This research aims to reveal the da'wah and broadcasting approaches to seek the principles of Islamic da'wah and examine the da'wah media used by Habib Luthfi Ali bin Yahya. This type of research is qualitative research. Primary data is broadcast recordings of Habib Luthfi Ali bin Yahya. Secondary data, namely several kinds of literature relevant to this research's purpose, is supportive. The data collection technique is documentation. The researcher uses a qualitative descriptive analysis of cultural criticism theory, namely an analysis of the understanding of how a person communicates and how to develop symbolic meaning in society. The results of this study indicate that the role of ulama and religious leaders as missionaries is significant and strategic in preaching. The existence of the figure Habib Luthfi bin Ali Yahya has significantly contributed to the spread of Islamic da'wah. Their love of the motherland missionary movement is quite relevant amid the current condition of the Indonesian nation. As scholars, kiai, and leaders of Sufi orders, they have played an essential role in growing nationalism and consistently preaching Islam, especially in efforts to strengthen the spirit of love for the motherland and nation. The peculiarity of Habib Luthfi's da'wah is a massive da'wah movement to care for and maintain the integrity of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. The da'wah method used by Habib Luthfi is gentle and does not hurt other people's feelings. Habib Luthfi received all the guests who came to his house and they were comfortable and felt sheltered by the shade of Habib Luthfi's words and views. This is the preaching of the Prophet Muhammad carried out by Habib Luthfi. The virtue of preaching Habib Luthfi is without drawing a sword or killing people. He never cursed or wished non-Muslims badly. Habib Luthfi's preaching style is charismatic, and the communication style is natural and elegant. Da'wah style and pattern of thinking out of the box from most people. The concept of Habib Luthfi's da'wah has been able to package the three pillars of community empowerment, namely religion, nationalism, and economic growth, more attractively.

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah membawa inovasi signifikan dalam industri keuangan, termasuk keuangan syariah. Blockchain dan Smart Contracts menjadi dua teknologi utama yang menawarkan transparansi, efisiensi, dan keamanan dalam transaksi keuangan syariah. Teknologi ini dapat mengurangi ketergantungan pada perantara, menekan biaya transaksi, serta memastikan kepatuhan terhadap prinsip-prinsip syariah seperti bebas dari riba, gharar, dan maysir. Namun, tantangan dalam aspek regulasi, kepatuhan syariah, serta kesiapan infrastruktur masih menjadi hambatan utama dalam penerapannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka untuk menganalisis strategi integrasi Blockchain dan Smart Contracts dalam keuangan syariah. Sumber data berasal dari jurnal ilmiah, buku, laporan industri, serta regulasi yang berkaitan dengan teknologi Blockchain dan keuangan Islam. Analisis dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif-kualitatif dan pendekatan maqasid syariah guna memastikan bahwa implementasi teknologi ini tetap sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Blockchain dan Smart Contracts memiliki potensi besar dalam meningkatkan transparansi dan efisiensi keuangan syariah, terutama dalam instrumen seperti Smart Sukuk, zakat berbasis Blockchain, dan pembiayaan mikro berbasis Smart Contracts. Namun, tantangan seperti imutabilitas Smart Contracts yang bertentangan dengan fleksibilitas akad Islam, serta kurangnya pemahaman di kalangan regulator dan praktisi keuangan, perlu diatasi dengan regulasi yang jelas, edukasi, serta pengembangan infrastruktur yang mendukung. Dengan strategi integrasi yang tepat, teknologi ini dapat menjadi solusi inovatif dalam mengakselerasi transformasi keuangan syariah di era digital

Keterbatasan pemahaman mahasiswa FEBI UIN Gusdur terhadap metode bibliometrik dan penggunaan perangkat lunak VOSviewer menjadi penghambat dalam menghasilkan karya tulis ilmiah yang berbasis data dan visualisasi literatur. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kapasitas mahasiswa dalam menyusun karya ilmiah bertema manajemen pariwisata syariah melalui pendekatan bibliometrik. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahap utama, yakni sosialisasi, pelatihan intensif, dan seminar akademik. Metode pelatihan dirancang secara aplikatif dengan pendekatan konstruktivistik, menggabungkan teori dasar, praktik langsung analisis data dari Scopus dan Google Scholar, serta pendampingan teknis penggunaan VOSviewer. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada lima aspek keterampilan, dengan rata-rata kenaikan skor post-test sebesar lebih dari 30 poin dibanding pre-test. Mahasiswa mampu menghasilkan peta visual literatur yang merepresentasikan tren, kata kunci dominan, dan hubungan antar penulis dalam bidang manajemen pariwisata syariah. Antusiasme peserta dan efektivitas metode pelatihan tercermin dari tingkat kepuasan sebesar 93%. Pelatihan ini berhasil memperkuat literasi akademik mahasiswa dan menumbuhkan kesadaran akan pentingnya pendekatan ilmiah berbasis data dalam pengembangan keilmuan ekonomi Islam. Ke depan, pelatihan serupa direkomendasikan untuk diperluas secara lintas program studi guna memperkuat ekosistem riset bibliometrik di lingkungan perguruan tinggi Islam.

This research examines halal medicine in Indonesia from the perspectives of Sharia disputes and state law. This research method has involved qualitative, legal analysis, and field observation. The multidisciplinary approach and triangulation of methods have provided in-depth and valid insights into the complex issue of halal medicine, encompassing Sharia disputes and state law. This research’s findings suggest that research on halal medicine in Indonesia is urgent, considering the issue’s importance from a religious, legal, economic, and public health perspective. In-depth and comprehensive research can help resolve disputes between Sharia principles and state law, increase consumer awareness and trust, and encourage the development of a competitive and innovative pharmaceutical industry. This research concludes an urgent need to bridge the gap between Sharia principles and state law in Indonesia’s halal medicine. Synchronization of state law and Sharia principles in halal pharmaceutical practices in Indonesia is achieved through regulations such as Law No. 33/2014 on Halal Product Guarantee, certification by BPJPH and MUI, public education, and industry innovation, ensuring Sharia compliance without compromising public health. Indonesia can strengthen its position as a leader in the halal pharmaceutical industry while ensuring that public health interests and Sharia compliance can coexist with a more integrated approach, more effective regulations, and increased public awareness.

This research examines the incorporation of Islamic values into Sharia tourism practices in Sapuro, a religious tourism destination in Pekalongan City. The primary issue with this research is the irregularity in applying Islamic principles to manage the pilgrimage area, despite Sapuro being one of the most visited religious destinations in the region. The purpose of this research is to explore the implementation of Islamic values, including cleanliness, comfort of worship, simplicity, halal food, and the sanctity of the place in the infrastructure and services of the destination. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing data collection techniques that included observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the community and tourism actors have organically internalized Islamic values through social and cultural practices without formal regulatory intervention. The community’s collective consciousness is key to maintaining the destination’s sanctity, comfort, and ethics. This finding is corroborated by Maqashid Sharia theory, which shows that the management of Sapuro has reflected the protection of visitors’ religion, soul, property, and honor. The novelty of this research lies in its community value-based approach to Sharia tourism, which differs from the trend in previous research that emphasizes structural aspects and certification. This research implies the importance of strengthening Islamic value-based participatory governance to build sustainable, spiritually and socially competitive religious destinations. [Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana nilai-nilai Islam diinternalisasikan dalam praktik pariwisata syariah di destinasi wisata religi Sapuro, Kota Pekalongan. Permasalahan utama riset ini terletak pada ketidakteraturan dalam penerapan prinsip-prinsip Islam dalam pengelolaan kawasan ziarah, meskipun Sapuro merupakan salah satu destinasi religi yang ramai dikunjungi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi bentuk-bentuk implementasi nilai-nilai Islam, seperti kebersihan, kenyamanan ibadah, kesederhanaan, kehalalan makanan, dan adab kesucian tempat, dalam infrastruktur dan pelayanan destinasi tersebut. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai Islam telah diinternalisasi secara organik oleh masyarakat dan pelaku wisata melalui praktik-praktik sosial dan budaya tanpa intervensi regulasi formal. Kesadaran kolektif komunitas menjadi kunci dalam menjaga kesucian, kenyamanan, dan etika destinasi. Temuan ini dikuatkan oleh teori Maqashid Sharia yang menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan Sapuro telah mencerminkan perlindungan terhadap agama, jiwa, harta, dan kehormatan pengunjung. Kebaruan riset ini terletak pada pendekatan berbasis nilai komunitas dalam pariwisata syariah, yang berbeda dari kecenderungan riset sebelumnya yang menekankan aspek struktural dan sertifikasi. This study examines the integration of Islamic values within the local wisdom of the Baduy Indigenous community. Its focuses on cultural and religious harmony, utilizing a descriptive-analytical method to explore the socio-cultural and religious dynamics reflected in scientific texts and documents. This research employs a qualitative approach through a systematic review of relevant literature, including scientific journals, books, research reports, academic articles, official documents, and previously published interviews (Mills & Birks, 2017). The primary data consists of literature directly addressing the interaction between Islamic values and Baduy traditions, while secondary sources provide additional context regarding the social, historical, and religious dimensions of the community. The qualitative data analyzed includes narratives, concepts, principles, and interpretations of customary and religious values as practiced by both the Outer and Inner Baduy groups. The thematic analysis was employed following an inductive process, emphasizing textual comprehension alongside a contextual and reflective interpretation of the integration of Islamic principles, while also recognizing the distinctiveness of Baduy customs. Through this methodological framework, the study contributes to the development of a theoretical model for understanding cultural and religious harmony, supported by comprehensive and in-depth literature analysis.

This research aims to comprehensively investigate the preparation for implementing mandatory halal regulations for food and beverage products in Indonesia. This research also examines the role of international law in promoting the balance of the Islamic global economy in member countries of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation. This research employs a normative legal research method, utilizing a statutory approach. The primary legal materials used include the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, Law No. 23 of 1992, Law No. 7 of 1996, Law No. 6 of 1967, Law No. 8 of 1999, Law No. 33 of 2014, Government Regulation No. 31 of 2019, and Law No. 39 of 2021. Data collection techniques used literature studies, and data analysis was carried out using qualitative descriptive methods. The results showed that the regulation of mandatory halal certification for food and beverage products in Indonesia is regulated in Law Number 33 of 2014, Government Regulation Number 31 of 2019, and Law Number 39 of 2021. Preparation for the implementation of this mandatory halal regulation is a legal requirement to ensure peace and comfort for the public when consuming or using halal products. This study also found that, when implemented appropriately, international legal policies can foster Islamic economic growth in OIC countries. Some countries, such as Malaysia and Turkey, have successfully adopted and enforced international law, thereby improving banking stability and attracting foreign investment. This study concludes that Law No. 33/2014 guarantees the availability of halal products, and the government is obligated to foster and supervise the guarantee of halal products. On October 17, 2024, the first phase of halal obligation for food products, beverages, slaughter services, and slaughter products will be enforced throughout Indonesia. Therefore, support from the public and businesses in Indonesia is needed to increase public awareness of the importance of halal certificates. Furthermore, while there are challenges in harmonizing domestic policies with international standards, international law offers immense opportunities. With an inclusive and collaborative approach, OIC countries can capitalize on these opportunities to achieve a sustainable and inclusive Islamic economic equilibrium. Support from international and regional organizations is crucial in strengthening the capacity of OIC countries to implement international law effectively.
