Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari tata kelola perusahaan yang baik ( GCG ), tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan ( TJSP ) terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahahaan dengan dimediasi manajemen laba yang menggunakan the modified jones model ( 1995 ) pada perusahaan-perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam indeks LQ45 tahun 2018. Permasalahan penelitian yang diajukan merujuk kepada beberapa penelitian terdahulu dan adanya research gap dari penelitan terdahulu. Tujuh hipotesis telah dirumuskan dan sebuah model telah dikembangkan untuk menjawab masalah penelitian ini. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan tahunan dan laporan keuangan perusahaan yang diterbitkan oleh Bursa Efek Indonesia dan website masing-masing perusahaan. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling dimana jumlah sampel yang diuji dalam penelitian sebanyak 26 perusahaan. Alat analisa yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) pada program SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan perusahaan yang diukur melalui return of asset dan tobins’Q dipengaruhi oleh tata kelola perusahaan yang baik dengan sifat korelasi positif.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse: (1) the effect of external factors on internal factors of SMEs; (2) the effect of external factors on SMEs performance; and (3) the effect of internal factors on SMEs performance in Jakarta. The result show that: (1) the external factors has positive and significant impact on internal factors of SMEs, (2) the external factors has positive but unsignificant on SMEs performance, and (3) the internal factors has positive and significant on SMEs performance in Jakarta. Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang bagiamana korelasi dari masing-masing dimensi dalam Protestan Work Ehic (PWE) terhadap masing-masing dimensi dalam Chinese Work Ethic (CWE) dikalangan pemuda Tionghoa Protestan. Survey dilakukan dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 160 orang mahasiswa/i beragama Protestan keturunan Tionghoa. Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa terdapat korelasi antara dimensi dari PWE dengan dimensi dari CWE. PWE memiliki korelasi yang positif dengan orientasui jangka panjang dari CWE, dan PWE juga berkorelasi dengan orientasi jangka pendek dari CWE. Demikian juga PWE memiliki korelasi yang positif dengan orientasi Guanxi dan Xinyong, dimana kedua orientasi tersebut terdapat dalam CWE. Kata Kunci : Protestan Work Ethic, , Chinese Work Ethic, Capitalism, Culture, Religion Values

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of internal locus of control, external locus of control, self-efficacy, and job satisfaction on organizational commitments. This research was conducted on employees of PT. Pacifik Teknologi Indonesia. The research used simple random sampling. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to 114 respondents. The result of the research shows that internal locus ofcontrol has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, external locus of control has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, then job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, but self-efficacy has not a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Simultaneously, internal locus of control, external locus of control, self-efficacy, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment.Keywords: internal locus of control, external locus of control, self efficacy, job satisfaction, organizationalcommitment.

Abstract

AbstrakKepuasan pelanggan sangat penting untuk diperhatikan bagi perusahaan First Media, karena dari kepuasan pelanggan tersebut berarti First Media telah berhasil dalam menjual produk dan jasanya kepada pelanggan sehingga akan meningkatkan pada sumber pendapatan masa depan. Menurunnya pelanggan First Media pada 5 tahun terakhir ini, salah satunya adalah karena kurangnya rasa kepuasan dalam menggunakan layanan internet First Media yang disebabkan beberapa faktor antara lain kualitas pelayanan dan harga. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda yang diolah dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan secara parsial dengan nilai sig. 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 dan thitung sebesar 14,654 lebih besar dari nilai ttabel yaitu 1.651972. Harga memiliki pengaruh negative terhadap kepuasan pelanggan secara parsial dengan nilai sig. 0,356 lebih besar dari 0,05 dan thitung sebesar 0,925 lebih kecil dari nilai ttabel yaitu 1,651972. Kualitas pelayanan dan harga memiliki pengaruh positif secara simultan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan nilai sig 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0.05 dan nilai fhitung sebesar 471,237 lebih besar dari ftabel yaitu sebesar 3,04. Hasil dari koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,815, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan First media di Pondok Aren Tangerang Selatan sebesar 81,5%.Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Pelanggan, Harga, Kualitas Pelayanan, Pelanggan AbstractCustomer satisfaction is very important to pay attention to for First Media companies, because from customer satisfaction it means that First Media has succeeded in selling its products and services to customers so that it will increase on future sources of income. The decline in First Media customers in the last 5 years, one of which is due to the lack of satisfaction in using First Media internet services which is caused by several factors including service quality and price. This research is aimed at determining the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction and knowing how much influence it has. The research method used is quantitative, with data collection through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression which is processed with the help of SPSS software version 26. The results showed that the quality of service has a positive influence on customer satisfaction partially with the sig value. 0.000 is smaller than 0.05 and the calculation of 14.654 is greater than the ttable value of 1.651972. Price has a negative influence on customer satisfaction partially with the sig value. 0.356 is greater than 0.05 and the calculation of 0.925 is smaller than the ttable value of 1.651972. Service quality and price have a simultaneous positive influence on customer satisfaction with a sig value of 0.000 less than 0.05 and a calculated value of 471.237 greater than the ftabel of 3.04. As a result of the coefficient of determination of 0.815, it can be concluded that the quality of service and price have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of First media in Pondok Aren South Tangerang by 81.5%.Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, Price, Quality of Service, Customer

Abstract

Global engagement has become vital to academic research, particularly in economics and environmental science. This bibliometric analysis utilizes Scopus Analyze and VOSviewer to explore trends, prolific authors, and the impact of global engagement research in these fields, identifying research gaps in reputable international databases like Scopus. The study aims to provide insights into the implications of global engagement on society, economy, and environment. Data from 105 papers were collected, with reputable international journals being the dominant source. Findings indicate a rising interest in global engagement research from 2014 to 2023, with the United States leading in contributions, followed by the United Kingdom, Australia, and other countries. Themes prevalent in the research include education and sustainable development, focusing on cross-cultural learning experiences and the need for international cooperation to address global challenges. In environmental science, scholars explore sustainable development, the sustainable ocean economy, and the impact of economic growth on environmental sustainability, seeking to design effective strategies for green technologies and sustainable practices. This study's valuable insights contribute to business, economics, and environmental science, guiding future research and understanding global engagement's implications in various domains while identifying research gaps that offer opportunities for further investigation into novel aspects of global engagement.

Abstract

This paper presents a comprehensive analysis of digital leadership research using bibliometric analysis and network visualization techniques. The study utilizes bibliometrics to gain insights and comprehend patterns in scientific publications related to digital leadership. Data from various sources, including articles, conference papers, and book chapters in the Scopus database, was analyzed using mathematical and statistical methods. The search term "digital leadership" resulted in 127 relevant publications from Scopus.com. Through bibliometric parameters such as authors, citations, keywords, and publication countries, the study offers a systematic research method for thematic analyses. The findings from this research provide researchers with specific inquiries and recommended considerations at each stage of the bibliometric analysis process. The study sheds light on the trends and developments in digital leadership research, identifying potential research gaps and opportunities for future investigations. By utilizing robust research methodologies, this paper contributes to understanding digital leadership and informs scholars on the key themes shaping the field's trajectory.

Abstract

This Community Service activity is a follow-up to the results of previous research in Lengkong Kyai village, which is sandwiched between luxury housing in the BSD City area. The activity aims to provide training on content creation, infographics, or graphic design for digital promotional content, which suggests promoting the Raden Aria Wangsakara Cemetery as a religious tourism destination and cultural tourism. The methods of implementing the service are (1) Socialization on the importance of promoting the Lengkong Culture site, (2) Training on creating promotional content concepts, (3) Training on making infographics and designs, (4) Training on creating and managing promotional accounts, (5) Submission of design assets in the form of laptop, (6) Evaluation of program implementation and sustainability. The pre-test and post-test results showed an increase in the understanding of community service participants in the four counseling and training sessions provided. The benefits of this community service result are not only the ability of the community (participants) to create interesting content and graphic designs for the promotion of cultural sites as religious and cultural tourism destinations on social media, but they can use this ability for activities that have a positive impact on their economy. The increasing number of religious and cultural tourism visits to their villages will also positively impact the local community's economy.

Abstract

The community service is motivated by concerns about Indonesia's economic conditions because of the pandemic which is directly felt by all levels of society. The purpose of community service through the delivery of material in the Webinar is to raise public optimism, especially Webinar participants during the economic recession due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The implementation method is through the delivery of Webinar material at the invitation of the Central Board of MUKI. The materials presented included: (1) the impact of the pandemic on the economic recession and its scope, (2) the actual conditions of business operations during the pandemic, (3) the actual conditions of the employment during the pandemic, (4) the positive attitude in dealing with the crisis, and (5) business opportunities, especially online businesses, during the pandemic. The result is that participants have understood that the economic recession is not only affecting Indonesia, but is globally. Participants have realized the need to build optimism during a crisis and see business opportunities, especially online businesses, to be able to survive in the midst of a crisis

Abstract

This paper presents a community development initiative conducted in collaboration with Bait Adzkia Islamic Kindergarten School. A team of five university students undertook the project as part of their Sustainable Development coursework. The initiative's purpose was to engage kindergarten students in creative activities centered on recycling plastic waste into colleges, fostering skills in problem-solving, teamwork, and environmental awareness. The method involved thorough preparation of materials, including collecting and preparing plastic waste, organizing children into groups, and guiding them through the process of creating collages. The results demonstrated significant engagement and satisfaction among the kindergarten students upon completing their artwork, highlighting their enthusiasm and understanding of environmental stewardship. The study's implications underscored the effectiveness of integrating environmental education with creative arts in early childhood settings, promoting sustainable practices and preparing young learners to become responsible global citizens. This initiative contributes to broader discussions on the role of early childhood education in instilling values of environmental sustainability, emphasizing practical applications of theoretical knowledge within community contexts.
