Abstract

The research objectives to be achieved by the authors of this study were to determine whether cash turnover hads an positive effect on profitability, whether accounts receivable turnover had an positive effect on profitability, and whether cash turnover and accounts receivable turnover together positive affect profitability at KPN Setia Budhi. This type of research data was quantitative data and sourced from secondary data in the form of the financial statements of KPN Setia Budhi. The data collection technique used in this research was documentation technique. The data analysis techniques used were multiple linear regression analysis, partial hypothesis testing (t test), simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test), and coefficient of determination test (R2). Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that (1) cash turnover had a positive effect on profitability at KPN Setia Budhi, (2) accounts receivable turnover had a positive effect on profitability at KPN Setia Budhi, (3) cash turnover and receivables turnover together had an effect positive on profitability at KPN Setia Budhi.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study: 1) Knowing the Effect of Tri Hita Karana (BTHK) Culture on Good Corporate Governance (GCG), 2) Knowing the Effect of BTHK on the Quality of Financial Reports, 3) Knowing the Effects of GCG on the Quality of Financial Reports. Sampling uses the Simple Random Sampling method. Analysis of the data used is SEM-PLS. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it shows that: 1) Tri Hita Karana Culture (BTHK) has a positive and significant effect on Good Corporate Governance (GCG) LPD in Buleleng Regency. 2) BTHK have a positive and insignificant effect on LPD Quality of Financial Statements (KLK) in Buleleng Regency, 3) GCG have a positive and insignificant effect on KLK LPD in Buleleng Regency. Based on the results of the study concluded that the Culture of Tri Hita Karana (BTHK) LPD in Buleleng Regency has not been able to become the basis for general policy making and management. The process of preparing LPD financial reports has not taken into account thoroughly the aspects of Good Corporate Governance (GCG).Keywords: Tri Hita Karana Culture, Good Corporate Governance, Quality of FinancialReporting.ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini: 1) Mengetahui Pengaruh Budaya Tri Hita Karana (BTHK) Terhadap GCG, 2) Mengetahui Pengaruh BTHK Terhadap Kualitas Laporan Keuangan, 3) Mengetahui Pengaruh GCG Terhadap Kualitas Laporan Keuangan. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Simple Random Sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan ialah SEM-PLS. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa pertama Budaya Tri Hita Karana (BTHK) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Good Corrporate Governance (GCG) LPD di Kabupaten Buleleng. Kedua BTHK berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kualitas laporan Keuangan (KLK) LPD di Kabupaten Buleleng. Ketiga GCG berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap KLK LPD di Kabupaten Buleleng. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa Budaya Tri Hita Karana (BTHK) LPD di Kabupaten Buleleng belum mampu menjadi dasar sebagai pengambilan kebijakan dan pengelolaan secara umum. Proses penyusunan laporan keuangan LPD belum memperhatikan secara menyeluruh aspek-aspek dalam Good Corporate Governance (GCG).Kata Kunci: Budaya Tri Hita Karana, Good Corporate Governance, Kualitas LaporanKeuangan

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi yang diterapkan pada digital printing mandala printing. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Sebagian data yang dikumpulkan besar adalah data kualitatif dan teknik analisis dengan menggunakan teknik kualitatif. Teknik ini dipilih oleh peneliti untuk menghasilkan data kualitatif, yaitu data yang tidak dapat dikategorikan secara statistik. Dalam penggunaan analisis kualitatif, maka interpretasi terhadap apa yang ditemukan dan pengambilan kesimpulan akhir menggunakan logika atau penalaran sistematis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwa dengan ditetapkannya strategi pemasaran yang ditargetkan akan dapat membantu sebuah perusahaan dalam mengirimkan produk kepada konsumen sesuai dengan keinginan dan kebutuhannya. Salah satu strategi yang digunakan adalah strategi segmentasi. Targeting, positioning dan marketing mix dimana strategi ini telah diterapkan oleh Mandala Printing Digital Printing. Maka strategi pemasaran yang baik diterapkan oleh Mandala Printing Digital Printing dengan demikian penjualan setiap tahunnya mengalami peningkatan.

Abstract

This study attempts to expound on the interactions that take place in the classroom between seventh-grade students and English teacher. This study was taken place in SMP Negeri Satu Atap 1 Sawan. A descriptive qualitative study on teacher and student interactions was used in this reasearch. Several data collection procedures were followed in order to analyze the data. To collect the data, the researchers conducted interviews, field notes, and observation. The classroom interactions were observed by the researcher to know the interactions between the teacher and the students (as the participants) in teaching and learning English. The findings demonstrated how the instructor actively engaged the students in the process of learning. Because the students cooperated in joining the lesson and the teacher used a teaching strategy to make the content easier to learn, the activities in the classroom went off without a hitch. The majority of the interactions, it was discovered, were arranged by the teacher. Finding the right teaching strategy and approach is crucial if you want your students to become more confident in their ability to strike up conversations. In addition, the instructor needs to practice effective time management while using a certain teaching strategy.

Abstract

Even though they have studied it from elementary school to high school, English is one of the subjects studied by students. However, their speaking ability is quite fluent. This research analyzes the Management Study Program students' learning motivation to improve their English speaking skills. This type of research is qualitative. The sample in this research was 87 first-semester students of the Management Study Program. The data collection technique uses primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this research show that the learning motivation of management study program students towards improving speaking skills is very high. Indicators showing that students have high motivation with frequency and persistence in completing assignments are almost 100% intrinsic motivation. Apart from that, students also have extrinsic motivation, which is shown by a sense of enjoyment in the learning environment and good achievement for their efforts in mastering speaking skills; students desire to master speaking skills better so that they can later be used in looking for work.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of product quality, promotion and design on purchasing decisions for aluminum products at the Amerta Aluminum store. The population of this research is all Amerta Aluminum shop consumers, both male and female. The sample used in this research was 55 customers. Data collection methods use questionnaire techniques and documentation techniques. The type of research used is quantitative research and the data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The data analysis technique uses the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 application. The results of the study show that Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions with t count > t table (2.392 > 1.675 with a mean significance level of 0.020 < 0.05. Promotion has a positive and statistically significant effect on Purchasing Decisions with a calculated t value > t table value (1.755 > 1.675) with a significance level of 0.036 < 0.05. And design does not have a positive influence on Purchasing Decisions but has a significant value on Purchasing Decisions for aluminum products at the Amerta Aluminum store significance for Purchasing Decisions with tcount < ttable (3,010 < 1.675) with a significance level of 0.004 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to assist a non-profit organization in compiling financial reporting automatically through the application of a simple financial reporting system. Orphanage or LKSA is an institution engaged in the social sector which is a non-profit entity. A non-profit organization is an organization that is engaged in community services that does not aim to make a profit (profit) but in its activities also requires funds for its operations so that it requires a financial report. Like other types of non-profit organizations, LKSAs are also required to be able to present reports in an accountable and transparent manner. This research was conducted at LKSA Ananda Seva Dharma which was started by conducting a situation analysis regarding the need for a simple financial application. Furthermore, the researchers designed a simple excel-based financial reporting system and implemented it in the process of preparing LKSA financial reports. The results of the study shows that a simple financial application that has been designed can be used by LKSA Ananda Seva Dharma for the preparation of financial statements so that the preparation of financial statements can be done more easily and efficiently. In addition, the financial statements produced are in accordance with non-profit accounting standards and describe the financial condition of LKSAs in full, so that accountability for the resources provided can be better described through these financial statements.

Abstract

Strategi dalam mengembangkan sumber daya manusia diperlukan untuk keselarasan antar karyawan dalam konteks lingkungan internal dan lingkungan eksternal. Meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan penting dilakukan untuk menunjang operasional pada Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD) di Kabupaten Buleleng. Persaingan yang semakin ketat menuntut LPD tidak hanya harus unggul dalam persaingan tetapi perlu mempertahankan serta meningkatkan apa yang menjadi keunggulan dari LPD itu sendiri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Skill Employement berbasis Tri Kaya Parisudha, Affective Commitment, Reward Management terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini bersifat eksplanasi dengan bentuk kausalitas antar variabel. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 51 responden yang dipilih berdasarkan metode Stratified Random Sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model persamaan struktural (Structural Equation Modeling-SEM) berbasis variance atau Component based SEM dengan alat analisis SmartPLS 3.0. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa Skill Employement berbasis Tri Kaya Parisudha berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan LPD di Kabupaten Buleleng. Kedua, Affective Commitment berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan LPD di Kabupaten Buleleng. Ketiga, Reward Management berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan LPD di Kabupaten Buleleng. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Strategic Human Resource Practice berbasis Tri Kaya Parisudha dapat diaplikasikan di LPD Kabupaten Buleleng untuk meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan LPD di Kabupaten Buleleng.

Abstract

The Sukasada Sub-district Office is a community service organization that is the center of this investigation. Understanding the nature of labor, what motivates people to work, and the conditions in which they do their jobs were the primary goals of this study. Workers' productivity on the job is directly affected by this. Questionnaires were sent out to gather information. The whole staff of the Sukasada Sub-district Office was surveyed using the saturation sample method for this research. Multiple linear analysis was used to process the data: An employee's performance is positively affected by three factors: (1) their job characteristics; (2) their work environment; and (3) their level of work motivation.

Abstract

The concept of artificial intelligence (AI) has become inextricably linked to the technological developments occurring within the context of the Industry 4.0 and Society 5.0 eras. AI can be defined as a computer program comprising integrated machine learning, hardware, and software components. This concept of AI draws inspiration from the neocognitron patterns observed in the human brain and employs knowledge derived from hardware and software in order to fulfil its functions. With the advent of Industry 4.0, AI has been increasingly utilized in diverse domains, including education. The objective of this research is to elucidate the role of AI in education during the Industry 4.0 era, employing qualitative research methodologies. In the context of education, AI facilitates personalized learning experiences tailored to individual learners. AI systems assist educators in designing individualized learning profiles, encompassing a range of practical exercises, for each learner. This permits the adaptation of learning materials to align with the abilities, learning styles, and experiences of each learner. The implementation of AI technology in education is considered beneficial, facilitating the tasks of educators, particularly those related to administration, such as assessment and determining final grades based on applicable weights and evaluations. Furthermore, AI technology has the potential to enhance the quality of active and interactive learning experiences, thus facilitating the teaching-and-learning process for educators and learners alike..
