Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan demokratis, loyalitas, dan motivasi terhadap komitmen organisasi di Ikatan Guru Taman Kanak-Kanak Indonesia PGRI Se-Kecamatan Tempursari, Kabupaten Lumajang. Gaya kepemimpinan demokratis diakui dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan anggota dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang positif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada guru-guru yang tergabung dalam organisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan demokratis, loyalitas, dan motivasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Gaya kepemimpinan demokratis terbukti mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan anggota, sementara loyalitas dan motivasi juga berkontribusi positif terhadap komitmen. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar pemimpin organisasi mengadopsi gaya kepemimpinan yang lebih demokratis dan mengembangkan strategi untuk meningkatkan loyalitas serta motivasi para guru guna memperkuat komitmen organisasi.

Abstract

The global challenges in the economic sector has become more complex and turbulence. Many companies have executed management changes in order to survive and create strategies to compete with their competitors. More than two decades, human resource management has been developed into strategic to face the global challenges, and the roles concept of human resource professional created by Ulrich et. al. has been executed by many companies around the world. Many researchers have stated that a key to achieving competitive advantage is that of the strategic roles of human resource management. In the service industry, specifically in hospitality, in which human resource as the main resource to run the business, the strategic roles of the human resource manager is very important in creating competitive advantage. This research aims to identify and describe the strategic roles of human resource managers in a hospitality industry. This study conducted in three-star hotels in Malang and interviewed six human resource managers as participants. Qualitative method used in this research and positivist underlying philosophical assumption. Using semi-structured interview in data collection, this paper identifies three themes to be analyzed by coding using software NVivo International 10. The first is the strategic roles of human resource managers contribute to anticipating the competitive business challenges; the second, their strategic roles in creating competitive advantage; and lastly, a human resource as a key in creating the competitive advantage for the company. The first two themes are analyzed by a number of coding references, the finding mentioned that there are two human resource managers who conduct strategic roles as the strategic partner and change agent. While the third theme is analyzed by word tree and giving the result that the factor of achieving competitive advantage is that of human resource.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Work Life Balance terhadap Turnover Intention dengan Work Stress sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan PT Korindo Abadi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel terdiri dari 301 karyawan yang dipilih menggunakan teknik random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis jalur. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Work Life Balance berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, baik secara langsung maupun melalui Work Stress sebagai variabel mediasi. Selain itu, Work Stress memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa keseimbangan antara kehidupan kerja dan pribadi serta stres kerja merupakan faktor penting yang memengaruhi niat karyawan untuk meninggalkan perusahaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: Pengaruh Tata Kelola Arsip, Tingkat Pendidikan Dan Fasilitas Kerja Terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Pada Kantor Dinas Perpustakaan Dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Puncak Jaya, serta variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh Terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Pada Kantor Dinas Perpustakaan Dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Puncak Jaya Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan pada kantor Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Puncak Jaya. Waktu penelitian dilakukan bulan Januari 2024. Populasi penelitian adalah semua pegawai kantor Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Puncak Jaya yang berjumlah 56 orang Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Tidak terdapat pengaruh tata kelola arsip secara parsial terhadap kualitas pelayanan pada kantor Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Puncak Jaya 2) Tidak terdapat pengaruh tingkat pendidikan secara parsial terhadap kualitas pelayanan pada kantor Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Puncak Jaya 3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan fasilitas kerja terhadap kualitas pelayanan pada kantor Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Puncak Jaya 4) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap kualitas pelayanan pada kantor Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Puncak Jaya 5) Fasilitas kerja yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pelayanan pada kantor Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Puncak Jaya

Abstract

Each leader has a different perspective in leading an organization which is reflected in their respective leadership styles. The leadership style used must of course pay attention to the environment of the organization being led. This leadership style will ultimately affect the performance of the employees they lead. The objectives of this study are: 1) To analyze the influence of leadership style and work environment on the performance of employees at the BPS office in Puncak Jaya Regency, and 2) To analyze the influence of leadership style on the performance of employees at the BPS office in Puncak Jaya Regency. The study was conducted using a quantitative research approach and data was collected from observations and interviews. The analysis used in this study is quantitative data analysis. The analysis tools used are multiple linear regression, F test and t test. Leadership style and work environment have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The percentage of influence is quite high. This means that employee performance can be influenced by two variables together, namely leadership style and work environment. Leadership style applied in a good work environment will increase employee performance. The leadership style possessed by a leader can affect employee performance. The better the leadership style possessed by a leader, the better the employee performance will be. In addition, the work environment partially has a significant effect on employee performance. This means that the work environment can affect employee performance. In an effort to improve employee performance, the government must have a good work environment.

Abstract

Disaster management is a dynamic process, which includes classical management functions. These include planning, organizing, dividing tasks, controlling and supervising. This process involves various organizations working together in carrying out prevention, mitigation, preparedness, emergency response, and post-disaster recovery or reconstruction and rehabilitation processes. This research study aims to describe and explain disaster management at the Puncak Jaya Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency. This research uses qualitative methods to describe and explain disaster management. Data collection techniques in this research were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques in this research are information collection, data reduction, data presentation, and the final stage. Data validation techniques in this research are source triangulation, technical triangulation, and time triangulation. The results of this research show that the management of the Regional Disaster Management Agency in Puncak Jaya Regency. (1) that prevention indicators have been carried out well, shown by the many things that have been done, such as early warning, installation of detection equipment, installation of information equipment and so on. (2) mitigation related to disaster management has been going well, as shown by the many mitigation programs carried out such as outreach, training for volunteers or also preparedness programs related to disasters that occurred in Puncak Jaya Regency (3) disaster preparedness is related to disaster management It has been running well, demonstrated by its swift response to the public if a report comes in and it is immediately handled quickly in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). (4) the quick reaction regarding Disaster Management has gone well, as shown by the quick response if a disaster occurs and immediately going into the field if there is a report regarding a disaster. The government also prepares personnel and conducts training for volunteers.

Abstract

The management of dynamic inactive archive was done in order to make the archive become reusable when necessary, such as in decision-making or in other activities related to such archives. The archive was reusable when it was in a good condition and provided well-preserved information therein. The objectives of this study were to know how was the management of dynamic inactive archives, what are the obstacles that is facing during the implementation of the management of dynamic inactive archives, and also the solutions that were conducted to solve the obstacles during the management of dynamic inactive archives at the Regional Archive and Library Office of Puncak Jaya Regency. The informants of this study were the Head Office, the Head of Management and Service Archive Section, the Archivist, the Staff, and the Archive Users. The technique of collecting data was conducted through observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis was done through reducing data, doing presentation, and drawing conclusion. The result of the study of management of dynamic inactive archive was started from arranging and saving the archives through the process of sorting, bundling, describing, classifying, packaging, assessing, drawing up description card, maneuver card, and maneuver archive, drawing up the archives into boxes, drawing up the boxes into archive shelves and drawing up the list of details archives order (DPA), maintaining and securing the archives by cleaning it and preventing any damages by using chemical substances, controlling the archive borrowing, and destroying the archives which have been expired. The obstacles during the implementation were the lack of human resources, unidentified archives, infrastructures which lack of support, and non standard saving rooms. The solutions that were done by the Regional Archive and Library Office were by hiring outsourcing employers, conducting some trainings to governmental institutions at Puncak Jaya regency, and asking for extra infrastructure for regional archives. The conclusion based on this research was that the archive management was considered well done in accordance with the procedures starting from the process of saving up to decimating the archives. The obstacles during the implementation were the lack of human resources, unidentified archives, infrastructures which lack of support, and non standard saving rooms. The solutions that were done were hiring outsourcing employers, conducting some trainings, and asking for extra infrastructure. It is suggested that the Regional Archive and Library Office should held a selection of outsourcing employers in accordance with its prequirement, regularly monitor the archive makers unit, and maximaze the infrastructure over there.

Abstract

Digital transformation in traditional industries is an important step to remain competitive in the modern era. The application of digital technology in business operations can increase efficiency and provide a better customer experience. However, many traditional companies face challenges in adopting new technologies and developing digital skills. This research aims to explore the role of strategic management in supporting the success of digital transformation in traditional industries. This research uses a qualitative approach, with data obtained from the results of relevant research and previous studies. The collected data will be analyzed to find significant patterns and relationships. The research results show that a clear digital vision and strategy are critical to guiding transformation. Effective leadership and good change management are also crucial in overcoming internal resistance. Implementing digital technologies, such as automation and analytics, can significantly improve operational efficiency. The development of digital skills and competencies through continuous training and external collaboration is essential to support this change. With a comprehensive approach, traditional companies can overcome the challenges of digital transformation and take advantage of the opportunities offered by new technologies.

Abstract

Desa sananrejo kecamtan Turen Kabupaten Malang  memiliki sentra produksi Jamur tiram oleh Bapak Sanip sebagai pemilik UMKM yaitu budidaya jamur Tiram putih dan  Baglog merupakan media pertumbuhan  jamur, kegitan produksi setiap hari  dan memiliki karyawan 15 orang, yang sudah memiliki tugas seperti: 1)Pencampuran bahan baku, 2 Cetak Baglog, 3) Perawatan/penyiraman Jamur, 4) pengawas suhu rumah jamur dan 5) area Penjualan meliputi:  Dampit, Kepanjen , Gondanglegi, Kota Malang dan sekitarnya. Dalam sehari mitra memproduksi sekitar 150 kg Jamur per harinya untuk memenuhi permintaan konsumen  yang cukup tinggi. dalam usaha mitra antara lain: a) Proses pencampuran bahan baku secara Tradisional dan tidak merata; b) Proses pencetakan media pertumbuhan jamur baglog manual, Kurangnya teknologi otomatis Pengemasan baglog belum memiliki merek dan kurang menarik  Omzet tidak dapat diperoleh dengan maksimal  Belum ada manajemen keuanganTidak memiliki atribut pemasaran, Belum memiliki merek dagang Belum memiliki ijin PIRT dan sertifikat Halal. Oleh karena itu, oleh tim PKM Unikama kepada mitra adalah  Desain dan pembuatan mesin mixer pencampuran bahan baku otomatis pencampuran bahan buku merata pengaturan suhu rumah budidaya jamur menggunakan Internet of things(Iot) Pelatihan dan pendampingan penggunaan mesin serta pemasaran berbasis media online; Pelatihan dan pendampingan manajemen keuangan dan pembukuan sederhana Pelatihan dan pendampingan kewirausahaan secara berkala Monitoring dan Evaluasi Program Bersama Mitra

Abstract

Desa Jatisari merupakan salah satu desa di Kecamatan Tajinan wilayah Kabupaten Malang, Propinsi Jawa Timur., di Desa Jatisari masih sedikit jumlah UMKM dan masih banyak yang belum mengembangkan strategi pemasaran maupun mengembangkan inovasi pengemasan produk yang di hasilkan. Pada dasarnya tujuan dari dilaksanakan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat adalah dapat memberikan ide baru tentang Kewirausahaan serta memotivasi bagi peserta agar membuka wawasan untuk melakukan pengembangan kegiatan usahanya. Target yang ingin dicapai adalah masyarakat menjadi kreatif dan bisa memasarkan produk secara online di market place dan mengembangkan inovasi kemasan produk khususnya untuk krupuk rambak Impala.Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah pemberian Penyuluhan dan pelatihan dan praktek langsung. Sedangkan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat pada Bulan September 2023. Hasil dan Luaran yang ditargetkan oleh pengabdian adalah dengan melakukan peningkatan pemasaran dan kemasan produk Impala. Diharapkan pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini dapat memberikan semangat dan motivasi baru untuk mengembangkan usaha dengan tingkat keuntungan yang lebih besar.
