Abstract

Millennials in Indonesia are now perceived as the main actor of the future generation in the country. As Indonesia is approaching the demographic benefit in 2030-2020, they are expected to innovate in all industrial sectors to support the nationwide development. The purpose of this study is to conduct a prediction on innovative work behavior based on knowledge sharing and learning orientation among millennial workers in Indonesia. This research was conducted under a quantitative approach with a questionnaire-based survey involving 246 millennial respondents working in several sectors. Using partial least square, the finding of this explanatory research implies that learning orientation does have no significant influence on innovative work behavior. However, knowledge sharing has a significant effect on innovative work behavior among Indonesian millennials at the workplace.

Abstract

Change management system is influenced by the company management competency. because, management determines change through the workings procedures and organization structure. Management competency of companies has positive consequence to effectively project team. The management expertise has ability to decide the people who have talent in order to involve on the project. Project team was formed when a change management system in the form of project. Thus, effectiveness of the project team key user influence on improvement of company performance. Whereas based on a survey by distributing questionnaires and interviews of 42 SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) and analyzed with SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) it was found that a positive relationship management competency to change management system. On contrast, it has negative influence between management competence and effectively Project Team. Change management system also affect the effectively project team. Furthermore, enterprise performance was determined by change management system, while effectively project team had no effect at the company as a research object.

Abstract

There were two major questions being discussed in this research, i.e. firstly, how todetermine the support of the top management and environment uncertainty and their influenceto the preparation of technology information system; secondly, how to determine the influenceof preparation technology information system to information sharing and information qualitywhich used information technology to end user satisfaction Based on previous research. It wasfound that preparation of technology information system was influenced by top managementbecause information system was determined by top management, and environment uncertaintywould influence the provide of data management. Based on a survey which was conducted bymeans of interviews and questionnaires to 53 end user information technology systempractitioners in this research, it was found that in the preparation for an integrated informationtechnology, support top management as an organization and environment uncertainty as outof organization was a requirement to form preparation of information technology system. Aninformation technology system was able to be an information sharing and information quality,but it could not directly bring the end user satisfaction. The result of an information sharingand information quality directly impacted to end user satisfaction.

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia perusahaan yang semakin ketat mengakibatkan pengukuran kinerja sangat diperlukan untuk melakukan evaluasi dan perusahaan yang telah ada. PT. Polowijo adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang industri pupuk dolomit. Metode pengukuran kinerja Performance Prism digunakan untuk memperbaiki metode pengukuran kinerja PT. Polowijo yang selama ini belum merepresentasikan kinerja organisasi secara komprehensif dan integratif karena hanya menggunakan pengukuran kinerja berdasarkan individu (SKI). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah perancangan dan pengukuran kinerja dengan menggunakan metode Performance Prism dapat mereflesikan kebutuhan dan keinginan dari setiap stakeholder meliputi  investor, customer, employees, supplier, dan local communities. Selanjutnya dilakukan penentuan indikator kinerja dengan menetapkan target untuk tiap Key Performance Indicator. Kemudian penhitungan scoring dengan OMAX dan Traffic Light System untuk mengetahui KPI yang perlu diperbaiki kinerjanya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat 14 KPI dengan kategori maksimal sesuai harapam perusahaan, 20 KPI dalam kategori performa cukup dan 6 KPI dalam kategori performa sangat rendah atau kurang baik. Namun setelah melakukan usulan perbaikan terhadap 6 KPI yang berkategori sangat rendah tersebut, diharapkan PT. Polowijo dapat meningkatkan seluruh kinerja perusahaan secara maksimal.Kata Kunci: Pengukuran Kinerja, Stakeholder, Prism Performance, KPI, OMAX.

Abstract

Di era globalisasi saat ini kompetisi antar perguruan tinggi semakin ketat. Oleh Karena itu untuk meningkatkan kualitas perguruan tinggi, maka diperlukan sistem pengukuran kinerja. Salah satu sistem pengukuran kinerja yang dapat mengatasi hal tersebut adalah Balance Scorecard yang di kombinasikan dengan pembobotan Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Dengan Balance Scorecard dapat menerjemahkan visi dan misi serta strategi perguruan tinggi yang tersusun dalam empat perspektif, yaitu finansial, pelanggan, proses bisnis internal, serta pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Kemudian indikator tersebut akan di lakukan pembobotan dengan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan bobot dari empat perspektif pada perguruan tinggi swasta XYZ dan dapat mengetahui besarnya pembobotan keempat perspektif Balance Scorecard berdasarkan pendekatan AHP, serta untuk mengukur kinerja perguruan tinggi swasta XYZ dari empat perspektif, yaitu finansial, pelanggan, proses bisnis internal, dan pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan berdasarkan metode Balance Scorecard. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa  perspektif pelanggan sangat berpengaruh (nilainya sangat signifikan) dari empat perspektif yang ada di Balance Scorecard. Perspektif pelanggan mempunyai bobot yang paling besar yaitu 0,483, kedua finacial 0,272 ketiga prespektif proses bisnis internal 0,157 dan yang terakhir pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran 0.088.  Kata kunci: AHP, Balance Scorecard, Pengukuran Kinerja, Perguruan Tinggi.

Abstract

Dalam kegiatan suatu proyek, perencanaan dan pengendalian segabai acuan bagi manajemen dalam pelaksanaan proyek. Tujuan penelitian adalah upaya peningkatan kinerja proyek melalui peran manajemen proyek dalam melaksanakan fungsi pengendalian waktu, biaya, dan kualitas dengan memperhatikan kondisi burnout pekerja untuk efisiensi dan peningkatan kualitas. Sampel penelitian adalah pekerja proyek Citi 9 Gempol. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah proportionate stratified random sampling. Dengan sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 112 pekerja dan cara pengambilan sampel menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis menggunakan Regresi Linier Berganda dan Moderated Regresion Analysis (MRA). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai R2 model regresi linier berganda sebesar 47,7%. Dengan hasil uji hipotesis diketahui bahwa  pengendalian waktu, pengendalian biaya, dan pengendalian kualitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja proyek. Sedangkan R2 model regresi moderating  sebesar 55,3%. Dengan hasil uji hipotesis diketahui bahwa variabel burnout memoderasi negatif pengaruh pengendalian waktu, pengendalian biaya, dan pengendalian kualitas terhadap kinerja proyek.Kata Kunci: Burnout, Kinerja Proyek, Pengendalian Waktu, Pengendalian Biaya, dan Pengendalian Kualitas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh dari information sharing dan knowledge sharing terhadap relationship, dan pengaruh information sharing, knowledge sharing dan relationship terhadap performance di hotel X. Komunikasi berperan penting dalam suatu perusahaan, untuk membangun hubungan antar karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisa data partial least square. Proses pengujian hipotesis melalui berbagai kriteria goodness-of-fit model. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa information sharing dan knowledge sharing berpengaruh positif terhadap relationship. Knowledge sharing dan relationship berpengaruh positif terhadap performance di hotel X. Information sharing tidak berpengaruh terhadap performance di hotel X.

Abstract

Dewasa ini,  jumlah perokok di dunia semakin meningkat didapat dari meningkatnya data-data dari WHO. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui persepsi konsumen perokok juga non perokok terhadap fasilitas smoking area di restoran di surabaya. Data - data dalam penelitian ini telah memenuhi persyaratan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, analisis deskriptif, uji beda, analisa Partial Least Square dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor psikologi, image, juga fisik memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap fasilitas smoking area yang disediakan oleh restoran terhadap konsumen

Abstract

Sharing Knowledge is originated from the interaction between individuals which will form a group or working group in a company, while the working group with expertise/skills is called teamwork. The working group should be developed to be able to communicate and have good relationships within the department, between departments and between organizations. Good communication within the organization will improve the working relationship to be more intense and faster. There are no boundaries either between individuals or individuals and departments in the organization so as to create an effective working relationship and a strong team work which lead to the creation of the best practices operational. Based on the survey by interviewing and spreading questionnaires to 266 police members of the police in POLWILTABES SURABAYA about sharing knowledge of best operational practices (BOP) in the police organization through team work's affectivity and OCB (organizational citizenship behavior). The results showed that sharing knowledge does not directly impact organizational citizenship behavior as an organizational culture, but it is indirectly give impact through the team work's affectivity moderator variable. Sharing knowledge as an organizational culture has an impact on enhancing the effectiveness of team work. The Effectiveness of team work influence organizational citizenship behavior in police organizations to increase the best operational practice. Team work's affectivity has influence towards Best Operational Practices (BOP) in the police organization. OCB (Organizational citizenship behavior) also has influence towards the best operational practices (BOP) in the police organization.

Abstract

PT. Star Spart Indonesia in Sidoarjo, East Java is an automotive and spare part company which sells various national and international quality automotive products such as baterries, oil, tyres, and other spare parts. In promoting the products, this company is facing many competitors, so it has to collaborate with other retail shops and main dealers to win the competition. Therefore, the company is planning a proper marketing strategy to market the products in order to strive the organizational goals (to survive, to grow, and to multiply). This research is using Saving Matrix method to schedule limitied transportation vehicles to deliver goods from one facility to various customers. Another method is using the Farthest Insert, Nearest Insert and Nearest Neighbour method. Using the Saving Matrix method, the company can spend Rp. 45,802,836 for transportion costs using company's vehicles. If the company rents the vehicles to other outsourcing company, the transportation costs will be Rp. 49,000,000. There is a saving of Rp. 3,197,164 if the company uses own vehicles. From changing the route, there will be another cost saving from fuel as much as Rp. 409,115. Keywords: Saving Matrix, Farthest Insert, Nearest Insert, Nearest neighbour, Distribution
