Abstract

Internet-based educational facilities can be used as a means of delivering learning that relies on practical aspects and is easily accessible anywhere and anytime. In addition, this learning media enables distance learning or the delivery of information between lecturers and students. Western Bridal Make Up is a compulsory subject in an education program. This study aims to a) develop web-based learning media products on database materials for the Department of Makeup and Beauty Education at Universitas Negeri Padang through the process of developing media, b) obtain information about the feasibility of web-based learning media products on database materials used as support in database learning in the Department of Makeup and Beauty Education, Universitas Negeri Padang.This research uses alpha testing method (alpha testing). The research subjects in alpha testing were 2 media experts and 2 material experts, while the research subjects in beta testing were 20 students majoring in Makeup and Beauty Education, Padang State University. Data obtained by using test instruments to test the effectiveness and non-test instruments to test the validity and practicality in the research process. Based on the results of the developed learning media produces valid media in terms of media (design) with a value of 0.918 and valid from the material side with a value of 0.875 by media experts and material experts and from the practical side of the media developed has a practical level of practicality with a percentage of 95%, from the beta test obtained 100% very feasible. The implications of the application of this media can increase the use of instructional media as teaching material that is independent, mobile, and interactive by lecturers, thus helping lecturers in delivering learning material.

Abstract

Tujuan   penelitian ini   ialah   mengetahui   penerapan   model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, and   Product) terhadap hasil layanan informasi karir pada CDC SMK N 8, dan keefektifan layanan informasi karir dengan menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP di Career Development Center (CDC)SMK N 8. Penentuan keefektifan layanan informasi karir dilihat dari seberapa besar ketercapaian tujuan layanan informasi karir yang telah ditentukan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP untuk mengevaluasi tiap komponen Konteks, Input, Proses, dan Produk dalam mencapai proses layanan informasi karir yang efektif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah Ketua CDC, Sekretaris CDC, siswa, dan Alumni SMK N 8. Pengumpulan data utama menggunakan wawancara, sedangkan untuk data pendukung menggunakan angket, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data hasil pengumpulan data dianalisis secara triangulasi. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelaksanaan layanan informasi karir dinyatakan sudah terlaksana dengan sangat baik.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang terjadi saat ini yaitu masih banyak kasus pengangguran. Hal ini disebabkan karena alumni yang tidak mengetahui lowongan pekerjaan yang sesuai dengan kemampuan yang dimilikinya. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis penerapan model evaluasi CIPP (context, input, process, and product) terhadap hasil layanan informasi karir. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP untuk mengevaluasi tiap komponen konteks, input, proses, dan produk dalam mencapai proses layanan informasi karir yang efektif. Pengumpulan data utama menggunakan wawancara, sedangkan untuk data pendukung menggunakan angket, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data hasil pengumpulan data dianalisis secara triangulasi. Teknik yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data yaitu analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian yaitu Context (evaluasi konteks) pelaksanaan kegiatan layanan informasi karir dikatakan sangat baik, namun kekurangannya yaitu pada indicator. Input (evaluasi masukan) sudah sangat baik. Process (evaluasi proses) pada tahap dikatakan baik namun untuk perbaikan pada tahap setelah melaksanakan layanan. Product (evaluasi hasil) secara keseluruhan program pelaksanaan layanan informasi karir yang dilakukan sudah dikatakan baik.

Abstract

iSMK sebagai ilembaga pendidikan imenengah selama ini ihanya dipersiapkan untuk mengisi ilapangan pekerjaan iyang ada belum sebagai pencipta lapangan kerja.  Sementara perguruan tinggi yang diharapkan penghasil lulusan iyang memiliki  pengetahuan, iketerampilan, daya kreasi dan daya juang yang tinggi untuk  membuka dan mengembangkan lapangan kerja juga belum berhasil menjalankan tugasnya. iHal tersebut idisebabkan karena model dan/atau metode pembelajaran yang digunakan belum mampu menginternalisasikan sikap, jiwa dan ikarakter wirausaha kepada peserta didik. Selama ini metodexpembelajaran kewirausahaan yangxberlangsung di SMK iumumnya iceramah, penugasan menjual produk, serta pengamatan.xSehingga pendidikan kewirausahaan perlu direvitalisasi yang meliputi; ipenataan kurikulum, peran sekolah, pengorganisasian prosesvpembelajaran, pembenahan pada diri guru agar mampu menghasilkan lulusan yang berdaya isaing. iPembelajaran ikewirausahaan hendaknya berlangsung isecara interaksi inspiratif, interaktif, imenantang, menyenangkan, dan memotivasi.Modelxpembelajaranxyang cocokxuntuk tingkat SMK adalahxmodel pembelajaran koperatif Model grup Entitas (MGE).  MGE merupakan pembelajaran secara kelompok yang terdiri dari unit-unit usaha yang saling berkaitan.  Sedangkan model  pembelajaran kewirausahaan yang relevan untuk tingkat perguruan adalah : metode group iproject, lecturesi, writingi essayi, case study,xwritingxbusiness plan, irole playing, business isimulation, video, iintercaction with ientrepreneurs.

Abstract

Penyedia layanan salon kecantikan yang telah menerapkan layanan digital marketing, belum sepenuhnya menerapkan layanan digital marketing. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa penerapan layanan digital marketing terhadap meningkatkan minat berkunjung ulang konsumen pada salon kecantikan di Kota Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian survey menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif kausal. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah salon kecantikan yaitu konsumen Muslimah Beautycare, Hai Beautybar dan Tanesha Beauty House. Jenis pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah “Sampling Total”, jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 orang. Data dikumpulkan melalui metode observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner penelitian. Penyusunan instrumen dilakukan dengan skala likert. Data dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif, uji normalitas, lineritas dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian diperoleh 1) Layanan Digital Marketing Salon Kecantikan di Kota Padang, memiliki Rata-rata TCR sebesar 84,66% dengan kategori Baik. 2) Minat Berkunjung Ulang Konsumen Salon Kecantikan di Kota Padang diperoleh rata-rata TCR dengan nilai 81,90% dengan kategori baik. 3) Penerapan Layanan Digital Marketing efektif dalam meningkatkan minat berkunjung ulang konsumen salon kecantikan di Kota Padang. Saran Untuk itu pihak salon kecantikan di Kota Padang agar lebih dapat untuk meningkatkan promosi digital marketing yang diberikan oleh salon kecantikan sehingga minang kunjung ulang pelanggan meningkat disetiap harinya.

Abstract

Abstract: Learning at SMK Beauty faces various challenges, such as the need for learning media relevant to industry needs, inappropriate learning strategies, and low student motivation. To overcome this challenge, this study develops and tests the practicality of the e-module flipped book based on employability skill learning. This media is designed to improve students' technical competence and work skills as spa therapies relevant to the industrial world. The research uses the ADDIE development method and involves validators and ten small class students at SMKN 6 Padang as practical test subjects. The study results show that the e-module has a high level of practicality. Validators gave an average rating of 86.25% in the convenience category, while students gave an average rating of 87% in the convenience category. This e-module is considered easy to use, efficient in learning time, and visually appealing. In addition, integrating employability skills in flip-book-based learning encourages the development of students' communication, teamwork, and time management skills. Thus, this e-module has the potential to be an innovative solution to improve the competence of Spa Therapies students of Beauty Vocational School.Keywords: Flipped Book, Employability Skill Learning, Spa Therapies, Practicality, Beauty Vocational School

Abstract

The problem of research is the low understanding of students in the subject of hair trimming and coloring which has an impact on student learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to develop an e-book-based learning media on the subject matter of double application hair coloring at SMK. This type of research is research and development using a 4-D model. The population of this research is the students of class XI KC II SMK totaling 32 people. The data collection technique used a validity and practicality questionnaire. The data analysis technique is by calculating the score of the e-book media assessment from the questionnaire given and categorized according to the interpretation obtained. The results of the media validation study were 0.89 (very valid category) and 0.82 material validation (very valid category). The results of the practicality of student responses were 86.07% (very practical category) and from the teacher's response of 87.2 (very practical category). E-book-based learning can be said to be valid and practical to be used as teaching materials in the classroom on hair trimming and coloring subjects to improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Hair is a part of the body that requires care, one of which is thorugh the use of hair dye. To obtain safer alternative, natural hair dye was developed from henna leaf extract (Lawsonia inermis). This study aims to analyze the formulation of hair dye cosmetic from henna leaf extract through laboratory tests (lawsone content, tannin content, and pH), organoleptic tests (texture, color, aroma), and hedonic tests (panelist preference). The reseacrh employed an experimental quantitative approach involving 7 panelists consisting of 2 lecturers in beauty and makeup, 2 pharmacists, and 3 beauty students. Data were collected through observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The result showed that all formulations (F1, F2, F3) tested positive for lawsone and tannin content and had a pH value of 5, which meets the standard pH for hair dye. In the organoleptic test, formulation F2 was rated the best, with 86% of panelists stating the texture was thick, 57% stating the color was deep yellow, and 72% stating the aroma was characteristic of henna leaf extract. In the hedonic test, formulation F1 was fairly liked (86%) and formulation F3 was liked by 86% of the panelists. Based on these results, hair dye cosmetics made from henna leaf extract are considered suitable for use as natural hair dye products.
