Abstract

One way to prevent accidents is to predict one's driving performance when carrying out their duties. This study aims to build a performance prediction model based on the results of the level of alertness and sleepiness test in monotonous road conditions. This study uses a Train Simulator for 120 minutes to describe a driving activity. This study involved 5 male and 3 female participants aged 22-38 years. Each participant will receive the same treatment based on sleep duration (4 and 8 hours) and sleep quality (good and poor) the night before. Performance prediction models are built using multiple regression analysis based on the highest adjusted coefficient of determination (R2). The results of a performance prediction model with an adjusted R2 of 61.2% and with the final variable entered into the model based on Psychomotor Vigilance Test (PVT) measurement tools is mean reaction time (MRTPVT), Sustained Attention Test (SAT) measurement tools are % number of missed targets (NMTSAT), and SOFI measurement tools are physical exertion (PE).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelayanan publik yang dilakukan oleh Perpustakaan Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Jawa Barat sebagai unit pelayanan statistik terpadu.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif konfirmatori. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan perpustakaan BPS Provinsi Jawa Barat termasuk dalam kategori baik; dan skor tertinggi pada indikator tangibel. Kualitas produk BPS Provinsi Jawa Barat juga termasuk dalam kategori baik dengan skor tertinggi pada performance. Variabel kepuasan responden terhadap perpustakaan BPS Provinsi Jawa Barat juga termasuk dalam kategori baik dengan skor terbesar dari desires congruency dan expectations disconfirmation. Berdasarkan analisis SEM, kualitas produk lebih besar pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan pengguna data daripada kualitas pelayanan. Kepuasan pengguna data pada indikator perceived performance mempunyai pengaruh terbesar dalam mengukur kepuasan pengguna data. Kualitas pelayanan pada indikator reliability mempunyai pengaruh terbesar dalam mengukur variabel kualitas pelayanan. Kualitas produk pada indikator reliability of product mempunyai pengaruh terbesar untuk mengukur kualitas pelayanan.

Abstract

Dewasa ini, pengetahuan masyarakat khususnya tentang Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan kerja (SMK3) akan masih terbilang sangat kurang. Padahal, apabila pemahaman tentang SMK3 baik maka jumlah kecelakaan kerja semakin sedikit, produktivitas kerja semakin besar dan akhirnya produk yang dihasilkan jumlahnya semakin banyak dengan kualitas juga semakin baik. Tujuan dilaksanakan program PKM adalah menambah pemahaman, pengetahuan, dan wawasan di Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Garut dan pelaku industri di Garut dan sekitarnya tentang SMK3. Pada program ini dilakukan survei lokasi, wawancara sebelum dan sesudah seminar. Materi seminar adalah penjelasan mengenai SMK3, penerapan SMK3 dalam masa pandemi di industri kecil dan menengah. Setelah mengikuti seminar, mahasiswa Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Garut dan pelaku industri di Garut dan sekitarnya mengetahui secara lebih mendalam tentang SMK3 dan berusaha menerapkan dalam masyarakat dengan baik dan benar. Salah satu cara penerapan SMK3 dengan cara 5S.

Abstract

Tuntutan konsumen yang semakin tinggi, pilihan produk yang semakin beragam, dan jalur distribusi yang semakin kompleks menjadi tantangan bagi industri ritel untuk bertumbuh dan bertahan. Kualitas layanan menjadi kunci untuk memenangkan persaingan di toko fisik. Keterbatasan sumber daya dan margin keuntungan harus dikelola secara optimal dengan mengefisiensikan biaya operasional dan mengefektifkan layanan yang diberikan. Studi ini dilakukan di sebuah jaringan toko ritel sepeda “Rodalink” yang berlokasi di Bandung. Ketersediaan layanan diukur dari bulan Agustus hingga Desember 2021. Pengamatan menemukan pola dinamis pada tingkat kunjungan konsumen untuk setiap hari di setiap rentang waktunya. Kondisi empiris tersebut mendorong perlunya pengaturan ulang jadwal kerja tenaga penjual agar dapat menghasilkan ketersediaan layanan paling optimal. Setiap konsumen harus dapat dilayani setidaknya oleh seorang tenaga penjual. Programa linier diterapkan dengan fungsi objektif berupa persamaan yang meminimasi biaya tenaga kerja serta kendala fungsionalnya adalah banyaknya konsumen yang berkunjung dan jam kerja karyawan. Hasil iterasi merekomendasikan penambahan 2 orang tenaga penjual agar dapat mencapai standar kualitas layanan yang diinginkan. Tingginya tingkat kunjungan konsumen di hari tertentu diantisipasi dengan mempekerjakan tambahan 1 orang sebagai tenaga kerja harian lepas. Secara total, biaya tenaga kerja menjadi lebih sedikit daripada harus membayar upah lembur namun memperbesar peluang konsumen yang dapat dilayaninya.

Abstract

Kliknik is a shop that sells medicines and vitamins. Kliknik operates on e-commerce at Tokopedia and Shopee. Kliknik's main problem is not achieving the target since March 2022. This is in line with the improving pandemic conditions in Indonesia. Compared with several pharmaceutical companies' net sales, the improving pandemic conditions do not affect a company's sales. It is necessary to propose a marketing mix that Kliknik can implement based on segmenting, targeting, and positioning analysis to achieve the specified Kliknik sales target. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. 97 respondent data was obtained, which could be analyzed. Segmentation analysis was done by using k-means clustering. Three clusters were obtained: general, loyal, and critical customers. Through a targeting process, loyal customers were selected as the target market for Kliknik Shop. The positioning statement for the Kliknik Shop is that loyal customers can always shop at the Kliknik because the Kliknik Shop appreciates the trust they have been given. The marketing mix proposal is general but still adheres to the 4P+2P+2C+3S marketing mix concept. The proposed marketing mix given is that Kliknik Shop can take part in some events held by e-commerce, Kliknik Shop admin can actively contact customers who have finished shopping via the chat feature in e-commerce and must be responsive to respond to all chats, comments, and discussions. Kliknik shops are also advised to create social media, Instagram, as a promotional media and extend store operating hours.

Abstract

Intercity travel is a transportation service that facilitates movement between cities and cities. Aya Travel is here to facilitate transportation between Bandung and Depok. Aya Travel was established in 2005 with a fleet of 16 units. As time passes, there are travel competitors whose presence makes the sales of Aya travel departure tickets decline in 2016. This can be caused by the quality of other travel services being better than Aya Travel, so lately, people have switched from Aya Travel. The phenomenon is that what Aya travel consumers expect is not what they receive. Service quality measurement is carried out to respond to the above phenomenon using SERVQUAL. In the process, initial attributes from literature studies and Critical Incident Techniques were collected. After the attributes are collected, the questionnaire is distributed. The Factoring process is carried out to produce factors that are formed so that it is easier for Aya Travel to find out in which dimension it turns out that the quality of the service is inferior. After the SEVQUAL measurement process, an important Performance Analysis process was carried out to find improvement priorities from Aya Travel. The IPA method will map attributes into quadrants to produce priorities ranging from those that must be improved immediately to those that do not add value to the quality of Aya Travel's services. A Factor Analysis was produced from 22 attributes grouped into four factors, and it turned out that the display factor had the worst idea. The measurement of Aya travel service quality produces six attributes that need to be improved, which are those in the second quadrant (Consternate here) in the IPA diagram. For the proposed improvement, a discussion was carried out with Aya Travel so that the improvement proposal could be under the opinions and input of Aya Travel.

Abstract

This industry consists of companies engaged in metal processing and workmanship. Companies often receive complaints from employees concerning pain or discomfort in their bodies, causing diseases such as low back pain and myalgia. The risk of accidents occurring at work is inseparable from the work done. Work-related accidents can occur due to several factors, including unsafe action. One cause of unsafe actions can be found in various unsafe work postures that workers assume. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to evaluate the posture of these workers so that it can improve their safety and health. This research was conducted by identifying occupational risks workers face and examining work performed in stamping products. The production section consists of six stations: material handling, stamping, welding, hemming, painting, and packing. The work risks run by workers have been identified using the Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire and interview methods. As for the identification of the type of work carried out by evaluating work postures, the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method has been employed. The risk level of accidents is also used for the selection of activities to be improved to minimize the level of injury risk caused by work postures that have been assumed, and in order to improve the safety and health of the workers. Improvements made are in engineering, such as manufacturing of assistive devices, and management engineering, such as providing directions that can improve the specific work posture used. Calculations are based on simulations performed with tools conducted with suggested postures by evaluation using the REBA method. Based on the results of REBA calculations, the resulting risk is lower than the one caused by the previously assumed posture, namely medium and low.
