Abstract

Pencarian informasi berdasarkan query oleh pengguna, yang diharapkan dapat menemukan koleksi dokumen berdasarkan kebutuhan pengguna, dikenal dengan Information Retrieval atau temu balik informasi. Penelitian ini membahas tentang implementasi sistem temu balik informasi untuk mencari dan menemukan dokumen teks berbahasa indonesia menggunakan Vector Space Retrieval Model. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menyediakan solusi pada mesin pencarian agar mampu menyediakan informasi dokumen teks pada database yang tepat menggunakan kata kunci tertentu. Hasil dari pencarian direpresentasikan dengan urutan/ranking kemiripan dokumen dengan query.Kata kunci : Information Retrieval, Temu Balik Informasi, Vector Space Retrieval Model

Abstract

Kebutuhan manusia akan informasi mencakup banyak hal, salah satunya adalah kebutuhan akan informasi mengenai lokasi tempat-tempat penting di suatu kota. Setiap orang yang mengunjungi kota baru dalam perjalanannya pasti membutuhkan informasi mengenai tempat-tempat penting yang ada di kota tersebut. Dalam pengaksesan informasi mengenai lokasi tempat penting pada suatu kota, biasanya dapat diperoleh dari berbagai sumber, seperti situs kota yang bersangkutan, surat kabar, peta, bahkan bertanya langsung kepada penduduk dari kota tersebut. Hambatan akan muncul apabila sumber-sumber informasi tersebut tidak tersedia seperti situs yang sudah terbengkalai, peta yang tidak diperbaharui, dan tidak bertemu dengan orang yang mengetahui lokasi-lokasi tempat penting di kota tersebut. Dengan hambatan-hambatan yang ada maka dibutuhkan suatu aplikasi yang dapat memberikan informasi mengenai lokasi-lokasi penting pada suatu kota. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada, maka dibuatlah aplikasi PPF (Purwokerto PlaceFinder) berdasarakan data-data yang ada mengenai lokasi penting di kota Purwokerto dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java for Android. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi Purwokerto Place Finder yang dapat menampilkan lokasi tempat yang dicari dalam bentuk peta, melakukan panggilan telepon ke nomor telepon lokasi yang bersangkutan, mengirimkan email kepada alamat email lokasi yang dicari, melihat situs lokasi yang dicari. Adapun tujuandari aplikasi PPF ini untuk memenuhi kebutuhan informasi lokasi-lokasi penting di kota Purwokerto yang dapat dipasang pada smartphone bersistem operasi android yang dapat mendukung mobilitas para penggunanya.Kata kunci : Purwokerto Place Finder, Google Map, Android

Abstract

Finding shortest and safest path during emergency situation is critical. In this paper, an indoor navigation during an emergency time is investigated using the combination of Voronoi Diagram and fuzzy number. The challenge in indoor navigation is to analyses the network when the shortest path algorithm does not work as always expected. There are some existing methods to generate the network model. First, this paper will discuss the feasibility and accuracy of each method when it is implemented on building environment. Next, this paper will discuss selected algorithms that determine the selection of the best route during an emergency situation. The algorithm has to make sure that the selected route is the shortest and the safest route to the destination. During a disaster, there are many uncertainties to deal with in determining the shortest and safest route. Fuzzy logic can be hardly called for to deal with these uncertainties. Based on sensor data, this paper will also discuss how to solve shortest path problem using a fuzzy number.

Abstract

Banyumas located in the southwest of Central Java province. Banyumas is a tourist destination that serves a variety of interesting attractions to visit which include natural attractions, arts and culture, as well as culinary tourism. Business growth in the culinary and hospitality sectors in Banyumas region since 2011 experienced a significant increase in terms of quantity. Two of the business sector is a potential contributing factor for the tourism sector in Banyumas. In this study, an attempt to introduce and market potential for tourism, arts and culture, as well as culinary Banyumas done through WCF as a middleware application development that can be used by client applications to provide information about the potential of tourism, arts and culture, as well as culinary Banyumas. Step study conducted starting from data collection, analysis of functional requirements, system design, implementation, and testing of WCF applications. WCF application consists of several services, namely download service information lists attractions, arts and cultural information, culinary information, lodging information, and download the tourism image data from the server. Based on the test results of the service, it can be concluded that the service to function properly and is able to distribute information to the client.

Abstract

Instances classification with the small dataset for Quran ontology is the current research problem which appears in Quran ontology development. The existing classification approach used machine learning: Backpropagation Neural Network. However, this method has a drawback; if the training set amount is small, then the classifier accuracy could decline. Unfortunately, Holy Quran has a small corpus. Based on this problem, our study aims to formulate new instances classification framework for small training corpus applied to semantic question answering system. As a result, the instances classification framework consists of several essential components: pre-processing, morphology analysis, semantic analysis, feature extraction, instances classification with Radial Basis Function Networks algorithm, and the transformation module. This algorithm is chosen since it robustness to noisy data and has an excellent achievement to handle small dataset. Furthermore, document processing module on question answering system is used to access instances classification result in Quran ontology.

Abstract

STMIK AMIKOM Purwokerto memiliki dosen yang berkewajiban mengajar 8 sks dan dosen yang tidak memiliki kewajiban mengajar. Perhitungan honorarium dosen berdasarkan rekap kehadiran, yang dilakukan oleh Bagian Keuangan mengalami permasalahan. Bagian keuangan harus mengidentifikasi dosen yang memiliki kewajiban mengajar. Kemudian, melakukan pemotongan jumlah kehadiran berdasarkan beban sks pada dosen yang memiliki kewajiban mengajar. Tujuan penelitian ini memodelkan web service dengan konsep berorientasi objek untuk interoperabilitas data antara sistem informasi akademik dengan sistem informasi kepegawaian. Manfaat yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini, yaitu memberikan dukungan kerja untuk Bagian keuangan dalam mengidentikasi dosen yang memiliki kewajiban mengajar/tidak memiliki kewajiban mengajar yang memiliki efek terhadap perhitungan honorarium dosen. Tahapan penelitian dimulai dari analisis sistem yang meliputi requirement gathering, business process modelling, dan business process realization, hingga desain sistem yang meliputi class stereotype analysis, class diagram, dan deployment diagram. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah prototype aplikasi web service. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini, yaitu telah dibuat 1 prototype layanan untuk interoperabilitas data antara sistem informasi akademik dengan sistem informasi kepegawaian. Kata Kunci: Web Service, Analisis Dan Desain Sistem Berorientasi Objek

Abstract

Multi Attribute Decision Making Model with Method Technique For Order Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution for determining recommendations grantee is one application of the Decision Support System (DSS). This application is designed to help the management to determine STMIK AMIKOM Purwokerto recommendation Bantuan Belajar Mahasiswa (BBM) recipients and Peningkatan Prestasi Akademik (PPA). With this application, it is expected the process of determining the scholarship recipients recommendations become more effective and efficient in terms of data processing.

Abstract

Komputer adalah salah satu media untuk pencarian informasi. Dalam mengoperasikan komputer seseorang harus dapat menggerakkan pointer pada layar komputer dengan mouse. Hal ini menjadi sulit untuk dilakukan bagi penderita disabilitas gerak tangan. Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk membuat aplikasi virtual mouse yang dapat digunakan sebagai media interaksi antara penyandang disabilitas dengan komputer. Proses penjejakan wajah untuk mengendalikan pointer menggunakan algoritma Haarcascade Classifier, sedangkan untuk operasi click event mouse menggunakan deteksi kedipan mata dengan algoritma Hough Transform. Penelitian dilakukan dalam beberapa tahap yaitu melakukan analisis kebutuhan fungsional, membuat desain aplikasi, implementasi, dan pengujian aplikasi. Pengujian dilakukan terhadap kecepatan aplikasi dalam mendeteksi wajah berdasarkan sudut kemiringan wajah tertentu. Selain itu, pengujian dilakukan pula terhadap kecepatan aplikasi dalam mendeteksi iris mata berdasarkan nilai threshold tertentu. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian aplikasi dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai pergeseran memiliki toleransi 10o hingga 25o untuk pendeteksian wajah, sedangkan nilai threshold yang baik untuk pendeteksian iris mata berkisar antara 90 sampai dengan 100.

AN OBJECT ORIENTED APPROACH FOR CREATING WEB SERVICE PRESENCE SYSTEM aFandy Setyo Utomo, bYuli Purwati a Information System Department, b Informatics Engineering Department a,bSTMIK AMIKOM Purwokerto Watumas, Purwokerto, Jawa Tengah E-Mail: fandy_setyo_utomo@amikompurwokerto.ac.id Abstrak Web Service dengan metode SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol) berbasis teknologi ASP.NET digunakan sebagai solusi dalam proses integrasi data dan distribusi data. Teknologi web service mampu mengintegrasikan data dari tiap database presensi di ruang kelas, sehingga menghasilkan laporan memonitor kehadiran dosen, karyawan, dan asisten praktikum, yang sebelumnya belum mampu dilakukan oleh sistem aplikasi presensi. Selain itu, web service mampu mendistribusikan data yang dibutuhkan untuk proses presensi dari database akademik menuju database presensi di tiap ruang kelas, serta dengan adanya web service proses backup data presensi dari database presensi di tiap ruang kelas menuju database akademik dapat dilakukan dengan mudah. Kemudahan-kemudahan yang muncul tersebut akibat adanya penerapan teknologi web service, diharapkan mampu meningkatkan layanan dan kinerja dari bagian pengajaran selaku pihak yang bertanggung jawab dalam pengadaan laporan monitoring kehadiran dosen dan mahasiswa, bagian SDM forum asisten selaku pihak yang bertanggungjawab dalam pengadaan laporan memonitor kehadiran asisten praktikum, dan bagian IT selaku pihak yang bertanggung jawab dalam proses distribusi data presensi dan backup data presensi. Langkah penelitian yang dilakukan dimulai dari analisis dan desain sistem berorientasi objek, serta implementasi ASP. NET web service. Kata kunci: Sistem Presensi, Web Service, SOAP, ASP.NET. Abstract Web Service with SOAP method (Simple Object Access Protocol) is used as the ASP.NET technology-based solutions in the process of data integration and data distribution. Web service technology is able to integrate data from each presence database in the classroom, resulting in a monitoring report attendance lecturer, staff, and lab assistant, who previously have not been able to do by the presence of application systems. In addition, the web service is able to distribute the data required for the presence of the database to the database of academic presence in each classroom, as well as with the web service data backup process in the presence of presence of each database classrooms toward academic database can be done easily. Easiness that arise as a result of the application of web services technology, is expected to improve the performance of the service and teaching as part of the responsible parties in the procurement monitoring report the presence of faculty and students, the HRD assistant forum as the party in charge of procurement monitoring report the presence of lab assistant, and IT as part of the responsible parties in the process of data distribution and data backup presence. Abstract

The Al-Quran is the sacred book of Muslims, and it provides God's word in the form of orders, instructions, and guidelines for people to follow to have happy lives both here and in the afterlife. Several earlier research has used ontologies to store the knowledge found in the Quran. The previous study focused on extracting the relationship between classes and instances or the "is-a relation" by classifying instances based on the referenced class. Based on the performance testing of the instances classification framework, the test results show that Support Vector Machine (SVM) with Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) and stemming operation had dropped the accuracy value to 65.41% when the test data size was increased to 30%. Likewise, with BPNN with TF-IDF and stemming operations. In the Indonesian Quran translation dataset with a test data size of 30%, the accuracy value drops to 57.86%. Instances classification based on the thematic topics of the Qur'an aims to connect verses (instances) to topics (classes) to get an overall picture of the topic and provide a better understanding to users. This study aims to apply the feature selection technique to the instances classification framework for the Al-Quran ontology and to analyze the impact of applying the feature selection technique to the framework with a small dataset and training data. The instances classification framework in this study consists of several stages: text-preprocessing, feature extraction, feature selection, and instances classification. We applied Chiq-Square as a technique to perform feature selection. SVM and BPNN as a classifier. Based on the experiment results, it can be concluded that the feature selection implementation using Chi-Square increases the value of precision, f-measure, and accuracy on the test data size from 40% to 60% in all datasets. The feature selection using Chi-Square and SVM classifier provides the highest precision value with a test data size of 60% on the Tafsir Quran dataset from the Ministry of Religious Affairs Indonesia: 64.36%. Furthermore, the feature selection implementation and BPNN classifier also increase the highest accuracy value with a test data size of 60% in the Quranic Tafsir dataset from the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia: 63.09%.
