Abstract

Owner Estimate (OE) is the price of goods or services what is calculated based on the expertise and data that can be accounted for. Determination of OE for software projects until now is guided by the Indonesia Presidential Decree No. 70 of 2012, which only describes OE for the procurement of goods, construction projects, consulting services, and procurement of other services. In that regulation does not specifically explained the determination of OE for the software project. So in this case Committing Officer (CO) as a constituent of OE have adversity to determining OE for software development projects. Based on these problems then built the application of determining owner estimates (OE) price for the web-based software development projects, which the method calculation used for effort estimation is Use Case Points (UCP). Built application will be able to perform the calculation of Unadjusted Actor Weight (UAW), unadjusted Use Case Weight (UUCW), Technical Complexity Factor (TCF), and the Environmental Complexity Factor (ECF). Then from these values, the application will calculate the effort estimation that continued with the process of calculating the direct costs of personnel. Further, the application can also calculate the direct non-personnel costs, profits, taxes, up to the cost estimation. From the testing and evaluation conducted, the application can generate value Unadjusted Actor Weight (UAW), Unadjusted Use Case Weight (UUCW), Technical Complexity Factor (TCF), Environmental Complexity Factor (ECF), effort estimation, direct cost of personnel, direct cost non-personnel, profits, taxes, and cost estimation. So that can be concluded that application can be used to calculate the price of Owner Estimate (OE) for software development projects of small and medium-scale governance.

Abstract

In Banyuwangi district, The understanding about hydroponics still relatively new. Business process that hydroponics banyuwangi farmer do for sales still using social media like Facebook or Whatsapp. By those social media, the income or sales they get are mostly only from inside the communities. From the results of interviews with several hydroponic farmers in Banyuwangi district, it is known that they need a solution to sell and expand the marketing of their hydroponic plants. This research will design and build marketplace application using the Waterfall model. The purpose of this research is to produce marketplace android application for hydroponics farmers in Banyuwangi district. Using this application to resolve problem about sales that we appointed at the beginning. By using Waterfall model at development and black box testing method, the result are 18 test cases with 100% success rate covering functions that have been applied to the frontend.

Abstract

In order to create order in the Trimurti High School Surabaya environment, rules are made which must be obeyed by students. However, there are violations committed by students at school. Every violation committed will get points based on the points guidebook. This recording takes approximately 4 hours, and the accumulated points calculation is done after 3 months / one semester. Causes delays in issuing warning letters, so students do not receive letters on time. To ensure that the recording process of this violation runs well, this application was created so that it can be a container that can monitor violations. This application, will help the order team in recording violations and student achievement, assist in awarding and calculating points, and determining the sanctions students will get from the total points. Warning Letters can be issued and given to the guardians in real time. This application can be useful for monitoring violations and points that have been obtained so that students will be more careful. The results of the trials that have been carried out, the calculation of points and the determination of the sanctions that the students get results in a value that corresponds to the percentage of 100%

Abstract

To be able master the abacus, it requires plenty of time and intensive training to master the operational of the abacus. Although in several schools and in institutions abacus course has been taught,  but it does guarantee to be able to master the abacus. Especially for someone who have not been taught the abacus in school and have not completed a course the abacus would have trouble even those who are not familiar with the abacus. To be master the abacus we must have books about how to learn the abacus and we must have a real abacus tool for exercise the abacus.One of solution is to be able master the abacus with developed application using smartphone technology based on android operating system can be used as a tool for daily exercise in order to familiarize with the abacus.in a series of trials that have been done, the abacus application can be running on some version of the android operating system such as Gingerbread, HoneyComb, Ice cream sandwich, Jelly bean and Kitkat. On this application there are two learning modules consisting of learning abacus and learning arithmetic using abacus. In addition to the learning modules, the application also features learning abacus and learn arithmetic operations.This application also provides exercises, on the features of this exercise consists of the exercises of arithmetic and a matter of exercise where users can perform exercises to hone his ability to learn the abacus.

Abstract

Computer ownership is increasing makes users more or less will affect the number of users who interact with it. Based on the results of research conducted National Center Education Statistics (NCES, 2003). Segmentation of Internet use in adolescents in this age range as much as 42 use it to complete school assignments, while 38 percent use email or chat facilities which includes playing games online, and 22 percent subsequently use the internet for browsing and searching for information. But not all the content containing educational information, and also a lot of negative information that is not compliant accessible to children. To solve this problem it created a system that can monitor the activities of users such as children when accessing the computer in realtime using the Cloud To Device Messaging Service (C2DM) on Android smartphones by parents. Given the android smartphone is also a handset that is able to always connect to the Internet for realtime data synchronization is different from ordinary mobile phones to be done manually.
