Abstract

ABSTRACTS Indonesia become the one of biodiversity center in the world and it is known as the megabiodiversity country. It is as natur wealth which can be useful at recent or in the fiture. The problems of providing food will become the one of main challenge of development, because of population always increase. Actually biodiversity in Indonesia as “Emas hijau” which can be used as alternative to cope the problems of providing food. Althought biodiversity the latest in fact is :1) it is abundant yet we are poor of knowledge 2) it is potensial but it is not discovered and useless 3) it has future chances, yet we abandoned it. Abstract

ABSTRACTField experiment was conducted to know the effect of glyphosate dose and plantspacing on the growth of weeds and to know the effect on the growth and yield of corn(zea mays L.).The factorial experiment conducted in Genengan Jumantono Karanganyar,used randomized completely block design (RCBD) consited of two factors, with threetimes replicated. The first factor was dose of glyphosate which consisted of four level :glyphosate 0 l/ha (G0), glyphosate 4 l/ha (G1), glyphosate 6 l/ha (G2), glyphosate 8 l/ha(G3). The second factor was plant spacing which consisted of three levels : 80 x 20 cm(J1), 80 x 30 cm (J2) , 80 x 40 cm (J3).Result of the experiment showed that application of gkphosate coused shifted inweeds composition, before sprayed Imperata cylindrica was dominated and aftersprayed did not dominate again. Plant spacing did not affect on the weeds and corngrowth, but affected on the yield of corn. Different dose of glyphosate did not affectsignificantly on the yield of corn, but by increasinjg dose of glyphosate was applied moredepressing on weeds, so the yield of corn more increasing.Key words : Glyphosate dose, plant spacing,yield of corn

Abstract

Intisari   Lingkungan hidup adalah sistem yang merupakan kesatuan ruang dengan semua benda, daya, keadaan dan makhluk hidup termasuk manusia dengan pelakunya yang mempengaruhi kelangsungan perikehidupan dan kesejahteraan manusia dan makhluk hidup lainnya. Pembangunan merupakan upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup secara bertahap dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya yang dimiliki negara secara bijaksana sebagai landasan pembangunan tahap berikutnya. Kebijaksanaan pendidikan khususnya di UNISRI memerlukan keterpaduan wawasan yang lebih luas, di samping wawasan kebangsaan, budi pekerti dan atau agama diperlukan wawasan tentang kehidupan, hidup dengan mengetengahkan keterkaitan dan dukungan berbagai faktor untuk memberi makna kehidupan yang lebih baik. Penekanan pada pemahaman tentang kehidupan dan lingkungan hidup memerlukan pendekatan integral yang holistik dengan mengacu pada sistem yang berbeda-beda dari setiap sektor kegiatan manusia.   Kata kunci : Pendidikan lingkungan, mahasiswa dan pelaku pembangunan

Abstract

Penelitian  tentang  “  Kajian  Macam  Pupuk  Kandang  Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Padi Merah ( Oryza Sativa L. ) ” telah dilaksanakan mulai tanggal 17 Oktober 2018 sampai 04 Januari 2019 di Dusun Brongsongan Desa Sidorejo Kecamatan Bendosari Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Ketinggian tempat sekitar 125 mdpl dan jenis tanahnya grumosol. Penelitian ini bertujuan : untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian macam pupuk kandang terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman padi merah. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) menggunakan metode Nested Design. Perlakuan terdiri dari 4 macam faktor perlakuan, yang masing-masing diulang sebanyak 3 blok/ulangan. Adapun faktor tersebut adalah : P0 : Tanpa pemberian pupuk kandang, P1  : Pemberian pupuk kandang sapi, P2  : Pemberian pupuk kandang kambing,  dan  P3   :  Pemberian  pupuk  kandang  ayam.  Pengamatan  dilakukan dengan mengambil 5 tanaman sample pada setiap perlakuan. Data ini dianalisis menggunakan Analisis Ragam, yang dilanjutkan dengan Uji LSD pada taraf 5 %. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) perlakuan macam pupuk kandang tidak berpengaruh nyata pada  pertumbuhan  tinggi  tanaman dan  panjang malai  padi merah, (2) perlakuan pemberian macam pupuk kandang berpengaruh nyata tpada pertumbuhan jumlah anakan padi dan hasil yaitu pada jumlah malai, berat 100 biji, berat kering panen dan berat kering giling tanaman padi merah. Namun dari hasil penelitian tersebut didapat pertumbuhan dan hasil yang terbaik terdapat pada P2 yaitu pemberian pupuk kandang kambing.

Abstract

Intisari   Tiga jenis pupuk kimia utama yaitu Urea, TSP/SP 36 dan KCL setiap saat mengalami kenaikan permintaan guna memenuhi kebutuhan petani untuk meningkatkan produksi pangan. Dari ketiga jenis pupuk tersebut , urea merupakan pupuk yang menjadi pilihan utama petani. Hal ini dikarenakan kandungan N tinggi (46,6%), bersifat non  polar dan mudah larut serta mempunyai daya higroskopis yang lebih rendah dari pupk N –nitrat. Namun demikian penggunaan pupuk urea yang berlebihan juga berpengaruh negatif terhadap lingkungan dan kesehatan manusia antara lain : terjadinya kenaikan nitrat air tanah, kerusakan lapisan ozon dan pemanasan global yang semuanya dapat membahayakan kesehatan manusia. Oleh karena itu diperlukan penelitian dan pengembangan bahan pupuk yang lebih efisien daripada urea, terutama untuk mengurangi kebutuhan pupuk N yang selalu meningkat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pangan yang semakin besar sejalan dengan pertambahan penduduk.   Kata kunci : pupuk urea, keamanan pangan dan kesehatan

Abstract

Increasing soybean production is still experiencing many obstacles. Senting village farmers, Sambi sub-district, Boyolali district, used to grow soybeans with seeds purchased from local village markets of poor quality. Given that the importance of seeds in influencing soybean yields, farmers need to be supported the help of superior seeds. The seeds for farmers' help are intended to show that new varieties of soybeans will produce higher yields. Community service is complemented by training in making soymilk for PKK mothers in the local village. The output of community service in 2019 is expected to be able to show an increase in crop yields and be useful for mothers to generate ideas and be brave in developing soy milk. Students who help this service are expected to learn directly from the community and also on soybean farms.

Abstract

Study the Types and Dosage of Organic Fertilizers of Cassava (Manihot esculenta Crantz). The research  to observe the development of cassava due to the influence  of cassava based on organic fertilizer. This research was conducted from October 2019 to January 2020, in the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Slamet Riyadi University, Surakarta. This study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) method with 1 treatment, namely type and dose of organic fertilizers and obtained 10 combinations treatments and each was repeated 3 times. From the research data, analysis of variance will be carried out nd then the real difference test will be countinued with the real Honestly Significant Difference test at the 5% level. In this observation observed included 8 parameters: shoot height, longest root length, number of roots, number of leaves,fresh weight of planted roots, dry weight of planted roots, fresh weight of planting buds, and dry weight of planting buds. The results showed that (1) effect of kinds and dosages of organic fertilizer the effect very apparent in the parameters of the number of planted leaves, number of planted roots, longest root length, dry weight of planted roots, fresh weight of planted shoots and dry weight of planted shoots. Significantly affected the shoot height parameters. No significant effect is found on  the parameters of the fresh root weight of the crop. (2) The dosage of 1.9 kg / polybag (MD7) fertilizer application gave the best results on the dry weight of shoots, 378 grams.

Abstract

The research on "The inventory of pests in the treatment of dosage manure for white glutinous rice crops (Oryza sativa L glutinosa)" was carried out from November 10th, 2019 until February 27th, 2020 in Donohudan village, Ngemplak District, Boyolali. This research aims to known the kinds of pests that attack white glutinous rice crops (Orzya sativa L glutinosa) as well as the degree of damage to the treatment of dosage manure. The research used a Random Complete Blok Design (RCBD) single factor consisting of 10 kinds treatments and repeated 3 times. The parameters observed are : kind of pests that attacked, the intensity of pest damage, the number of tillers per clump, weight of the dried grain harvest per plot, weight of 1000 grains. The results showed that (1) The types of pests that attack the treatment of manure doses of white glutinous rice plants (Oryza sativa L glutinosa), namely locust pest, stem borer pests, and stinky bugs pest. (2) Treatment of manure goat dose 1.35 kg / plot (K3) is a dose of manure with the lowest level of pest attack on parameters the intensity of locust pest damage, stem borer pests, and stinky bugs pest. (3) The treatment of manure chicken has a significant effect on yields is the number of tillers per clump, the weight of the dried grain harvest per plot, and the weight of 1000 grains.

Abstract

The research about study of the effects of household waste on the growth and yield of sweet sorghum plants (Sorghum bicolor (L). Moench), with aim to know the effects of the use of household waste on the growth and yield of sweet sorghum plants (Sorghum bicolor (L). Moench), had been done from 01 October 2019 to 21 January 2020, in experimental garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Slamet Riyadi Surakarta, in the village of Mojosongo, Banjarsari sub-district, Surakarta with an increase in ± 143 places (masl). The  method of research used a single Completely Random Desaign (CRD) consisting of 10 treatments, each treatment was repeated 3 times. Kind of waste household is tea water waste, coffee water waste and rice washing water waste. Data from the research were analyzed with the BNJ test (Honestly Significant Difference) at a level of 5%. The parameters observed were included height of plant, number of leaves, length of leaves, fresh straw weight of biomass, dry straw weight of biomass, seeds totals per plant, weight dry seeds per plant, weight of 100 dry seeds per plant. The result of the research showed that : (1) the treatment of household waste that is coffee waste with a content of 50% (C1) has a significant effect on the parameters height of plant, number of leaves, length of leaves, seeds totals per plant, and weight of 100 dry seeds per plant. (2) the coffee waste treatment with a content of 50% (C1) yields the highest height of plant is 297,50 cm, the highest number of leaves is 18,83 sheet, the longest length of leaves is 146,50 cm, the highest seeds totals per plant is 3517,33 grain, weight dry seeds per plant is 112,27 gram, and the weight of 100 dry seeds per plant is 3,79 gram. (3) the treatment that  is coffee waste with a content of 50% provides the highest growth and yield in sorghum plants.

Abstract

Penelitian tentang kajian dosis pupuk pelengkap cair Ciunik dan tiga macam volume penyiraman air terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman porang (Amorphophallus muelleri) dilaksanakan tanggal 22 September 2020 sampai 22 Desember 2020 di Jalan Lesanpuro No 8 Kratonan Serengan Surakarta, Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kajian terbaik dari pemberian dosis PPC Ciunik dan tiga macam volume penyiraman air terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman porang. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) yang disusun secara faktorial. Perlakuan terdiri dari 2 faktor. Adapun kedua faktor tersebut adalah : (1) dosis pupuk pelengkap cair Ciunik (C) dengan 4 (empat) taraf yaitu: tanpa dosis PPC Ciunik (C0), dosis PPC Ciunik 4,5 ml (C1), dosis PPC Ciunik 9 ml (C2), dosis PPC Ciunik 18 ml (C3), (2). Volume penyirman air terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu : penyiraman air volume 1 liter (V1), 1,5 liter (V2), volume 2 liter (V3). Dikombinasikan menjadi 12 perlakuan. Data dianalisis menggunakan Analisis Ragam, dilanjutkan Uji BNJ pada taraf 5 %. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perlakuan terbaik pada C2V2 yaitu pemberian PPC Ciunik 9 ml dan penyiraman volume air 1,5liter.
