Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan dan keamanan terhadap keputusan penggunaan ǪRIS pada UMKM di Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif. Data primer diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara daring kepada 106 responden yang dipilih dari pelaku UMKM di Yogyakarta dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan teknik regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan dan keamanan secara signifikan mempengaruhi keputusan penggunaan ǪRIS oleh pelaku UMKM di Yogyakarta. Hasil uji t dan uji F mengonfirmasi bahwa literasi keuangan yang baik dan keamanan yang tinggi masing-masing memiliki dampak positif terhadap keputusan adopsi ǪRIS, dan keduanya secara bersamaan menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan. Hal ini menegaskan bahwa untuk meningkatkan adopsi ǪRIS, penting bagi pelaku UMKM untuk memiliki pemahaman keuangan yang memadai serta merasa yakin mengenai keamanan sistem yang digunakan.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the extent of the influence of leadership and work incentives on employee discipline at the Nurul Huda Kertawangunan Foundation. Based on initial observations, the level of employee discipline at the foundation exhibited several issues, such as a high absenteeism rate (3.89%), tardiness, and non-compliance with dress code regulations, which are suspected to be influenced by leadership and work incentives. The research employed a descriptive and verification method, analyzing the collected data as it was and validating the research hypotheses. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample, consisting of 38 respondents. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires, interviews, and observations. Multiple linear regression was used as the analytical tool, with leadership and work incentives as the independent variables and work discipline as the dependent variable. The results indicated that leadership and work incentives both had a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline, both collectively and individually. This means that more effective leadership and higher work incentives lead to an increase in employee discipline at the Nurul Huda Kertawangunan Foundation. These findings imply that organizations seeking to improve employee discipline should focus on enhancing leadership effectiveness and providing sufficient work incentives

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how employee performance at STIKES Surya Global Yogyakarta is affected by the work environment, rewards and punishments. The benefit of this research is to provide a new scientific understanding of human resource management, specifically the extent of employee performance in private universities. This kind of research falls under the category of quantitative research. This study used a population of 60 permanent employees of the Yogyakarta Surya Global College of Health Sciences. Using questionnaires and the Issac and Michael approach, this study selected 56 respondents with a margin of error of 1%. The data analysis approach of this study includes the use of smartPLS 3 software to support multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient test (R2), and partial significance test (T test). The Likert scale questionnaire was used as a research instrument. This study obtained the following results: 1) Employee performance at STIKES Surya Global Yogyakarta is positively and significantly influenced by the work environment with a significance value of 0.008 and a t-statistical value of 2.667; 2) Employee performance at STIKES Surya Global Yogyakarta was positively and significantly influenced by rewards with a significance value of 0.000 and a t-statistical value of 6.869; and 3) Employee performance at STIKES Surya Global Yogyakarta was positively and significantly influenced by punishment with a significance value of 0.000 with a t-statistic of 4.754. Employee performance can be affected by creating a positive working environment with the implementation of appropriate rewards and punishments. The Work Environment, Reward, and Punishment factors at STIKES Surya Global Yogyakarta contributed 78.6%, based on the R square score or determination coefficient of 0.786; While the remaining 21.4% was influenced by other variables that were not studied in this study

Abstract

This study aims to analyze student preferences in using QRIS as a payment technology. However, there are several problems faced by students of Universitas 'Aisyiyah Yogyakarta in using QRIS such as internet network limitations, scanning errors, transaction failures, loss of privacy, fraud, and loss of funds. In addition, students also face social problems such as limited knowledge, access, and dependence on cash. Therefore, this study aims to identify student preferences in using QRIS and overcome the problems faced. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS software to test the hypothesis proposed. This research is a type of quantitative research using primary data through the distribution of questionnaires. The population in this study is students of 'Aisyiyah University Yogyakarta who use QRIS. The sample in this study is part of the population that uses QRIS totaling 234 respondents. This study uses the Nonprobability Sampling  method with a purposive sampling technique. The results of the analysis show that convenience and benefits have a significant influence on student preferences. Meanwhile, the risk did not have a significant effect. The determination coefficient (R2) obtained at 44.7% shows that the three independent variables are able to explain 44.7% of the factors that affect the preferences of students of Universitas 'Aisyiyah Yogyakarta in using QRIS as a payment technique.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction at Pandan Wangi Catering. The type of research conducted is quantitative research. The population and sample in this study consist of 132 customers of Pandan Wangi Catering, using primary data collected through purposive sampling methods. The criteria for respondents in this study are individual or institutional customers who have placed orders at Pandan Wangi Catering during the 2021–2023 period and have made more than one purchase. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that: 1) Service quality and product quality collectively have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Pandan Wangi Catering, confirming the first hypothesis of this research. 2) Service quality individually has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Pandan Wangi Catering in Bantul, confirming the second hypothesis of this research. 3) Product quality individually has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Pandan Wangi Catering, confirming the third hypothesis of this research.

Abstract

Introduction: Governance is a crucial aspect of financial institutions, including Islamic rural banks (BPR Syariah), to ensure sustainability and competitiveness. PT. BPR Syariah Barokah Dana Sejahtera faces challenges in governance implementation, particularly in the VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity) era. Several obstacles, such as inconsistency, insufficiently comprehensive governance guidelines, and lack of intensive socialization, hinder the effectiveness of governance practices. Purpose: This study aims to examine the implementation of governance at PT. BPR Syariah Barokah Dana Sejahtera and formulate strategies to optimize governance practices in response to the challenges of the VUCA era. Methodology: This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through observations, document analysis, and interviews. The analysis process follows a structured approach, including data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion verification. Findings: The study identifies key challenges in governance implementation, including inconsistency, incomplete governance guidelines, and inadequate socialization efforts. Strategies to strengthen governance in the VUCA era are explored, covering aspects such as self-assessment results, governance strengthening, technology and digitalization strategies, risk management, competitiveness enhancement through product innovation, collaboration and synergy strategies, as well as strategies for adapting to regulations and the business environment. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh servant leadership terhadap keterlibatan kerja karyawan dengan trust in leader sebagai variable mediasi pada Kantor Lazismu wilayah DIY dan kota Yogyakarta. Penelitian dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya tingkat keterlibatan kerja karyawan di Indonesia serta pentingnya gaya kepemimpinan yang berorientasi pada pelayanan dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan kesejahteraan kerja. Fokus penelitian ini adalah bagaimana gaya kepemimpinan yang melayani mampu membangun kepercayaan karyawan kepada pemimpin.Gaya kepemimpinan yang melayani dianggap penting karena menekankan empati, perhatian terhadap bawahan, dan tanggung jawab moral pemimpin dalam melayani kebutuhan karyawannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik sampling berupa sample jenuh. Sample yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu 54 karyawan dijadikan responden. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner berbasis skala likert lima poin. Analisis dilakukan dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.  Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa servant leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keterlibatan kerja selanjutnya servant leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap trust in leader, dan juga trust in leader berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keterlibatan kerja serta trust in leader memediasi secara positif dan signifikan hubungan antara servant leadership dan keterlibatan kerja. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam organisasi non-profit seperti Lazismu, hubungan berbasis kepercayaan merupakan hal yang penting dan perlu diperhatikan.
