Abstract

This research aims to analyze the significant influence of quality academic services to student loyalty with student satisfaction and organizational performance as intervening. The sample in this study as many as 40 people, data collection using questionnaires, and then analyzed with SEM PLS using smart software PLS 3.0. Based on the results of the analysis show that the quality of academic services has an effect on student loyalty with a statistical t-value of 2.532, the quality of academic services has no effect on organizational performance with a statistical value of 0.026, the quality of academic services has an effect on student satisfaction with a value of 1.988 statistics, student satisfaction has an effect on organizational performance with a t-value of 1.891, student satisfaction has no effect on student loyalty with a statistical t-value of 0.370, organizational performance influences student loyalty with a statistical T value of 8.380, student satisfaction does not mediate the effect of academic service quality with a statistical t-value of 1.201, student satisfaction does not mediate the effect of academic service quality on student loyalty with a statistical t-value of 0.319, organizational performance mediates the effect of student satisfaction on student loyalty self with a statistical t-value of 1.778, student satisfaction and organizational performance does not mediate the effect of academic service quality on student loyalty with a statistical t-value of 1.169, organizational performance does not mediate the effect of academic service quality on student loyalty with a statistical T value of 0.025.

Abstract

Supply chain management is vital for manufacturing companies in connecting suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and corporate customers. The company's products will enter the company's distribution system through distributors, retailers, and end customers. This study examines how to enhance retailer satisfaction by taking into account the application of information technology, supply chain management practices, and retailer-distributor relationships. This study surveyed 86 modern retailers using a five-point Likert scale questionnaire. Data processing used PLS. The results showed that the information technology significantly improves the retailer-distributor relationships with a coefficient of 0.303. Also, information technology affects supply chain management practices with a coefficient of 0.527. Information technology has an effect of 0.281 on retailer satisfaction. The company implementing supply chain management practice improves the retailer-distributor relationship by 0.518, and supply chain management practice affects retailer satisfaction by 0.291. The results also showed that the retailer-distributor relationship affects retailer satisfaction by 0.358. This research provides an insight for the practitioner on how to improve the retailer satisfaction. This paper also contributes to the ongoing research in the field of supply chain management.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of transformational leadership on company performance using ERP technology and supply chain integration in food and beverage companies. The survey uses a questionnaire designed using a 5-point Likert scale. As many as 100 questionnaires were distributed to 100 food and beverage companies domiciled in the region of Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia. Respondents were from the supervisor and upper level as considered the most knowledgeable person in the company. The number of valid data is 55 respondents representing 55 companies from 100 respondents. Data analysis using Smart PLS. The results of the data analysis show that transformation Leadership does not directly affect firm performance; transformation Leadership does not affect supply chain integration. ERP Application influences firm Performance, supply chain integration influences firm performance, ERP Application affects supply chain integration. An additional finding is that transformational leadership indirectly affects firm performance. This result enriches the insight for the manager in enhancing firm performance. This paper also contributes to the current research in the field of supply chain management.

Abstract

Millennials in Indonesia are now perceived as the main actor of the future generation in the country. As Indonesia is approaching the demographic benefit in 2030-2020, they are expected to innovate in all industrial sectors to support the nationwide development. The purpose of this study is to conduct a prediction on innovative work behavior based on knowledge sharing and learning orientation among millennial workers in Indonesia. This research was conducted under a quantitative approach with a questionnaire-based survey involving 246 millennial respondents working in several sectors. Using partial least square, the finding of this explanatory research implies that learning orientation does have no significant influence on innovative work behavior. However, knowledge sharing has a significant effect on innovative work behavior among Indonesian millennials at the workplace.

Abstract

The local government needs to facilitate the Hotel through industry regulations, and one of the requirements is the obligation of each Hotel to pay attention to environmentally friendly practices. This study investigates the effect of top management commitment on firm performance through green purchasing and supplier relationship management in the 3-star Hotel. This study used a Census survey for all 71 3-star Hotel domiciled in the City of Surabaya. Data collection used a questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale. Questionnaire distribution was conducted by email, social media, and direct delivery to the respondent. Sixty-one from seventy-one questionnaires, a response rate of 86%, were filled in duly and considered valid for further analysis. Data analysis used the partial least square technique by utilizing Smart PLS. The result of the analysis demonstrated that top management commitment affects supplier relationship management by path coefficient of 0.544. Top management commitment affects firm performance with path coefficient of 0.281. However, this study indicated that top management commitment does not affect green purchasing. Furthermore, supplier relationship management has a significant effect on green purchasing with path coefficient of 0.391. Similarly, supplier relationship management also affects firm performance with a path coefficient of 0.377. Finally, Green purchasing significantly improves firm performance with a path coefficient of 0.226. This work provides a new insight for the manager on how to increase firm performance in the context of supply chain management. This study could contribute to enriching the current research in supply chain management.

Abstract

Manufacturing companies in Indonesia experienced the most severe growth due to the impact of the coronavirus pandemic (Covid-19). The effect of the pandemic resulted in companies reducing production capacity by reducing the use of utilities owned by the company. This study examines the effect of early supplier involvement on firm performance through teamwork and new product development. This research surveyed 55 companies from 104 manufacturing companies with more than 100 employees in East Java, Indonesia. The data collection used a questionnaire designed with a five-point Likert scale. Data analysis used SmartPLS version 3.0 to assess the measurement model and examine the hypothesis. This study developed nine hypotheses, which indicated that eight hypotheses were supported, and one hypothesis was rejected. Early supplier involvement affects teamwork, new product development, and firm performance. Furthermore, teamwork affects new product development and firm performance. Moreover, new product development affects firm performance. In addition, early supplier involvement indirectly affects firm performance through new product development and teamwork, respectively and simultaneously. These findings provide an insight for manufacturing management to consider early supplier involvement in developping new products and enhancing firm performance. This research will enrich the supply chain management theory, focusing on product development as the competitiveness of companies that are changing rapidly.

Abstract

This study examined how supplier collaboration practices can affect company performance through the mediation of lean manufacturing and inventory control in the context of Java, Indonesia. The mediating effect of lean manufacturing and inventory control on the relationship between supplier collaboration practices and company performance was investigated. This survey was collected among 88 manufacturing companies on the island of Java, which are engaged in the chemical and chemical goods sector and the non-metallic minerals industry. Validity and reliability analysis and structural equation modeling to test hypotheses using smartPLS software. This study reveals that supplier collaboration practices positively and significantly affect company performance. In addition, it also found that inventory control positively and significantly mediates the relationship between supplier collaboration practices and company performance. In contrast, lean manufacturing does not significantly mediate the relationship between supplier collaboration practices and company performance. This study contributes to the knowledge of the mediation effect in the practice of inventory control and lean manufacturing on the company performance-supplier collaboration relationship. Company leaders also gain insight on how to collaborate with suppliers to help companies implement more efficient business practices by making continuous improvements and always maintaining inventory levels so that companies can improve their performance.

Abstract

Information technology enables companies to build good communication and coordination with external partners. The information system owned by the company can provide fast information for management in determining the company's direction. This research proposed a model to investigate the effect of trust suppliers on firm performance through the mediation of information sharing and collaboration. For this purpose, this study postulates nine hypotheses to be examined. Eighty-five (85) manufacturing companies have been surveyed as the sample in this study. Data collection used a questionnaire designed with a five-point Likert scale. Data analysis used smartPLS software to examine the hypotheses. The result indicated that all hypotheses were supported as follows. Trust supplier, information sharing, and collaboration directly affect firm performance. Interestingly, information sharing and collaboration mediate the influence of trust in suppliers on firm performance. These findings provide a managerial implication on how to improve the firm performance by establishing trust in the supplier, sharing information, and developing collaboration between partners. This study also contributes to the current research in supply chain management.

Abstract

BNI Contact Center merupakan salah satu Layanan customer BNI yang bisa diakses 24 jam dan 7 hari dalam seminggu oleh Nasabah dengan memberikan kemudahan informasi layanan dan solusi melalui media Telpon, email, sosmed dannVideo Banking. Dengan mengedepankan customer experience dituntut bekerja lebih giat untuk memenuhi permintaan konsumen, dan bersaing dengan kompetitor lainnya sehingga menimbulkan beban kerja yang yang dirasakan karyawan lebih besar, Oleh sebab itu dilakukan_penelitian untuk menganalisa beban_kerja yang dirasakan oleh karyawan dengan menggunakan Metode Subjektif sebagai metode pengukurannya yaitu Metode NASA-TLX National Aeronautics and Space Administration Task Load Index, dengan menggunakan Metode_ini terdapat 6 indikator yang menjadi uji pengukuran dimana masingmasing indikator tersebut mampu_mengukur_tingkat beban_kerja yang_dialami_oleh karyawan, dari 6 indikator_tersebut adalah_Kebutuhan_Mental, Kebutuhan_Fisik, Kebutuhan_waktu, performansi, usaha_dan_tingkat_frustasi dari_masing-masing karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini seluruhnya masuk dalam kategori beban mental yang tinggi, dari data diatas 1 karyawan masuk kategori beban kerja sangat tinggi sesuai dengan perhitungan WWL 83 dan 2 lainnya masuk kategori tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata WWL 76.9 dan 75.9. untuk setiap indikator kebutuhan mental menjadi indikator tertinggi dengan 1108, untuk tertinggi ke dua tingkat frustasi 1050, kemudian untuk performansi kinerja urutan ketiga dengan 632, disusul dengan kebutuhan waktu 489 usaha 170 sedangkan indikator paling rendah adalah kebutuhan fisik 88

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic impacts uncertainty in the global economy, with many policy changes set by the government, is trying to prevent the spread of the virus. The company seeks to optimize the use of information technology by using enterprise resource planning. Research using research population are manufacturing companies in East Java that have three years implemented ERP. Data collection was obtained from 85 companies using the purposive sampling technique and analyzing data using structural equation modeling with smartPLS software. The data analysis showed that the ERP system implementation did not directly impact the company's performance. ERP system implementation can improve inventory level control and information technology capabilities. The level of inventory and information technology capabilities owned by the company can impact the company's performance. Information technology capabilities affect inventory management. The indirect impact is that ERP system implementation affects company performance through inventory levels and information technology capabilities. The research contributes to supply chain integration theory to improve company performance on an ongoing basis. Practical contributions for warehouse managers and other functions can take advantage of inventory-level information to improve company performance.
