Abstract

Limited access to technology and information among farmers in rural areas is one of the obstacles to developing productive and sustainable agribusiness. This community service program aims to increase farmer capacity through vocational education focused on the application of Appropriate Technology  in agribusiness activities. The program was conducted in the Lampung region, with the primary participants being corn and horticulture farmers. Implementation methods included counseling, hands-on practice, and intensive mentoring for five types of Appropriate Technology: drip irrigation systems, and manual row planting tools. Evaluation results showed a significant increase in participants' understanding and skills in using Appropriate Technology, as well as the growth of local initiatives for independent tool replication and development. The program also demonstrated that Appropriate Technology -based vocational education is not only effective in increasing production efficiency but also fosters attitudinal change toward adaptive and innovative agribusiness. This program is recommended for replication in other rural areas with cross-sectoral support to achieve technology-based farmer independence.

Abstract

Student engagement in the learning process is significantly influenced by the strategies implemented by teachers. Students' learning activities not only reflect their understanding of the material but also indicate their motivation and interest, which are shaped by a supportive learning environment. One instructional model that can foster active learning is the Differentiated Instruction model. The purpose of this study is to describe the steps, strengths, and weaknesses of implementing the Differentiated Instruction model in Islamic Education (PAI) learning at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Rembang, Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 4 Klaten and Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Sukoharjo. This research employs a qualitative approach. The research subjects are teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Rembang, Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 4 Klaten and Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Sukoharjo, with Islamic Education teachers serving as the informants. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings of this study are: (1) The steps of the Differentiated Instruction model include identifying student needs, grouping students, designing flexible learning activities, utilizing technology, employing diverse assessments, and evaluating understanding and internalization of values through questioning or assignments; (2) The advantages of the Differentiated Instruction model include enhanced material comprehension, appreciation of student diversity, avoidance of labeling students as weak or smart, and increased motivation and interest in learning; (3) The weaknesses of the Differentiated Instruction model involve time and resource limitations, teacher readiness, and limited facilities. The conclusion of this study is that the Differentiated Instruction model can be applied in the learning process as an effort to improve student engagement during the learning process at the Madrasah level.

Abstract

Membahas peran pesikologi tasawuf mengenai mencegah perilaku malas pada remaja di era society 5.0, era ini merupakan era yang memiliki tanda kecerdasan buatan atau Artificial Intelligence (AI) serta kemudahan teknologi dalam mengakses segala aspek kebutuhan manusia mulai dari membeli makanan, bahan bahan pokok, pakaian semua bisa dengan mudah sampai dirumah, sehingga menimbulkan dampak bagi pesikologi manusia khususnya remaja sehingga menjadikannya kecanduan, yang menimbulkan dampak negatif khususnya bagi remaja. Tasawuf sebagai ranah sepiritual dan kedisiplinan, dan mengintegrasikan pesikologi tasawuf mengenai ajaran tasawuf dalam bidang ilmu pesikologi modern yang berfokus pada peningkatan perilaku disiplin, pengembangan karakter dan mengelola emosi. Hal ini membawa solusi melalui praktik praktik sikologis, siraman batin, meditasi, atau refleksi diri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian studi literatur atau library research yang digunakan untuk menggali informasi data dari berbagai sumber seperti jurnal penelitian, riset terdahulu, artikel ilmiah yang relevan.

Abstract

Introduction: Palliative care, specialized interdisciplinary care that focuses on quality of life while living with a serious illness, has the potential to offer additional support in patients with HCC and their families as they navigate life with the disease. Aim: This Systematic review was aimed to Palliative Care to Improve Quality of Life Patient with Hepatocellular Carcinoma. Method: Literature search is through Scopus, Pubmed, Proquest, Science Direct, and SAGE with the last 5 years (2014-2019). Result: There were 15 selected journals from 2493 journal articles found. Conclusion: Palliative care given as early as possible can improve the quality of life of patients, so patients can live longer, compared with patients who only seek treatment without being given palliative therapy.
