Abstract

Perilaku konsumtif adalah segala kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan tindakan manusia dalam mengkonsumsi suatu barang tanpa didasarkan pada pertimbangan kebutuhan melainkan lebih pada pertimbangan pemuasan diri atau keinginan. Perilaku konsumtif yang mengutamakan pertimbangan pemuasan diri atau keinginan merupakan perilaku konsumtif yang irasional dan sebaiknya dihindari. Perilaku konsumtif dipengaruhi oleh faktor literasi keuangan, konsep diri dan budaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari literasi keuangan, konsep diri dan budaya baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. terhadap perilaku konsumtif pada siswa SMAN 1 Kota Bajawa. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa SMAN 1 Kota Bajawa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 952 siswa, sampel sebanyak 282 siswa, dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin, dan melalui metode proportional stratifaid custer random sampling. Variabel bebas terdiri dari literasi keuangan, konsep diri dan budaya. Sedangkan variabel terikat yaitu perilaku konsumtif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner, teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa literasi keuangan berpengaruh negatif terhadap perilaku konsumtif. Sedangkan konsep diri dan budaya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif. Literasi keuangan, konsep diri, dan budaya secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumtif.  Oleh karena itu disarankan agar sekolah sebaiknya memberikan pelajaran bagaimana cara mengatur keuangan yang baik sehingga siswa memiliki perilaku konsumtif yang baik. Selain itu orang tua dapat mengajarkan kebiasaan-kebiasaan yang produktif dalam membelanjakan uangnya sebagai upaya untuk memperbaiki perilaku konsumtif anak.

Abstract

Kinerja keuangan di perguruan tinggi swasta adalah salah satu faktor penting untuk mencapai kualitas pendidikan. Fenomena menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan perguruan tinggi swasta yang kurang baik, terutama dalam hal likuiditas (current ratio) yang mendorong perguruan tinggi swasta melakukan beberapa pelanggaran dalam mendapatkan pendapatan untuk membiayai operasi institusi. Rumusan masalah yang diangkat adalah bagaimana meningkatkan kinerja keuangan perguruan tinggi swasta sehingga akan tetap mempertahankan kelangsungan hidupnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan menggambarkan kinerja badan penyelenggara pendidikan terhadap kinerja keuangan perguruan tinggi melalui modal intelektual dan good university governance. Metodologi penelitian ini mengangkat 71 perguruan tinggi swasta di Jawa Tengah untuk dicicipi di mana masing-masing universitas diwakili oleh responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah proporsional random sampling. engan statistik perhitungan rumus slovin. Analisis data yang digunakan analisis jalur. pengolahan data menggunakan Estimasi Maksimum (ML). Hasilnya menunjukkan kinerja badan penyelenggara pendidikan, modal intelektual dan good university governance memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan meningkatkan kinerja keuangan dari perguruan tinggi langsung. ut kinerja pendidikan badan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan melalui good university governance serta good university governance terhadap kinerja keuangan melalui modal intelektual.   Financial performance in private colleges is one of the important factors for achieving quality education. The phenomenon shows that the financial performance of private universities is not good, especially in terms of liquidity (current ratio) that encourage  private universities committed some offense in getting the revenue to finance any operations of the institution. The formulation of The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the performance of the organizing body of education on college financial performance through intellectual capital and good university governance. This methodology  study raised 71 private universities in Central Java to be sampled where each university represented by the respondent. The sampling technique used is proportionate random sampling. ith the statistical calculation formulas slovin. Analysis of the data used path analysis. Processing data using Maximum Likelihood Estimation (ML). The results show the performance of the organizing body of education, intellectual capital and good university governance have significant influence and improve the financial performance of the college directly. ut the performance of the education governing body had no significant effect on the financial performance through good university governance as well as good university governance on financial performance through intellectual capital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Menganalisis pengaruh Prestasi Belajar dan Aktivitas Berorganisasi terhadap Daya Saing mahasiswa. 2) Menganalisis peran Soft Skill sebagai variabel intervening yang memediasi pengaruh tidak langsung Prestasi Belajar dan Aktivitas Berorganisasi terhadap Daya Saing mahasiswa. Penelitian ini termasuk pada kategori kuantitatif dengan pendekatan hipotesys study. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Kuningan dari angkatan 2011 hingga 2014 yang berjumlah 198. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling yang menghasilkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 132. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik dokumentasi dan kuisioner. Analisis data statistik inferensial dengan path  analisys menggunakan program SPSS versi 21. Uji normalitas dengan Kolmogorov Smirnov, uji multikolinieritas dengan melihat nilai VIF dan Condition Index, uji heteroskedaktisitas dengan uji Glejster, dan uji autokorelasi dengan Run Test. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pengaruh langsung Prestasi Belajar terhadap Daya Saing signifikan dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 14,7%. Pengaruh langsung Aktivitas Berorganisasi terhadap Daya Saing tidak signifikan. Pengaruh Soft Skill terhadap Daya Saing signifikan dengan koefisien jalur sebesar 51,9%. Peran Soft Skill dalam memediasi pengaruh tidak langsung Prestasi Belajar terhadap Daya Saing tidak signifikan. Sedangkan peran Soft Skill dalam memediasi pengaruh tidak langsung Aktivitas Berorganisasi terhadap Daya Saing signifikan dengan nilai Sobel sebesar 39,7%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, sebaiknya mahasiswa meningkatkan soft skill-nya dengan serius mengikuti aktivitas berorganisasi. Selanjutnya, kepada pihak pembantu Dekan bidang kemahasiswaan sebaiknya lebih giat lagi dalam mengajak dan mensosialisasikan aktivitas berorganisasi untuk meningkatkan soft skill mahasiswa,  karena soft skill yang meningkat akan juga meningkatkan daya saing.   This study aims to: 1) Analyzing the effect of Learning Achievement and Organizational Activities toward the students Competitiveness. 2) Analyzing the role of Soft Skills as intervening variable that mediate the indirect effect of Learning Achievement and Organizational Activities toward the students Competitiveness.This Thesis was an hipotesys study with quantitative approach. Population in this study is the students of Economic Education Department, Kuningan University from 2011 to 2014 graduates. The Sampling technique used simple random sampling which resulted in a total sample of 132. The Methods of data collecting in this study used  documentation and questionnaires techniques. The statistical Analysis data used path analisys with SPSS 21th version. The Normality test used the Kolmogorov Smirnov test, multicolinierity test draw on VIF and Condition Index, test of heteroskedakticity utilized Glejster, and autocorrelation test exploited Run test. The Results of this study found that the direct effect of Learning Achievement toward the students Competitiveness were significantly 14.7%. The direct effect of the Competitiveness on the Organize Activities were not significant. The Effect of Soft Skill on Competitiveness was significantly 51.9%. Soft Skill mediating role in the Competitiveness Achievement was insignificant. But, the role of mediation Soft Skills at the Competitiveness Organize Activities were significantly with 0,397 of Sobel Test.Based on these results, we recommended that students can improve their soft skills with serious long-organize. Further, to the dean of student affairs should be more active in asking and socializing Organizational Activitised to improve the soft skills of the students, because the soft skills which is increasing would also enhance the competitiveness.

Abstract

Research objectives to find out and analyze the factors that hinder student's learning difficulties Papua grantee LPMAK on economic subjects. This research is descriptive research approach to mix method. The subject in this study is the whole student scholarship recipients Papua LPMAK totaled 52 students. Data collection is done with the now, interview and documentation. Data analysis was done with the analysis of factors and descriptive data analysis. Data collection is done with the now, interview and documentation. Data analysis was done with the analysis of factors and descriptive data analysis. The results showed there is a dominant factor that inhibits student learning difficulties Papua grantee LPMAK in Semarang City: Factors of mass media and the social environment, the use of mass media overload causing trouble Learning (learning difficulty) students. The head of Papua's Dormitory (teachers) will need to limit the activity of the child his protégé in the use of mass media and association with students of Papua and the media in the dorm.

Abstract

Consumption Behavior Consumptive students due to the knowledge of consumption and the lack of parental role in modeling and low family economic education in providing education about consumption of their children led to consumptive behavior. The formulation of this problem is whether there is influence of students' consumption knowledge, family's economic social status, family economic education on consumption behavior of high school students.The variables in this research are Knowledge of Student Consumption, Parents Social Economic Status, Family Economic Education, and Student Consumption Behavior. The method used is data analysis with data collection techniques Student population of SMA Negeri IPS Class XII. Sample of the research amounted to 191 respondents with sampling technique using Proportional Random Sampling. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. Data analysis with Linear Regression.The result of research there is influence of student's consumption knowledge, socio-economic status of family, and family economic education either partially or simultaneously. Based on t test, the influence of students' consumption knowledge on the partial consumption behavior of students obtained value of 7.239, the influence of socioeconomic status of parents to student consumption behavior 3.852 and the influence of family economic education on student consumption behavior of 1.686. Simultaneously influence of knowledge of student consumption, parent economic ststus, family economic education to student consumption behavior based on F test obtained value 30, 375.

Abstract

Today’s the competition in the retail business is very tight, so retail businesses must pay attention to the factors that can influence the development of their business. One of the factors that must be considered is customer loyalty. The objectives of this study are to determine the effect of service quality and product marketing strategy for customer satisfaction, as well as its impact on customer loyalty at Mutiara Cahaya Supermarket Tegal Regency. This study used a quantitative descriptive to explain the causality relationship between service quality and marketing strategies on customer satisfaction, and their impact on customer loyalty. The population was all Mutiara Cahaya Supermarket customers who had a member card with a total sampling of 100 people by using a incidental sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Data analysis used multiple regression and path analysis. The results show that there is an influence of service quality and marketing strategy on customer satisfaction, there is an influence of service quality and marketing strategy on customer loyalty. The conclusion shows that there is no influence of service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction, and there is an influence of marketing strategies on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The Indonesian Government has ratified Financial Accounting Standards for Entities without Public Accountability (FAS-EWPA, in bahasa Indonesia known as SAK-ETAP) in 2009 as guidelines for financial reporting for entities without public accountability, one of which is cooperative (koperasi).The large number of cooperatives in Cirebon Regency that have carried out annual member meeting but lacking implementation of FAS-EWPA is still considered as a constraint. The purpose of this study is to analyze the acceptance of cooperative administrators towards FAS-EWPA using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This research uses a quantitative method with path analysis using SPSS 20.0 for windows and Sobel Test Calculator to determine the significance of intervening variables. The number of population in this study is 193 cooperatives in Cirebon Regency with a total sample of 65 cooperatives. The results of this study indicates positive correlations on : education towards perceived usefulness, perceived ease, and intention to use; subjective norms toward perceived usefulness and perceived ease; organizational factors toward perceived usefulness, perceived ease, and intention to use; perceived usefulness towards intention to use; and perceived ease towards intention to use.There is no correlation between subjective norms and intention to use. The difference between this research and several previous studies is that the use of external variables such as education and organizational factors influencing TAM is rarely used in previous studies.

Abstract

Graduates of the marketing expertise competency at the SMK Pharmasi Semarang Foundation are not in accordance with the competencies required by the Business World and the Industrial World (DUDI) as a medical representative. The purpose of this study was to analyze the strategy for increasing medical representative competency in terms of learning, collaboration with DUDI, and human resource development (teachers). This research uses descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, documentation, and triangulation then the data is reduced. The strategy to increase medical representative competence is carried out through practical learning by conducting simulation learning in the learning process inside and outside of school. Learning conducted in schools focuses on practical simulations to sharpen student competencies in communicating with doctors and understand products to be promoted through industry-based learning. Non-school learning is carried out through a collaboration program between school agencies and DUDI in the form of fieldwork practices by adjusting the implementation time of the apprenticeship with the allocation of concept time for pharmaceutical sales. Achievement of medical representative competencies for marketing students is supported by teacher competency. Teacher competence in the field of medical representative is obtained through the on the job training program.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the effect of service quality, member trust on member loyalty through member satisfaction. The research approach used a quantitative method with path analysis which was processed using SPSS. The subjects of the research were all members of the KSP CU Pangudi Luhur Kasih. The research samples were 96 respondents, with cluster sampling techniques. The results showed (1) there was not a positive relationship between service quality variables on member loyalty, (2) there was a positive relationship between member trust variables on member loyalty, (3) there was a positive relationship between member satisfaction variables on member loyalty, (4) there was not a positive relationship between service quality variables on member satisfaction, (5) there was a positive relationship between member trust variables on member satisfaction, (6) there was not a relationship between service quality variables on member loyalty through member satisfaction, (7) there was a positive relationship between variables member trust on member loyalty through member satisfaction.
