Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the value of erosion factors and the level of erosion hazard using the RUSLE method in the Lisun Sub Watershed, Nagari Silokek, Sijunjung Regency. This type of research is quantitative research. The results show that: 1) The erosion factor that most influences the low erosion that occurs in the Lisun Subwatershed is CP where the Lisun Subwatershed still has a very large forest area of 28,886.33 ha (70%) with high forest density so that the amount of erosion can still be controlled.2) The level of erosion hazard in Lisun Sub-watershed includes very light to heavy and consecutive land area in Lisun Sub-watershed from very light 0.247 tons/ha/year (30.65%), light 5.047 tons/ha/year (40.69%) medium 23.007 tons/ha/year (14.33%) and heavy 106.882 tons/ha/year (14.28%) with total erosion of 135.184 tons/ha/year.

Abstract

The research aims : 1) analysis hydraulic model in numeric modeling of flow Bayang watershed, 2) modeling spatial flood of Bayang watershed using HEC-RAS. Type thi research uses quantitative method with spatial approach. The data used for flood discharge is maximum rainfall in 2013-2022. Data were analysis using unsteady flow technique with software HEC-RAS and literature study. 1) The study produces 100 year periode discharge with a peak time of 1.27 hours which produces a period 2 year of 263.98 m3/sec, period 5 of 303.08 m3/sec, period 10 of 328.95 m3/sec, period 25 of 361.70 m3/sec, period 50 of 385.95 m3/sec and period 100 0f 410.07 m3/sec. 2) The model produce 1-D and 2-D models, the 1-D model produc a flood overflow depth of 3.03 to 1.71 meters while the 2-D model produce a flood overflow depth of 3 to 2 meters, villages of Sawah Laweh, Pasar Baru, Talaok, and Koto Barapak.

Abstract

The city of Padang Panjang, with its undulating topography, faces difficulties in utilizing land for settlement as population growth increases. This study aims to analyze the carrying capacity and accommodating capacity of residential land in the city. Descriptive quantitative research methods with data presented through tables and maps, calculations refer to the Ministry of Environment's 2014 carrying capacity guidelines and the Guidelines for Housing and Settlement Area Development and Development Plan (RP3KP). The results showed that in 2022, Padang Panjang City has a Settlement Carrying Capacity (DDPm) value of > 1. Kelurahan Ganting achieved the highest score of 14.4 and Kelurahan Pasar Baru had the lowest score of 1.8. The area of land suitable for settlement is around 672 hectares, can accommodate 264,309 people with a total of 66,077 housing units. Kelurahan Kampung Manggis stands out with a high capacity, able to accommodate around 34,864 people, while Pasar Baru has the lowest capacity, only 503 people.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menganalisis karakteristik lahan di Kecamatan Tanjung Raya. (2) menganalisis kesesuaian lahan sawah untuk budidaya minapadi di Kecamatan Tanjung Raya. (3) mengetahui jenis ikan dan padi yang cocok digunakan dalam pembudidayaan minapadi di Kecamatan Tanjung Raya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deksriptif kuantitatif. Teknik dalam menentukan sampel penelitian menggunakan metode purpossive sampling dari peta satuan lahan Kecamatan Tanjung Raya, dimana terdapat sebanyak 10 titik sampel yang mewakili seluruh lahan. Dari hasil analisis penelitian, karakteristik lahan di Kecamatan Tanjung Raya memiliki 3 jenis tanah (entisols, inceptisols, dan ultisols), kondisi drainase baik, tekstur tanah geluh berpasir dan lempung massif, kedalaman tanah sedang, kemiringan lereng (datar, landai, dan agak curam), dan tingkat curah hujan tinggi. Sementara,parameter kimia, KTK tanah tinggi, pH tanah tinggi, N- total sedang P2O5 (fosfat) sedang dan tinggi, K2O (kalium) sedang. Hasil analisis kesesuaian lahan di Kecamatan Tanjung Raya di dapat sebanyak 3 kesesuaian lahan yaitu S1(sangat sesuai) meliputi titik sampel 1, sampel 2, sampel 4, sampel 9, dan sampel 10. S2 (cukup sesuai) meliputi titik sampel 3 dan sampel 5. Dan S3 (sesuai marginal) meliputi titik sampel 6, sampel 7, dan sampel 8. Hasil jenis ikan yang cocok digunakan dalam budidaya minapadi yaitu jenis ikan nila hitam kelas benih sebar (Oreochromis Niloticus Bleeker) dan varietas padi yang cocok digunakan untuk budidaya minapadi yaitu varietas padi anak daro.

Abstract

The Malalo Sub-watershed, South Batipuh District, Tanah Datar Regency is one area that is often hit by flash floods. The purpose of this study was to assess the vulnerability of flash floods disasters in the Malalo sub-watershed, South Batipuh sub-district. The flash flood disaster vulnerability analysis refers to the parameters of the Head of BNPB Regulation No. 2 of 2012 concerning General Guidelines for Disaster Risk Assessment. The social vulnerability of the flash floods disaster consists of social vulnerability, economic vulnerability, physical vulnerability and environmental vulnerability. The results of the vulnerability analysis are: Social vulnerability consists of population density with low vulnerability, sex ratio with high vulnerability, poverty ratio with low vulnerability, ratio of disabled people with low vulnerability and age group ratio with high vulnerability. Economic vulnerability consists of productive land with a low level of vulnerability and GRDP with a high level of vulnerability. Physical vulnerability consists of the total price of houses with a high level of vulnerability, the total price of public facilities is categorized as high and critical facilities are categorized as high. Environmental vulnerability consists of protected forest area with a high level of vulnerability, production forest with a high level of vulnerability and shrubs with a low level of vulnerability.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the social characteristics of the population around the Ampang Kualo TPA, the prediction of population growth on the increase in the amount of waste and the prediction of the capacity of the Ampang Kualo TPA in 2025. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. This research was conducted in July-August 2021. The sample and population in this study were all 30 people around the Ampang Kualo TPA, using observation and questionnaire data collection methods. The data analysis technique in this study is to use the formula to find predictions for the population, predict the amount of waste and the capacity of the TPA. The results of this study indicate 1) male respondents with an age range of 40-49 years from Solok City dominate. 2). The predicted population of Solok City in 2025 is 660,707 people with a total waste of 24,429Tons. The predicted population of Solok Regency in 2025 is 446,951 people with a total waste of 11,261 tons. 3) The predicted capacity of the Ampang Kualo TPA in 2025 will experience an overload of 179,920 m3 with an embankment height of 1,347 meters from the design generation height.

Abstract

This study aims to 1) analyze the level of landslide susceptibility in District IX Koto, Dharmasraya Regency, 2) to determine the mitigation efforts of landslides in District IX Koto, Dharmasraya Regency. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of field surveys, field documentation and in the form of report data, as well as other supporting maps. The analysis used is an overlay of parameters that have been determined by scores and weights. The parameters used to analyze the landslide hazard are slope, rainfall, soil type and land use. The results showed that the area with a high level of vulnerability with an area of ​​158.24 Ha or 0,41% of the total area of ​​Kecamatan IX Koto, the area with a moderate level of vulnerability with an area of ​​9,604 Ha or 18,9% of the total area of ​​Kecamatan IX Koto and the area with a low level of vulnerability with an area of ​​40,812 Ha or 80,69% of the total area of ​​Kecamatan IX Koto. There are several stages of disaster mitigation efforts, namely by making terracing in order to reduce the level of steepness of the slopes, evacuating residents whose houses were damaged by landslides and the rehabilitation stage clean up the rest of the destroyed buildings and landslide materials.
