Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of service quality and customer trust on customer loyalty with high cliff priority to save at Bank SinarmasTebingTinggi. The research method used is descriptive and verification methods. While the data used is primary data. To find out whether the independent variable has a significant effect on the dependent variable, multiple linear regression methods are used. The results show that Service Quality and Customer Trust affect the loyalty of TebingTinggi priority customers. This can be seen from the significance value of 0.000 or much more. small compared to the significance value used in the study which is five percent (5%) in addition to the t-count value of Service Quality is (10.121) greater than the t-table value (1.984) and the t-count value of Customer Trust is (1.258) more smaller than the t-table value (1984). While the regression equation obtained by Customer Loyalty is Y = 2.487 + 0.624 X1 + 0.142 X2. the adjusted R square value is 0.584 or 58.4%. This shows that the Service Quality Variable (X1) and Customer Trust Variable (X2) can explain the Customer Loyalty Variable (Y) of 58.4%, the remaining 41.6% (100% - 58.4%) is explained by other variables outside the research model. this. In other words, Service Quality and Customer Trust affect the Loyalty of Tebing Tinggi Priority Customers to save at Bank Sinarmas Tebing Tinggi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Work-Life Balance and Workload on Job Satisfaction through Work Motivation among administrative staff at private higher education institutions in Tebing Tinggi City. The research employs a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design, which seeks to explain causal relationships between variables through hypothesis testing. The population in this study consists of 38 administrative staff members, with a total sampling technique used: 24 from STIE Bina Karya and 14 from STAI Tebing Tinggi Deli. The data analysis technique applied is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The analysis process includes the evaluation of the outer model to assess instrument validity and reliability, and the inner model to examine the relationships among latent variables, supported by t-tests and R². The findings reveal that Work-Life Balance and Workload significantly influence Work Motivation. Additionally, Workload has a direct positive effect on Job Satisfaction, while Work-Life Balance does not have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Moreover, Work Motivation does not significantly affect Job Satisfaction, nor does it mediate the relationship between either Work-Life Balance or Workload and Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

Penguatan manajemen UMKM memerlukan penerapan berbagai strategi yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, daya saing, dan keberlanjutan. Salah satu strategi yang krusial adalah pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Melalui pelatihan dan pendidikan yang berkelanjutan, pemilik UMKM dapat memperoleh keterampilan dan pengetahuan yang diperlukan untuk mengelola UMKM dengan lebih efektif. Pelatihan meliputi manajemen keuangan, pemasaran, manajemen rantai pasokan, serta penggunaan teknologi digital. Peningkatan kapasitas manajerial ini akan membantu UMKM dalam membuat keputusan yang lebih baik dan strategis.

Abstract

Narkoba merupakan tantangan serius  dimasyarakat terutama bagi generasi muda di Indonesia. Kurangnya pengetahuan akan obat-obatan berbahaya ini dan dampaknya yang serius baik dari segi kesehatan dan ancaman hukuman yang diterima. Artikel ini membahas mengenai kegiatan yang dialkukan oleh mahasiswa dalam membantu mencegah dan menanggulangi bahaya narkoba melalui sosialisasi dan aksi yang dilakukan bersama Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN). Dengan mengorganisir sosialisasi dan aksi bersama BNN, mahasiswa dapat meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap dampak buruk narkoba, serta memberikan informasi tentang pencegahan dan rehabilitasi. Selain itu mahasiswa juga melakukan tambahan kegiatan yakni sosialisasi pengelolaan Bank Sampah dalam membantu menyelamatkan kerusakan lingkungan. Harapan dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah menumbuhkan Kesadaran sosial bagi masyarakat mengenai bahaya narkoba dan mampu mengelola Bank Sampah menjadi kegiatan yang dapat menambah pendapatan terutama bagi kelompok ibu rumah Tangga di  khususnya di kelurahan Persiakan Kecamatan Padang Hulu, Kota Tebing Tinggi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Mie Repeat di Tebing Tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain asosiatif. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner terhadap 96 responden dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga dan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Pengujian simultan memperoleh nilai $F_{\text{hitung}}$ sebesar 13,808 dengan signifikansi 0,000, sedangkan nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,212. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel harga dan kualitas produk mampu menjelaskan 21,2% variasi kepuasan pelanggan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kesesuaian harga dan kualitas produk berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan pada usaha kuliner lokal.

Abstract

This researcher aims to determine the influence of leadership, organizational commitment anda work motivation on employee performance of BPKPD Tebing Tinggi City. This type of research is quantitative with a replication method where indicators, new research objects or analytical tools are the same as previous research. This study used a sample of 37 respondents. Sampling using saturated sample method. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire / questionnaire. The test equipment used is validity test, reliability test, coefficient of determination, linear regression and hypothesis testing using IBM SPSS 25 software. From the results of this test it can be concluded that there is an influence of leadershep (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) and there is an influence between organizational commitment (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) and that there is no influence between work motivation (X3) on Employee Performance (Y). Based on the research results, it can be seen that the value of the adjusted R square is 0.377 or 37,7%. This shows that if the Leadershep Variable (X1), Organizatinal Commitment Variable (X2) and Work Motivation Variable (X3) can explain the Employee Performance (Y) by 37,7%, the remaining 63,3% (100% - 37,7%) is explained by other variables that are not researched.
