Abstract

In previous research, an automatic hand sanitizer prototype tool was made to prevent COVID-19. The product design in this research is quite complicated and too large. Then, in other studies, a prototype tool has also been made to measure body temperature. The study also had an inefficient prototype design. So, it can be concluded that no product design model is efficient, simple, and has its charm. In this research, the concept design method consists of several stages: planning, measurement, design, and implementation. To identify the production needs that will be used in making AMPUH product design, researchers carry out measurement stages based on a schematic series (Schematic) of the product to be made. AMPUH product designs are made with shapes and models that have been adapted to their components without reducing the aesthetic value, compatibility, complexity, and design applicability. The advantage of this product design is that it always looks at the compatibility with the components that will be installed in it so that it is certain that both in terms of form and function will work well. The drawback of this product design may still leave a little free space in it to minimize the remaining free space and repair.

Abstract

Every company or organization must have the right strategy to continue business or organizational activities. If not used, product sales data at the company will only become a pile of data; of course, it is regrettable if it is not used properly. The company can use the most product sales data to determine the next marketing strategy. To find out this data (the most sales), Association Rules Analysis is needed on the FP-Growth Algorithm method. This research aims to determine the association rule of Java ATK sales using the FP-Growth algorithm. This algorithm can be used for extensive data sets and to process Big Data. The results of this study are the FP Growth algorithm using association rules, which can be implemented in bookstore sales data with support count and minimum confidence parameters. A decimal value of 0.8 can form a product purchase correlation to increase stationery sales in Java Ateka. The rule obtained from the results of the FP-Growth calculation is that there are three transactions where if you buy item A, you will buy item B.

Abstract

This study systematically evaluates and compares the effectiveness of two deep learning architectures, VGG16 and ResNet50, in automating electrocardiogram (ECG) image classification for cardiac condition diagnosis. The dataset was obtained from a public source and consists of 2,898 color ECG images converted from raw signals, categorized into four classes: Abnormal Heartbeat, Myocardial Infarction, Normal Individual, and History of Heart Attack. The data underwent preprocessing steps including resizing to 224×224 pixels, pixel normalization to a 0–1 range, label encoding, one-hot encoding, and an 80:20 split for training and testing. Transfer learning was applied using feature representations from the VGG16 and ResNet50 models, employing the Adam optimizer and categorical cross-entropy loss function. To enhance training efficiency and prevent overfitting, early stopping was implemented based on validation loss performance. Model performance was evaluated using accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score metrics. The results showed that VGG16 achieved 95% accuracy with a loss of 0.1522, precision of 95%, recall of 94%, and F1-score of 94%. In contrast, ResNet50 attained 81% accuracy with a loss of 0.5730, precision of 82%, recall of 79%, and F1-score of 80%. These findings indicate that, within the context of this study, VGG16 consistently outperformed ResNet50 across all evaluation metrics in the ECG image classification task. Therefore, the application of transfer learning using the VGG16 model demonstrates strong potential as an effective approach for AI-based ECG image classification systems.
