Abstract

Human resources are an important asset and serve as the main driving factor in implementing all organizational activities, thus requiring effective management through Human Resource Management. High-quality human resources will help achieve the goals of any institution or company. This study aims to determine the effect of Intellectual, Emotional, and Spiritual Intelligence on employee performance at the Central Bureau of Statistics in Buleleng Regency. This research uses a quantitative method with data obtained from questionnaire distribution. The sample in this study consists of 33 employees of the Central Bureau of Statistics in Buleleng Regency. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study show that: (1) Intellectual Intelligence does not affect employee performance, (2) Emotional Intelligence does not affect employee performance, and (3) Spiritual Intelligence does not affect employee performance. Simultaneously, Intellectual, Emotional, and Spiritual Intelligence affect employee performance at the Central Bureau of Statistics in Buleleng Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to assist a non-profit organization in compiling financial reporting automatically through the application of a simple financial reporting system. Orphanage or LKSA is an institution engaged in the social sector which is a non-profit entity. A non-profit organization is an organization that is engaged in community services that does not aim to make a profit (profit) but in its activities also requires funds for its operations so that it requires a financial report. Like other types of non-profit organizations, LKSAs are also required to be able to present reports in an accountable and transparent manner. This research was conducted at LKSA Ananda Seva Dharma which was started by conducting a situation analysis regarding the need for a simple financial application. Furthermore, the researchers designed a simple excel-based financial reporting system and implemented it in the process of preparing LKSA financial reports. The results of the study shows that a simple financial application that has been designed can be used by LKSA Ananda Seva Dharma for the preparation of financial statements so that the preparation of financial statements can be done more easily and efficiently. In addition, the financial statements produced are in accordance with non-profit accounting standards and describe the financial condition of LKSAs in full, so that accountability for the resources provided can be better described through these financial statements.

Abstract

Memperkenalkan kosakata bahasa Inggris adalah salah satu metode untuk mengenalkan pembelajaran bahasa Inggris kepada uswa di Taman Kanak-Kanak, sehingga mereka dapat mulai memahami bahasa Inggris sejak usia dini. Dalam mempelajari bahasa Inggris, penting untuk terlebih dahulu dilakukan yaitu memahami dan mengenal kosakata. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memperkenalkan kosakata Bahasa Inggris kepada siswa di tingkat Taman Kanak-Kanak dengan menggunakan media flashcard. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di PAUD Sundaram dengan memilih siswa TK B yang berjumlah 15 orang dan dilaksanakan selama enam bulan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah siswa mengalami peningkatan kemampuan dalam mengenal kosa kata Bahasa Inggris, pelafalan yang mulai membaik serta pemahaman yang bagus. Siswa mengikuti arahan Tim, berlomba-lomba mengangkat tangan untuk menjawab flashcard yang ditanyakan, mengulang kembali kosa kata yang mereka dengar, menjawab dengan semangat setiap kartu yang dikeluarkan oleh Tim. Siswa terlihat sangat senang sehingga suasana kelas menjadi sangat menyenangkan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan motivasi belajar pada siswa menggunakan penerapan model STAD (Student Team Achievement Divisions) pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Subjek dan tempat penelitian adalah siswa kelas X Jurusan Perhotelan SMK Negeri 1 Tejakula sebanyak 3 kelas dengan jumlah masing-masing kelas adalah 30 siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam 2 siklus. Data-data dalam penelitian diperoleh dari hasil observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan peneliti yakni secara deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa yang terlihat pada siklus I pertemuan I sebesar 49%, pertemuan II sebesar 60% dan meningkat pada siklus II pertemuan I sebesar 86%, pertemuan ke II sebesar 89%. Berdasarkan hasil observasi pada siklus II, maka penelitian ini telah dikategorikan berhasil karena telah memenuhi kriteria yang ditentukan maka dapat disimpulkan penggunaan model pembelajaran STAD (Student Team Achievement Divisions) dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa kelas X Jurusan Perhotelan di SMK Negeri 1 Tejakula.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work ethic, incentives, and career development onemployee performance at UD Madia Jaya Singaraja. The data analysis technique used in this study wasmultiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, model goodness-of-fit test and hypothesis test(T-Test) using the SPSS Version 21.0 application for windows. The results of this study indicate that theeffect of the work ethic on employee performance at UD Madia Jaya Singaraja is 0.446 and the results oftesting the hypothesis with the t-test show that t-test > t-table (2.091 > 1.666). The effect of incentives onemployee performance at UD Madia Jaya Singaraja was 0.359 and the results of testing the hypothesis withthe t-test found that t-test > t-table (2.045 > 1.666). The effect of career development on employeeperformance at UD Madia Jaya Singaraja has a regression value of 0.154 units and the results of testing thehypothesis with the T-test show that t-test > t-table (4.800 > 1.666). The results of calculations from the Ftest > F-table, (45.231 > 3.13), this indicates that the work ethic, incentives and career development have ajoint effect on employee performance with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.050.

Abstract

Many aspects of human life have changed due to advances in science and technology. Education is the key to the country’s future development and it starts from early childhood to adulthood. Therefore, changes and improvements continue to be made in various education sectors. In this case, the researcher wants to apply a learning media called "DUDADADU.EDU", a learning based on fun games and education that teaches vocabulary and numeracy. The aim of this activity is to increase the interest and enthusiasm of children at the Kumara Satya Dharma Kindergarten. This activity is carried out using the STAD cooperative learning model, which emphasizes activity and interaction between students to help each other in mastering the material. The aim of this service is to increase the interest and motivation of children at the Kumara Satya Dharma Kindergarten. The expected outcomes of this activity include an impact on children’s learning at school as well as in their surrounding environment.

Abstract

In Indonesia, English is a foreign language that is taught from elementary school to college. In practice, both teachers and students still face many difficulties during the learning process. Various responses can be found in class related to these difficulties, especially in student attitudes during the learning process, student learning outcomes, and participation in carrying out group activities. This study aims to describe the difficulties faced by undergraduate students of Management at Satya Dharma College of Economics in understanding English learning and the factors that cause them. This study uses a qualitative approach with questionnaires, observation, and documentation instruments. Data analysis was carried out in three ways, namely data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. The results of the study showed that the research subjects experienced various difficulties in learning English. This happened due to different levels of English language proficiency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the professional competence of teachers in improving performance at PAUD Kelompok Bermain Mekar Tunjung Landih Bangli. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach using purposive sampling involving three key informants: the principal and two active teachers. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique follows Miles and Huberman's model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results show that teachers demonstrate adequate professional competence in lesson planning, subject mastery, and implementing play-based learning activities. However, challenges persist, such as limited access to formal training, technological constraints, and dual domestic roles. The institution has responded with internal training, learning communities, and external collaborations. A supportive work environment and strong intrinsic motivation are identified as key factors in sustaining teacher performance. Therefore, continuous development of professional competence is essential to ensure the quality of early childhood education services.
