Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of workload, work stress, job satisfaction, work discipline, and compensation on turnover intention among nurses in Purbalingga Regency. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research, the data source used is primary data with a data collection method in the form of a survey using a questionnaire. The population in this study were all nurses in Purbalingga Regency, totaling 471 people. The sample in this study amounted to 216 people using purposive sampling. The instrument test requirements used are validity and reliability tests. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression and the hypothesis tests used are the T-test. The results of this study partially state that Workload has a positive effect on nurses' Turnover Intention in Purbalingga Regency, Work Stress has a positive effect on nurses' Turnover Intention in Purbalingga Regency, Job Satisfaction has a negative effect on nurses's Turnover Intention in Purbalingga Regency, Work Discipline has a negative effect on nurses's Turnover Intention in Purbalingga Regency, Compensation has an negative effect on nurses' Turnover Intention in Purbalingga Regency.

Abstract

Abstract

Anaerobic digestion (AD) of dairy cow feces (DCF) has low methane production per ton of waste. A strategy to overcome this drawback is to co-digest DCF and carica seed (CS). Currently, CS is still a waste from the candied carica in the syrup industry and is often just thrown away into the environment. This research aims to evaluate the optimal level of combination for methane production from DCF with co-substrates of germinated (CGM) and non-germinated (CNG) CS meal using Respond Surface Methodology (RSM). This research uses a completely randomized design with a factorial pattern consisting of the first factor being CGM and CNG, and the second factor being the combined level of DCF and CS (CGM or CNG. The result showed that utilization of CS can increase significantly (p<0.05) methane production of the final substrate compared to the control (digester treating DCF only). Utilization of CGM as co-substrate with DCF can also increase methane production (p<0.05) compared to CNG. All parameters in the liquid phase were in the normal range for AD. Based on the research results, the optimum point with a desirability value close to 1 was achieved at a ratio of CGM10 and DCF90. CS was proven can be used as a co-substrate with DCF to increase methane production of the final substrate and germination can be used as a method to increase the methane yield of CS.

Abstract

This study discusses the arrangement of street vendors (PKL) around Atrium Pondok Gede Market (APG), Bekasi. The main problems include a strategic location that triggers congestion, limited business space causing vendors to sell on sidewalks and roads, weak supervision, traffic jams, disturbances for pedestrians, and declining urban spatial quality. The aim of the study is to formulate directives for organizing street vendors using GIS analysis methods, qualitative-quantitative approaches, and SWOT. The results show that the presence of street vendors is not in accordance with spatial planning or existing regulations. The arrangement directives include grouping types of merchandise, providing infrastructure and green open spaces, organizing pedestrian pathways, drainage, regulating operating hours, and relocating vendors. The main strategy (SO) emphasizes collaboration among stakeholders, improving accessibility, providing facilities, and fostering street vendors as part of MSMEs

Abstract

The increase in pollution and micro temperatures within the Universitas Krisnadwipayana (UNKRIS) campus environment requires concrete solutions through the optimization of green open spaces. This community service aims to reforest the campus while strengthening local food security by planting productive trees. The methods used include community education on environmental conservation, planting technique training, and science and technology diffusion through the planting of 50 Multipurpose Tree Species (MPTS) seedlings, such as miki avocado, arumanis mango, breadfruit, citra water apple, and citrus. The results show a significant increase in academic community awareness and improvement in the campus's physical environmental quality. Collaboration with agricultural experts ensures the sustainable growth of the plants. In conclusion, the integrated planting of shaded and productive trees creates a cooler and more food-independent campus ecosystem. This activity is vital as a pilot model for educational institutions in supporting the sustainable development agenda and collective responsibility for earth's sustainability.
