Abstract

Evaluation of the quality of employees in an institution is very necessary, especially for promotions which are the rights of every employee in leading a company that is full of competition. The purpose of this paper is to contribute in terms of the evaluation process in selecting employees who are ready to be promoted in a particular institution. With the support of various parties, a consistent and optimal method is needed to carry out the evaluation process, which is a popular priority, it is recommended to use the AHP-SMART method, where this method will be collaborated to become a core unit of problem solving, especially in terms of promotion as evaluation and selection material. Selection of the best employees, The AHP method will be used to conduct an assessment of the criteria used with the concept of Multi-criteria Decision Making (MCDM) which utilizes the results obtained from the eigenvector through iteration to minimize differences in the assessments of a number of respondents, while the SMART method is used to determine the results of decisions in collaboration with the AHP method, especially in terms of benefit utility and cost utility. The criteria used as an assessment measure consist of Planning, Solution Capture, Knowledge of Job, Reaction Behavior, Quantity of Works, Failed of Jobs, and Depandibility. The final result of the collaboration process of the two methods AHP and SMART gives a ranking of 26 employees with the highest score and being selected through an evaluation process for promotion won by K23 with a ranking weight (73.19) and the second is followed by K2 (76.17) and ranked the third was won by K3 (56.95). Thus the selection and evaluation process for promotion can be recommended and used as an optimal process from the selection stages of employee selection for promotion in every company agency.

Abstract

Object-based programming (OOP) has become a trend among programming language users, this is because many functions, procedures and techniques for using features are so widely available. By utilizing the advantages of these facilities, it is possible to provide convenience for programmers who use object-based programming languages. The purpose of this study is to provide an objective scoring system for a number of programming applications that have been made equipped with the assessment criteria. Assessment criteria that can be used for object-based apps programs with eleven criteria, namely Class structure, Inheritance, Encapsulation, Pollymorphys, Constructur, Accessor, Mutator, Visibility, Overriding, Overloading, and Price. With these many criteria, it provides a level of difficulty in choosing an object-based program application. To determine the appropriateness of an apps program, source testing will be carried out in the form of coding that has been previously constructed which affects the eleven predetermined measurement criteria. The assessment process recommends using the Electre method as a measure of the results of the calculation and ranking process. While determining the weight of the criteria using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. From the results of the assessment of 23 object-based apps programs, ranking assessments are based on aggregate dominant matrices as follows, the first rank with a weight of 22 as the largest weight is owned by 4 apps programss, namely AP16, AP17, AP18, and AP19. Based on the results of the ranking process, it can be said that the ELECTRE and AHP methods can be used as a selection process for object-based apps programs with optimal results.

Abstract

Produce products that have various features and diverse functions, which are able to provide convenience with the reliability of their features and functions. The advantages possessed by SmartPhone become more confident for users to assess the level of product intelligence, the more trustworthy. The purpose of this research is to provide additional knowledge on the selection of SmartPhone to the user in having a product with various benefits. The more criteria that become a barometer, the more difficult it is to choose a product in the form of a SmartPhone. Thus, the right method is needed to perform the selection of the SmartPhone. There are several methods offered to carry out the selection process for SmartPhones, namely the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method combined with the VIKOR elimination method. Both of these methods are very supportive in the selection process with many types of criteria and their meanings against these criteria. A number of criteria that serve as a barometer for selecting object-based applications are Operating System, Processor, Internal Memory, External Memory, Back Camera, Front Camera, Battery, Cassing Model, Screen Size, Wight and Price. Of the eleven criteria have two different characteristics of understanding. The results of this study can be seen explicitly on the selection of SmartPhones through the acquisition of the smallest Qi index with the three highest ratings, namely the first ranked Samsung Galaxy A3 (0.00) the second is the Xiaomi Mi 4C with an index of 0.19, the third is the Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus with index 0.31. Thus it can be said that the collaboration of the AHP and VIKOR Elimination methods is able to provide optimal decision-making support.

Abstract

The assessment of the Hospital is very important in providing a rating as a measure of accreditation. Hospitals should provide the best service to visiting patients. The purpose of this study is to provide a ranking of hospitals that should be a measure of the appropriateness of a hospital as seen from a number of criteria as a true assessment. The criteria used as a barometer for the assessment consist of ten criteria, namely Administrative Services, Doctor Services, Pharmaceutical Installation Services, Cleanliness, Convenience, Security, Number of Administrative Personnel, Number of Pharmaceutical Personnel, Administrative Complaints, and Pharmacy Installation Complaints. The scoring system that will be applied uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method as a determinant of the weight of each criterion and the Fuzzy assessment uses the Complex Proportional Assessment (COPRAS) method. The two methods will be collaborated as a determinant in the process of giving a rating system to the ten hospitals that are included in the priority assessment. The results obtained from the ranking process of the two AHP and COPRAS methods are seen from the acquisition of the utility value produced, the largest value obtained from the utility gives the best rating. The utility value is obtained from the total assessment of a number of criteria for each hospital and the largest utility rating does not exceed one. The highest value of the utility generated by the RS10 alternative with a utility scale of 0.098 as the best value.

Abstract

The progress of smartphone technology is now very rapid, supported by many renewable features, even many users are competing to get the latest products without regard to the costs that have been incurred. The problem that arises is that it is increasingly difficult to select technology-based products with many criteria. The purpose of writing this paper is to provide the best solution for selecting technology-based products with multi-criteria to suit user needs by taking into account the costs incurred effectively and the use of contradictory multi-criteria applications. The presence of technology products always has many criteria that make it more difficult for users to choose products as the right choice according to their needs, thus the right method is needed as a solution to obtain technology-based products such as smartphones. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is used for the evaluation and selection process. This AHP method will collaborate with the ELECTRE and PROMETHEE methods as a comparison solution for smartphone product selection. The resulting comparison will be an applied model for smartphone selection that produces the best decision-making support according to user needs. The results of the collaborative implementation process of the ELECTRE and PROMETHEE methods provide a decision on the rating system. The collaborative application of the AHP method to the ELECTRE and PROMETHEE methods provides optimal decision support for the selection process, so that this can be used as a comparison material in making decisions regarding the selection of smartphones as technology-based products.

Abstract

Kontestasi “All the President’s Men” atau” All Jokowi’s Men” jelang pemilihan presiden tahun 2024 semakin nyata. Terkait dengan fenomena “All the President’s Men” dan Koalisi Besar, beberapa media online pun memberitakan.

Abstract

Abstract

Digital systems and networks (internet), which have increasingly developed recently, have triggered various technological innovations. One of the innovations that has received great attention from citizens of the world - indications are that there are various technological discoveries through applications on cellphones - is the presence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology. In formats in the media realm - whether films, videos, photos, music or text - AI technology has been presented and used with its sophistication. Although the use of AI actually becomes a simulacrum in text messages - borrowing the concept of simulacrum from Jean Baudrillard - in a number of cinema films and social media. Specifically on social media, AI technology is being used by a number of political parties and success teams or spin doctors from each pair of presidential and vicepresidential candidates in 2024 in delivering their political campaigns. The content of political campaign messages published on social media regarding the election of presidential and vicepresidential candidates (presidential and vice presidential candidates) - including Facebook, YouTube, effective in the context of delivering communication messages. The range of communication or political campaign messages that are appropriate and effective - via cell phones or mobile phones and laptops - is able to reach and shape personal perceptions through cognitive, affective and conative structures or behavior towards potential voters. Although, this research only examines political campaigns using the concept of simulacrum theory and political communication (campaigns) on short videos tens of seconds long that utilize AI technology and are distributed on social media regarding the election of presidential and vice presidential candidates, especially TikTok - considering this social media has penetration and is the highest usage choice – regarding the election of presidential and vice presidential candidates for the period 2024 – 2029.

Abstract

Vendor selection techniques are very important to maintain supply chain services, optimal service creates strong consistency in maintaining the continuity of supply chain business processes. The aim of this research is to provide an objective and consistent understanding of the best techniques in vendor selection which are implemented openly through the collaboration of multi-criteria decision making-analytic hierarchy process (MCDM-AHP) and ELECTRE. Empirical studies show how this approach is able to provide optimal decision-making support for the vendor selection process. Eight criteria are required which have contradictory meanings in their apps. These criteria include quality of goods (QG), payment methods (PMs), payment terms (PTs), minimum transactions (MTs), discounts (DS), delivery times (DTs), inventory (IN), and service (SV). The comparison importance value of the criteria is used as a measure of weighting the criteria through two testing approaches, namely mathematical algebra matrices and expert choice apps, through accurately assessing the optimal eigenvector from the two test approaches. Decision making support was carried out by comparison using 342 preference matrices which were developed into concordance and discordance matrices, the elimination process with threshold matrices found that the ranking results of four vendors were ranked first as worthy of being a selection priority and fifteen other vendors were ranked below.

Abstract

Leadership changes are very urgent in maintaining organizational stability. A good relay can build significant strength in carrying out organizational operational activities, of course this must be done with good selection. The purpose of this writing is to provide a consistent picture of the selection of branch heads in carrying out business competition which is measured based on the competencies possessed by the selected employees. The barometer is determined based on eight criteria as an assessment that is declared objective by the leadership, namely critical thinking, communication, analyzing, creative and innovation, leadership, adaptation, cooperation, and public speaking. The method used will be implemented in an integrated manner from the two MCDM-AHP methods and the MABAC method. These two methods have similar applications to the selection process. MCDM-AHP is used to select eight criteria as determinants of weighting and the MABAC method is used to determine the ranking process assessment for integrated decision making. The results obtained based on the weighted matrices of the branch head office selection process were measurably obtained, namely that the first priority was held by A11 with a weight of 1,406. The results of the integrity of both methods can provide evidence of decision support for the branch head selection process consistently with optimal results. The ranking system can be regulated and utilized for the purposes of selecting leaders to be placed in other positions.
