where the teachers applied the learning media used in the learning process.

Abstract

Islamic  finance  and  banking  industry in Indonesia has shown a significant growth, average growth of 30% more per year in the last five years, with a total number of Islamic banks customers as much as 12 million accounts, or market share 4.8%. In this study, researchers attempt  to  describe  the  events  in  rural  districts West  Java  related  to  the  factors that influence people to become customers of Islamic banks. Data processing by tabulation and scoring and based on the analysis and discussion are carried out. The results of this study indicate that the Islamic bank customers’ data are mostly women in productive age with maximum a senior high school education and their profession up mostly  are  traders. Others  reasearch  results  related to  factors which influence people to become customers of Islamic banks were influenced by psychological, social, personal, economic and cultural factors.DOI:10.15408/aiq.v7i1.1360
