Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel makro ekonomi terhadap profitabilitas bank umum syariah di Indonesia periode 2013-2017. Variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Produk Domestik Bruto, Inflasi, Suku Bunga dan Jumlah Uang beredar sedangkan variable dependen yang digunakan yaitu Return on Assets (ROA). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh bank umum syariah di Indonesia periode 2013-2017. Berdasarkan metode purposive sampling diperoleh 8 sampel. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data sekunder. Data diperoleh dengan cara metode dokumentasi yang dikumpulkan seperti laporan keuangan diambil melalui situs resmi masing-masing web. Teknik analisis yang digunakan menggunakan Analisis Regresi Data Panel. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda dengan tingkat signifikan 5%, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis pertama Produk Domestik Bruto sebesar 0.4189 tidak berpengaruh terhadap ROA, hipotesis kedua inflasi sebesar 0.0287 berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap ROA, hipotesis ketiga suku bunga sebesar 0.1740 tidak berpengaruh terhadap ROA, hipotesis keempat jumlah uang beredar sebesar 0.0214 berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap ROA, hipotesis kelima Produk Domestik Bruto, inflasi, suku bunga dan jumlah uang beredar sebesar 0.166568 secara simultan  tidak berpengaruh terhadap Return on Assets.

Abstract

This study intends to investigate the exogenous effects of experiential attitudes, instrumental attitudes, injunctive norms, descriptive norms, and self-perception control on environmentally conscious buying intentions. In addition, this study examines the elements that influence purchasing behavior by analyzing knowledge, behavioral meaning, environmental restrictions, and habits. The model adopted by the researcher measures environmentally conscious customer behavior. Using a partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) technique, random data from 517 respondents was obtained to test the hypothesis. According to PLS results, all independent variables influence green purchasing intentions and green consumer behavior. There are research results that imply generalizations, despite the fact that the survey was conducted in multiple cities in Indonesia that may not be representative of the entire country. The outcomes of research can assist marketers in comprehending environmentally conscious consumer behavior and developing appropriate plans and techniques to meet the demands of modern marketing strategies. This research assessed environmentally conscious purchasing practices in Indonesia. Based on empirical evidence, the study's validity in judging environmentally friendly behavior, particularly in Indonesia's major cities, is a fast-rising economy that is favorable for investment. Even though there has been a lot of research on green purchasing, the habits and importance of being green or friendly environmentally haven't been taken into account when measuring green purchasing.

Abstract

This study examines and analyzes the model of personality traits on social media activities, which can affect the environmentally friendly behavior of fashion production. The partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS SEM) technique was used to evaluate the internal and external measurement models with a sample size of 272. The results revealed that the most active personality traits on social media were extraversion, openness to experience, and friendliness. In addition, the active use of social media has a positive impact on optimizing the user's environmentally friendly behavior and increasing user awareness of the product. This study combines the theory of personality traits and social media activity, to examine how consumers develop environmentally friendly behavior and environmental awareness in products.

Abstract

This study examines and analyzes the joy, love and positive surprise models, on consumers' intention to co-create value and visit. The research was conducted using an online survey which was distributed to the target respondents. Data analysis was carried out using PLS SEM through SMART PLS software Version 3.3.2. The findings of this study offer several interesting managerial implications, providing meaningful implications for business practitioners and destination marketers to drive tourist emotions and intentions to create shared value effectively. In particular, it will motivate travelers to engage more in conversations about the destination and stimulate their positive emotions, including joy, love and positive surprise. Such emotional states and experiences are likely to produce favorable responses as postulated by the SOR model. In addition, practitioners can also offer gifts to tourists who share useful information that helps other tourists to visit the destination.

Abstract

This study examines customer value perception models including product quality, service quality, innovation, price and store image. How to understand the relationship between antecedents purchase intention online store by testing the relationship using PLS SEM. This study design collects 207 respondents which can be used through on linesurvey. Partial least squares structural equation modeling method (PLS-SEM) was carried out to validate the proposed hypothesis. The results showed that the perceived values inonline store dangenerally each motivates purchase intention. Furthermore, the findings of this study provide several important theoretical and practical implications for based marketing strategies online store.

Abstract

Perkembangan rumah sakit At Turots Al Islamy yang tidak terlalu signifikan atau cukup lambat dibanding dengan rumah sakit yang seusia menjadi perhatian dan perlu dikaji permasalahannya. Salah satu yang menjadi fokus untuk dikaji adalah kinerja keuangan rumah sakit At Turots Al Islamy. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari rasio likuiditas, rasio solvabilitas, dan rasio aktivitas terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Variabel independen pada penelitian ini adalah Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), Total Assest Turn Over (TATO), sedangkan variabel dependennya adalah Return On Assets (ROA). Objek pada penelitian ini adalah pada Rumah Sakit At Turots Al Islamy Yogyakarta. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yaitu data laporan keuangan per bulan Rumah Sakit At Turots Al Islamy selama 30 bulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rasio likuiditas dan solvabilitas secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, rasio aktivitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, dan rasio likuiditas, solvabilitas, dan aktivitas secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap profitabilitas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penyaluran kredit terhadap rentabilitas pada Bank BPD Sumatera Selatan (Sumsel) – Bangka Belitung (Babel. Metode deskriptif kuantitatif digunakan untuk menghitung rumus LDR, ROA, dan BOPO pada periode 2017 sampai dengan 2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyaluran kredit yang dilakukan BPD Sumsel-Babel mengalami peningkatan pada tahun 2020 karena adanya pandemi Covid-19 sejalan dengan peningkatan ROA, sehingga kondisi keuangan bank tetap dalam kondisi sehat. Berdasarkan perhitungan ROE, ROA, dan BOPO hasilnya menunjukkan situasi dalam kondisi sehat. Hal ini tampak dari perhitungan yang dilakukan untuk LDR = 77.07% berada diantara 50 – 85%; ROA=1, 93% berada di atas 1, 25%, sedangkan BOPO= 80.68% berada kurang dari 96%.

Abstract

Purpose-This study's goal is to ascertain how competitive capabilities, through supply chain management and supply chain integration, affect organizational performance. Design/Methodology/Approach-Structural equation modeling, assisted by the Smart PLS program, is the data processing technique utilized in this study to examine the impact of the indicators of each of the aforementioned variables on Batik micro, small, and medium enterprises in the Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. By distributing questionnaires, the researchers were able to collect data from up to 65 respondents. Findings-The findings of this study demonstrate that supply chain management and supply chain integration have a favorable impact on organizational performance, and that competitive skills can mediate that effect. Research limitations/implications-The study's findings are anticipated to serve as a guide and source of knowledge for business players, particularly Batik micro, small, and medium enterprises in the Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, who are expected to understand that in order to enhance the performance of their enterprise, attention must be paid to elements that may have an impact.  This study demonstrates that competitive competencies, supply chain integration, and supply chain management techniques are all elements that can impact a company's performance. Originality/value-There are still very few studies on supply chains and organizational performance in micro, small, and medium-sized businesses, particularly Batik. In this study, characteristics that are thought to have an impact on the number of Batik micro, small, and medium enterprises in the Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta are revealed.

Abstract

This paper tries to reveal the relationship of interpersonal relation and work environment toward job satisfaction of employees in ma'had Muhammadiyah Daarul Ulum Majenang Cilacap. This research was carried out on all existing active employee, which are 50 people. This study utilizes the instrument test and hypothesis test through SPSS 16.0 for Windows. The findings show that based on the t test, the value of tcount is 3.147> t table 1.299 and the significant value is 0.003 <0.05. Therefore, it can be claimed that partially interpersonal relations (X1) significantly influence employee job satisfaction. While the work environment variable tcount 10.390> ttable 1.299 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Consequently, it can be claimed that partially work environment consist of a substantial influence on employee job satisfaction. Based on the F test, Fcount 194.06> Ftable 3.19. Hence, it proved that interpersonal relations and work environment jointly influence job contentment. Furthermore, the analysis of determination shows a significant contribution from interpersonal relations and work environment on employee job contentment, as obtained R square (R2) of 0.892. Thus, 89.2% of employee job satisfaction is influenced by interpersonal relations and work environment, while the remaining 10.8% is affected by different variables which is not executed in this study.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of satisfaction (X1), transfer barriers (X2) and complaints (X3) on the transfer of customers at the Mitrakom Yogyakarta retail business retail store. The analytical method in this study is descriptive research with a quantitative approach that uses regression analysis methods, while the testing stages include validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient (rsquare), regression coefficients together (f test ) and hypothesis testing (t test ). The population of this research is customers who has conducted transactions at the Mitrakom Yogyakarta retail retail store. The technique of taking research samples is using purposive sampling method. The number of questionnaires distributed amounted to 136 copies. Validity and reliability test results are valid and reliable. Hypothesis testing provides results that simultaneously show the influence of the three variables studied proved to significantly affect the dependent variable of customer displacement. These results indicate that the ups and downs of customer movements at the Mitrakom Yogyakarta trading business shop does not depend on the ups and downs of satisfaction levels, transfer hurdles and complaints obtained by customers. The coefficient of determination (adjusted rsquare) is obtained by 0.630 which indicates that 63% of customer transfers can be explained by its independent variables and the remaining 37% is explained by other factors outside the variables not included in this study. Furthermore, the results of research through statistical analysis have proven the truth of the four hypotheses in this study.
