Abstract

This article discusses the provision of a collection of library materials for children at the Medan City Library. This article describes the description of planning activities and the method of procuring a collection of children's library materials at the Medan City Library. This research was carried out using a qualitative method with unstructured interviews. The conclusion of this mini research is to work on materials for children's collections that are not yet owned by the Medan City Library and add materials that are already owned by the Medan City Library in relatively small quantities, while the planning steps taken are Inventory of library materials, Analysis the need for children's library materials, determine preotitas. In addition, several methods of procuring library materials are carried out in the following ways: buyers, gifts, exchanges, donations, collaboration, endowments and self-publishing. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of price, product quality, and celebrity endorsements on purchasing decisions for ms glow products for students at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra, either partially or simultaneously. This study used a quantitative method with data collection using the Likert scale method. The subjects used in this study were active students at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra for the 2022-2023 year, totaling 19,129 people, and taken using the slovin formula with an error rate of 5% totaling 392 students. Data analysis techniques through the IBM SPSS statistics 25 programs. The results of this study indicate that first, the price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significant value of 0.035 <0.05. Second, product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significant value of 0.001 <0.05. Third, celebrity endorsements have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significant value of 0.001 <0.05. And fourth, simultaneously price, product quality, and celebrity endorsements have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significant value <0.05, namely 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze marketing strategies to increase sales Volume of UD Nurhalimah Ujung Batu market, Sosa District, Padang Lawas regency, North Sumatra in Islamic Economic Studies with SWOT analysis . This research is a field study using qualitative descriptive methods; primary and secondary data sources are used, and data collection procedures include interviews, observations, and documentation. Subjects in this study are owners ,employees, consumers and society. The focus of this study is how the application of marketing strategy management to increase sales volume at UD Nurhalimah with SWOT analysis the results of this study indicate that implementing a marketing mix strategy or often referred to as the marketing mix, namely: Product Marketing Strategy, price Marketing Strategy, place marketing strategy, promotional marketing strategy. Sourced from the SWOT analysis of UD Nurhalimah seasoning shows that it is located in an aggressive or growing position in the strategy (SO). Where in this position has a solid position and describes the external opportunities that exist and avoid the influence of negative potential threats.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the risk of broiler chicken farming with a partnership pattern in Sampean Village, Sungai Kanan District, South Labuhanbatu regency, North Sumatra province. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques, namely observation, interview, and documentation. The results showed that in the cultivation of broiler chickens is inseparable from the existence of business risks, the most common risks are production risks and price risks. Production risks faced by farmers in Sampean Village are the risk of dead chickens, stressed chickens, chickens exposed to disease, and price or market risks. The strategy in overcoming the risk is the identification of risks by tracing the risks contained in broiler chicken farming, evaluation / risk analysis by evaluating the risks after knowing what are the sources of risks faced by farmers such as the causes of chicken deaths, controlling risks by designing the best and economical way to reduce the risk of chicken deaths by providing drugs or vaccines provided by partner companies and herbal medicines formulated by farmers themselves. However, broiler chicken farmers in Sampean village have obstacles in overcoming their business risks, namely the lack of competence of farmers in overcoming the risks that exist in broiler chicken farming businesses.

Abstract

In developing the company, the factors of employee performance are crucial to note; the factor of employee discipline to comply with applicable regulations and the remuneration provided by the company can be seen through attitudes that influence performance achievement with better work results. In this study, the authors conducted research at PT. Askrida Syariah Insurance Medan Branch. This study's methodology combines a quantitative research approach and an explanatory research approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Askrida Syariah Insurance Medan Branch has as many as 30 employees, and the data needed is personal data and respondents' views (questionnaire) on remuneration variables, work discipline and employee performance. This study didn't find any real connection between employee remuneration and performance, and the significance value was above 0,111 > 0.05. The significance of work discipline on employee performance was clearly demonstrated by a f- test with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. This indicates that both remuneration and work discipline are essential factors for good performance at PT Askrida Syariah Insurance Medan Branch. Around 82% of differences in employee performance can be attributed to differences in the independent variables. The other 18.2% is made up of things that weren't part of this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of local culture-based creative economy in the District of Bebesen, Central Aceh Regency to increase the income of the craftsmen filigree Gayo in the study of Islamic Economics. This study was a field study using qualitative descriptive methods; primary and secondary data sources were used, and data collection procedures included interviews, observations, and documentation. The subjects in this study were owners, artisans and several related village parties. Based on the results of the study showed the role of local culture-based creative economy run by the craftsmen filigree Gayo in the District Bebesen, Central Aceh district greatly assist the craftsmen in meeting their economic needs and can increase revenue compared to before running the business filigree Gayo. In running their business, the craftsmen are also on average have attended training from the government so that the quality and creativity and innovation can continue to grow so that it will have an impact on the level of income. As well as during their business, the craftsmen filigree Gayo has also applied the principles of Islamic Economics such as adl (Justice), Free Will, the principle of responsibility and truth so as not to harm either party. Considering Gayo Filigree is a superior local product in the region, this study was conducted in order to be able to make Gayo filigree into a local product that is known by the wider community and can continue to grow in the future, so as to continue to increase the income of Gayo filigree craftsmen.

Abstract

Udang merupakan salah satu ekspor unggulan Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi ekspor udang ke Jepang. Metode yang digunakan, metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan SPSS analisis regresi linear berganda. Dan untuk data-data yang digunakan, menggunakan data sekunder. Hasil dari penelitian ini, menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, GDP Jepang dan nilai tukar berpengaruh signifikan atau positif terhadap ekspor udang ke Jepang, serta produksi juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ekspor udang Indonesia ke Jepang. Secara simultan, GDP Jepang, nilai tukar, harga dan produksi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap ekspor udang Indonesia ke Jepang. Dalam kajian ekonomi Islam sangat dianjurkan, melakukan transaksi secara adil/efektif dan di tiap negara diharuskan untuk tidak melakukan kecurangan yaitu dengan teknik dumping.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically prove the influence of Work Motivation, Work Stress and Cyberloafing on Employee Performance with Self Control as a moderating variable. The population in this study were employees of the Medan MSME Cooperative Service Office. The independent variables used are employee motivation, work stress and cyberloafing, 1 dependent variable is employee performance and 1 moderating variable is self control. The number of samples used in this study amounted to 40 people using the Simple Random Sampling method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, moderation regression test and hypothesis test. The results showed that work motivation, work stress and cyberloafing have a significant effect on employee performance partially and simultaneously. Meanwhile, Self Control is able to moderate the influence of work motivation, work stress and cyberloafing which have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

TikTok Shop merupakan sebuah fitur dari aplikasi TikTok yang memudahkan para pengguna TikTok untuk berbelanja. TikTok Shop adalah fitur e-commerce yang bisa digunakan untuk menjual dan membeli produk tanpa melibatkan aplikasi lain. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apa saja faktor yang menjadi pertimbangan konsumen dalam membeli produk pada fitur TikTok Shop terkhususnya pelanggan TikTok Shop dikalangan Mahasiswa/i Medan, selain karena trend, fashion, dan harga, serta kualitas produk. Dan bagaimana kepuasan yang dirasakan konsumen dalam membeli produk pada fitur TikTok Shop. Metode penelitan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi dan wawancara secara langsung dilapangan agar mendapatkan jawaban yang akurat dan tidak diterka-terka. Responden penelitian adalah Mahasiswa/i Medan yang menjadi pelanggan TikTok Shop. Dan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Faktor-faktor yang menjadi Pertimbangan dalam Membeli Produk Pada Fitur Tiktok Shop adalah karena Faktor Kredibilitas, Sistem Promosi, Multifungsi, dan Kemudahan. Untuk hasil dari kepuasan konsumen adalah para pelanggan TikTok Shop merasa senang bisa berbelanja di TikTok Shop karena kebutuhan serta keinginannya terpenuhi.

Abstract

Deli Serdang is a district that has natural beauty and cultural diversity that can attract tourists, one of which is the existence of a tourist village. A digital-based tourism village is a village that is managed and developed by utilizing technological developments. This research is qualitative research using interview and observation methods. This study aims to determine the "Development of a Digital-Based Tourism Village in Improving the Economy of the Deli Serdang Community in the Study of Islamic Economics". The results of the study show that in developing a tourist village the local government must cooperate with the community. One of the strategies is through coaching the community and developing it again by making the most of technology, and the government must always pay attention to the village. One example is completing facilities and infrastructure, and maintaining the cleanliness of the environment in tourist villages to support visitor activities so that visitors who come feel comfortable linger in the tourist village area. The concept of tourism in Islam is everything that is entirely framed in Islamic values in every activity and does not conflict with Islamic ethical values.
