Abstract

Pengembangan bahan pembelajaran merupakan bagian dari upayamemperbaharui kualitas pembelajaran dan salah satu alternatif untukmeningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa (output). Selain cara belajar,bahan pembelajaran yang baik juga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajarmahasiswa. Antara penerapan model-model pembelajaran denganpengembangan bahan pembelajaran berupa bahan pembelajaransebenarnya mempunyai tujuan yang sama, yaitu untuk mempermudahpenyampaian materi perkuliahan. Perbedaan antara keduannya adalahpenerapan model-model pembelajaran merupakan langkah terorganisiruntuk menyampaikan materi pelajaran secara langsung, sedangkanbahan pembelajaran merupakan sarana untuk mengorganisir materiperkuliahan dan menyampaikannya secara tidak langsung. Denganbahan pembelajaran yang berkualitas dan mudah dimengerti, dapatmenjadikan mahasiswa lebih mudah menyerap materi. Merujuk padakenyataan adanya perubahan setiap ilmu, maka pengembangan suatuproduk ilmu pengetahuan menjadi sebuah pilihan untuk memperbaharuipengetahuan yang tidak sesuai lagi dengan kondisi dan fakta yang ada.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu jenis penelitian eksperimen,dengan model pengembangan desain pembelajaran Dick and Carey.Instrument pengumpulan data menggunakan: observasi, angket, teshasil belajar. Untuk menganalisa data yang terkumpul dilakukan denganmenggunakan analisis persentase dan deskripsi kualitatif. Teknikpersentase digunakan untuk menyajikan data yang merupakan frekuensiatas tanggapan subjek ujicoba terhadap produk desain pembelajaran.Analisis kualitatif deskriptif. Tujuan menganalisis data dalam penelitianini adalah untuk menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan penelitian yangkemudian menarik kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian adalah 1) Implementasi dengan tersedianya bahan ajarmemberikan keuntungan: pertama, bagi mahasiswa antara lain melatihmahasiswa memahami materi manajemen dan supervisi pendidikanyang disajikan dan mengerjakan soal-soal latihan; kedua bagi dosendapat memberikan pelayanan profesional dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran; ketiga bagi lembaga diharapkan dapat memberikankontribusi pada sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran.Terciptanya kondisi pembelajaran menyenangkan dan berpusat padamahasiswa dimana mahasiswa lebih aktif dan antusias dalam mempelajaribahan ajar sehingga keterbacaan bahan ajar semakin meningkat. 2)Semula pembelajaran manajemen dan supervisi pendidikan di jurusanpendidikan IPS Ekonomi yang menggunakan power point, denganadanya pengembangan model dick and carey yang dilakukan penelitimaka terpenuhi kebutuhan bahan ajar manajemen dan supervisipendidikan sesuai dengan karakteristik mahasiswa yang ditinjau darikegiatan pembelajaran, aktivitas mahasiswa, respon mahasiswa dan hasilbelajar mahasiswa

Abstract

The madrasa head is a very important and strategic factor in the framework of improving the quality and progress of the madrasa he leads. It can be seen that to achieve the quality and progress of the madrasa, the head of the madrasa is a role model for the entire madrasa community who have the ability to plan better and more advanced madrasas. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. This research is located at the Baiturrahman Dompu Islamic Elementary School. Data analysis uses display data, data condensation and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that the principal has been able to plan and develop educational resources and the planning carried out by the principal has been able to meet the needs of teachers and students both directly and indirectly.

Abstract

Implementasi pendidikan karakter Islami berbasis kearifan lokal di SMA Negeri 1 Batukliang Utara telah dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah melalui kebijakan Bupati, setiap sekolah di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah termasuk SMA Negeri Batukliang Utara harus melaksanakan nilai-nilai budaya sasak di sekolah. Implementasi pendidikan karakter Islami berbasis kearifan lokal di SMA Negeri 1 Batukliang Utara di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah diwujudkan dengan memberi ciri khas kepada masyarakat mengenai adat sasak seperti, nyongkolan, rumah adat, makanan serta yang berkaitan dengan adat sasak. Sekolah-sekolah di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah implementasi budaya sasak diwujudkan dengan menggunakan baju adat sasak serta ikut di hari-hari tertentu seperti hari kartini, ulang tahun lombok serta hari raya besar lainnya. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah 1). Untuk mengetahui implementasi manajemen pendidikan karakter Islam di SMA Negeri Batukliang Utara Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. 2). Untuk mengetahui bentuk-bentuk kearifan lokal di SMA Negeri Batukliang Utara Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. 3). Untuk mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi dalam implementasi pendidikan karakter Islami berbasis kearifan lokal di SMA Negeri 1 Batukliang Utara di SMA Negeri Batukliang Utara Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Pendekatan dan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik analisis data dari Miles Hubberman yaitu pengumpulan data. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa pedoman wawancara dan obervasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Batukliang Utara. Adapun hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan yaitu: 1) Implementasi pendidikan karakter Islam di SMA Negeri Batukliang Utara menunjukkan kebutuhan yang mendalam untuk membangun nilai religius, tanggungjawab, jujur, toleransi, disiplin, mandiri dan rasa ingin tahu. 2) Bentuk-bentuk kearifan lokal di SMA Negeri Batukliang Utara dalam pendidikan karakter Islam memiliki dampak positif seperti pramuka, nyongkolan, baju adat sasak, tapak suci, pembacaan ikrar bersama, penyembelihan hewan (gorok manuk), jajan tradisional khas sasak serabi, pada pembentukan kepribadian siswa.

Abstract

Carrying out accompaniment by sharing during the month of Ramadan is an activity conducted by the Sharia Economics Student Association of STAI Denpasar Bali as a form of compassion and a Muslim obligation to share blessings with the needy, as well as to serve the community by addressing one of the needs of orphans at the Tunas Bangsa Washliyah orphanage. The orphans at the orphanage require assistance and loving care as a form of attention and motivation in their daily lives. Therefore, STAI Denpasar students implement accompaniment through a strategy of observation, organization, and activities, followed by an evaluation to understand the response of the orphans and stakeholders who participated in meeting their needs. As a result of the accompaniment, the orphans feel motivated by the attention from the surrounding community, fostering a sense of togetherness, a spirit of sharing, and promoting STAI Denpasar Bali's concern for others.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the Principal's Situational Leadership, Organizational Culture and Teacher Performance on the Effectiveness of Cooperation between the Business World and the Industrial World at SMKN throughout Mataram City. This research consists of three variables, namely the Principal's Situational Leadership (X_1), Organizational Culture (X_2), and Teacher Work (X_3) as independent variables Effectiveness of Cooperation between the Business World and the Industrial World is bound (Y). This research uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 245 teachers. Sampling technique using random sampling. Data collection using instruments that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data that has been collected is then tested using prerequisite tests, namely normality, linearity and multicolonierity. The hypothesis tests used in this research are the F test and the T test which were analyzed using SPSS 25.0. The results of this research show that: (1) partially the principal's situational leadership (X_1) influences the effectiveness of cooperation between the business world and the industrial world (Y) as evidenced by the value of multiple linear regression analysis that the sig value is 0.003 (003<0.05), (2) Organizational Culture (X_2) influences the effectiveness of cooperation between the business world and the industrial world (Y), it is proven by the value of multiple linear regression analysis that the sig value. value 0.006 (006<0.05) teacher performance (X_3) has no effect on the effectiveness of cooperation between the business world and the industrial world (Y), proven by the value of multiple linear regression analysis that the sig value. value 0.506 (006>0.05). Meanwhile, simultaneously the principal's situational leadership (X_1), organizational culture (X_2), teacher performance (X_3) have an influence on the effectiveness of cooperation between the business world and the industrial world.

Abstract

Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Lombok Timur (MAN 1 Lotim) telah menunjukkan keunggulan dalam berbagai bidang, khususnya melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan kompetisi sains. Keaktifan siswa dalam ekstrakurikuler, seperti Palang Merah Remaja (PMR), telah membawa prestasi yang membanggakan, termasuk meraih juara ketiga dalam Lomba Pasang Bongkar Tenda (PBT) Lokaparma Pmr Unit Hamzanwadi se-NTB. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengelolaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler KSM dan intrakurikuler di MAN 1 Lombok Timur. Metode yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi dan keabsahan data melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Kompetisi Sains Madrasah (KSM) di MAN 1 Lombok Timur dilakukan melalui perencanaan yang sistematis dan berkesinambungan. Program ini mencakup tahap seleksi awal, pembinaan dan pelatihan intensif, kompetisi internal, partisipasi dalam KSM, evaluasi tindak lanjut, serta pemberian penghargaan dan apresiasi. Kegiatan ekstrakurikuler diterapkan secara aktif, kooperatif, dan kuantum untuk mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi kompetisi akademik. Hal ini menunjukkan komitmen MAN 1 Lombok Timur dalam membangun branding image yang kuat dan berkelanjutan

Abstract

Character education will become a program that will be implemented by all levels of education, where in the 21st century many things will occur, including changes in learning models, and changes in sophisticated technology that will cause changes in the way we communicate. This change is balanced with student character education, it needs to be developed with character values ​​not only in the cognitive domain but also at other levels such as affective and psychomotor. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. This research was conducted at SMKN 1 Praya Central Lombok. Sources of research data are school principals, vice principals, teachers, and students. Data collection techniques from observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out interactively and took place continuously until the collected data was saturated, the activities in data analysis were data collection, data presentation, and concluding/verifying data condensation. There are four criteria to see the validity of research data, namely: Credibility, Transferability, Dependability, and Confirmability. The results of the study show that the implementation of character education has been well implemented in various fields. This can be seen from the results of the implementation of character education at Praya 1 Public High School, which has been able to respond to the needs of students and develop their potential and interests of students.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengeksplorasi gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif kepala sekolah MTs Al-Mahmud Aik Ampat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan teknik studi kasus. Pengambilan data dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kinerja di MTs Al-Mahmud Aik Ampat, bahwa kepemimpinan partisipatif mampu meningkatkan kinerja guru yang meliputi pembuatan rencana pembelajaran dengan baik adanya kegiatan awal, kegiatan inti dan kegiatan akhir. Kreatifitas dan komunikasi yang ditunjukkan oleh kepala sekolah menciptakan susasana lingkungan kerja yang lebih bersemangat. Sikap kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang di gambarkan dari kepribadiannya yang selalu ikut serta dalam setiap keadaan sekolah. Kepala sekolah lebih terlibat dalam mengelola kehadiran guru, merencanakan pembelajaran, mendelagasikan pekerjaanya dan berkomunikasi dengan baik kepada bawahannya. Peningkatan kinerja guru juga di buktikan dengan kemampuan guru dalam penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran, kemampuan melaksanakan pembelajaran, kemampuan menjaga hubungan antar pribadi, kemampuan melaksanakan penilaian hasil belajar, kemampuan pelaksanaan pengayaan, dan kemampuan melaksanakan remedial.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of teacher leadership in enhancing the quality of learning in schools. In an ever-evolving educational context, teacher leadership emerges as a key factor in creating an effective and innovative learning environment. The research employs a case study method with a qualitative approach, involving in-depth interviews with teachers, school principals, and students from several primary and secondary schools. The findings indicate that effective teacher leadership can motivate students, enhance collaboration among peers, and encourage the implementation of more creative teaching methods. Furthermore, support from school management significantly contributes to the success of teacher leadership. These findings are expected to provide insights for the development of educational policies and leadership practices in schools

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of research that addresses themes related to the leadership model of female school principals in improving the quality of education. This research aims to find out: (1) The leadership model of female school principals in improving the quality of education; (2) The implications of the transformational leadership of female school principals in improving the quality of education. This research uses qualitative research where this research focuses on individuals within the agency, namely the female principal at SD Negeri 13 Ampenan. The approach used in this research is a case study approach. . This type of case study research is research that is to be carried out against different backgrounds such as different levels, organizational characteristics, programs, economic backgrounds and socio-cultural backgrounds. Based on research results, SDN 13 Ampenan, Mataram City, is an educational institution that always gets a very good title. Starting from academic and non-academic achievements, in the fields of science, sports, arts and the environment. SDN 13 Ampenan Mataram City is also designed as a superior school, this goal is in accordance with the vision and mission which wants to become a school that has a vision of Smart, Skilled and Devoted Based on Faith, Knowledge and Charity. The leadership model applied by female school principals is a transformational leadership model. With this leadership model, it is hoped that it will be able to improve the quality of education at SDN 13 Ampenan, Mataram City and this can be additional new evidence that general assumptions that are discriminatory against women in matters of leadership in the educational environment seem to need to be dismantled immediately. Apart from that, the transformational leadership of female school principals is able to compete with male principals, so that the leadership of female school principals can show the same leadership results as men. This result can be seen from how a female school principal who has high integrity is able to provide strong motivation to teachers, especially in improving learning. Apart from that, a female school principal is also able to encourage the creativity of all stakeholders to have their own abilities and experiences.
