Abstract

Penelitian ini terkait dengan pengaruh penilaian kinerja dan pemberian insentif yang ada di Peusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Tugu Tirta Kota Malang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penilaian kinerja dan pemberian insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan, mengetahui pengaruh penilaian kinerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan mengetahui pengaruh pemberian insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode Penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti yaitu menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel berupa Proportionate Random Sampling dan didapatkan jumlah responden sebanyak 73. Metode analisis data yang digunakan berupa analisis regresi linier berganda dengan memakai perangkat SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variebel penilaian kinerja dan pemberian insentif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, penilaian kinerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta pemberian insentif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Saran bagi peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan penelitian ini dapat dijadikan bahan referensi dan perbandingan untuk memperdalam penelitiannya terutama yang berkaitan dengan penilaian kinerja dan pemberian insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The disruption era includes the fourth industrial revolution, climate change, and the Covid-19 pandemic. Education, the economy, business, and tourism, among other areas, are all affected by the disturbance. The purpose of this research is to examine how organizational resilience is implemented in a hotel from the perspective of strategic human resource management. The study employs a qualitative approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews and data processed through narrative. According to the conclusions of this study, the strategic roles of human resource executives or leaders are critical in dealing with organizational crises. This study contributes to knowledge by constructing propositions to establish a mini-theory.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of competence, self-efficacy, and quality of work life on employee performance at Perumdam Tirta Mahameru Lumajang. This study relies on primary quantitative data specifically for permanent employees, with a sample of 50 permanent staff members. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire that applies a Likert scale. To analyze the data, a multiple linear regression method was used through SPSS software. The results of the study indicate that competence, self-efficacy, and quality of work life simultaneously have a significant positive influence on employee performance at Perumdam Tirta Mahameru Lumajang. When viewed individually, competence and quality of work life show a positive and significant influence on employee performance, while self-efficacy has a positive impact although not significant. These findings suggest that to increase employee confidence and belief, the company should include additional factors through training programs to strengthen competencies in each division, as well as increase self-confidence through soft skills and hard skills training. Thus, it is expected that employee self-efficacy can increase and have a more significant impact on the overall performance of Perumdam Tirta Mahameru Lumajang. Abstract

Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) is a government program aims to build community welfare through independent economic. To build BUMDes is obligated to all district which has been given socialization dan training about this enterprise by local government. This community service was conducted in Pakisjajar aims to help”perangkat desa” and “kelompok kerja (Pokja)” with management knowledge in oder to build BUMDes. The result of training showed that all participants antusiastic by asking many questions and discussing their problems. As the training ended, all participants stated that they satisfied with the material of training. It was complete and met their needs and they felt sure to build BUMDes. Hopefully, participants of this training can build BUMDes as soon as possible and can manage the enterprise succesfully.
