Abstract Islamic boarding schools as an islamic education institutions which has a big role in the efforts to educate the life of nation, should keep up with the times. Al-Kamal Compacted a Religious Boarding School is a pesantren that has a combination of modern and salaf or called to be integrated. This study uses qualitative approach with the subject is Al-Kamal Compacted a Religious Boarding School in Kunir Village, Wonodadi District, Blitar Regency, the object emphasizes the development of pesantren institutions, curriculum and educational methods. The results of this study indicate that Al-Kamal Integrated Islamic Boarding School has been developing pesantren institutions such as founding Madrasah Diniyah Al-Kamal, Majlis Murottil Qur'an, Ma'had Aly Al-Kamal, Al-Kamal Language Institute, Al-Kamal Library, Computer Laboratory. Watak Pendidikan Islam yang dinamis menjadi satu alasan bahwa pemikiran terhadapnya senantiasa memerlukan terobosan baru. Banyak di antara para pemikir Pendidikan Islam yang berijtihad dalam merumuskan pendidikan yang ideal, termasuk dalam menentukan sistem, kurikulum, metode, pendekatan dan lain sebagainya. Salah satu aliran pendidikan Islam menurut Muhammad Jawwad Ridla adalah Aliran Religius-Konservatif (al diny al muhafidz), dengan tokohnya al-Ghazali. Konsep dasar dalam pendidikan Islam adalah upaya transformasi nilai-nilai yang sesuai dengan ajaran Islam, yakni berdasar pada Al-Qur’an dan As-Sunah termasuk ijtihad dalam pelaksanaanya. Secara umum sistem pendidikan Islam mempunyai karakter religious, maka pendidikan yang benar menurut al-Ghazali adalah pendidikan dijadikan sebagai sarana dalam mendekatkan diri kepada Allah SWT dan pendidikan yang mampu mengantarkan pada kebahagiaan di dunia dan akhirat. Maka kemudian, epistimologi pemikiran pendidikan al-Ghazali adalah berorientasi pada sumber ilmu dan bagaimana cara mendapatkannya, sekaligus penentuan kesesuaian kurikulum dan metode pendidikannya terhadap peserta didik dan perkembangan jaman.

Pandemi covid-19 memberikan dampak pada laju pertumbuhan Negara, salah satunya pada bidang pendidikan. Proses pembelajaran yang seharusnya dilakukan secara tatap muka saat ini dialihkan dengan menggunakan sistem pembelajaran online. Pembelajaran online yang diimplementasikan menimbulkan banyak kendala, seperti kurangnya pemahaman terhadap materi pelajaran dan kurangnya pendampingan orang tua pada saat proses pembelajaran online berlangsung. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengadakan Bimbingan Belajar Ceria di Dusun Jegles Desa Tarokan Kabupaten Kediri. Pengabdian ini dilakukan untuk menumbuhkan motivasi belajar siswa dan membantu permasalahan yang terjadi pada siswa SD/MI dan TK. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah PAR (Participatory Action Research). Hasil kegiatan pengabdian setelah ada pendampingan Bimbingan Belajar Ceria ini yaitu memberikan alternatif solusi dalam pendampingan belajar anak sehingga bisa menyelesaikan permasalahan para orang tua dan guru.

Abstract: The Holy Qur'an is the revelation of Allah SWT which was gradually revealed to the Prophet Muhammad through the intermediary of the angel Jibril who was used as a guide for all mankind. Reading the Holy Qur'an is not only being able to read it, but also having to pay attention to the laws of tajwid, makhorijul letters, and the short length of reading the Holy Qur'an. The purpose of this research was to determine the implementation of the Ummi method of learning and the impact of learning using the Ummi method in an effort to improve the ability to read the Qur'an on the students of Al-Fath Rejomulyo Islamic boarding school of Kediri City. This researcher used descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection techniques by means of in-depth interviews, observations and documentation studies. The data analysis technique of this research is through the stages process of data reduction, data display and verification or conclusion. The results of the research carried out explain that the implementation of learning the Qur’an with the Ummi method has been carried out well, smoothly and an according to expectations. In addition, the reading of the Holy Qur’an of the students has improved very well with 7 stages, starting from the opening stage, apperception, concept planting, concept understanding, skill training and closing and is strengthened by the 10 pillars of the Ummi quality system. Abstrak: Kitab suci Al-Quran merupakan wahyu Allah SWT yang secara berangsur-angsur diturunkan kepada Nabi Muhammad SAW dengan perantara malaikat Jibril yang dijadikan petunjuk bagi seluruh umat manusia. Membaca Al-Quran tidak hanya sekedar bisa membacanya, namun juga harus memperhatikan hukum tajwid, makhorijul huruf, dan panjang pendek bacaan Al-Quran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pelaksanaan pembelajaran metode Ummi dan dampak pembelajaran menggunakan metode Ummi dalam upaya meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Al-Quran pada santri pesantren pelajar Al-Fath Rejomulyo Kota Kediri. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dean teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara mendalam, pengamatan dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini melalui tahapan proses reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi atau pengambilan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menjelaskan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran al-Quran dengan metode Ummi sudah terlaksana dengan baik, lancar dan sesuai harapan. Selain itu, bacaan Al Qur’an para santri mengalami peningkatan yang sangat baik dengan 7 tahapan, mulai dari tahap pembukaan, apersepsi, penanaman konsep, pemahaman konsep, latihan ketrampilan dan penutup serta diperkuat dengan 10 pilar sistem mutu Ummi.

The Covid-19 virus, which has spread in various countries in the world, is one of the causes of the recent economic downturn. Many people have experienced an economic downturn and have even lost their jobs due to company cuts in the number of employees. The Covid-19 virus also has not shown any signs of ending soon and even based on the monitoring of the Covid-19 Task Force, PDP cases are likely to increase. Therefore a strategy is needed to get around the current economic downturn in our country. One of them is by creating business opportunities through innovative productive yards to coincide with the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted in Padangan Village using qualitative methods with data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. By utilizing productive yards adapted to environmental conditions, it will be able to support the community's economy.

This study answers the problems of SD/MI students who lack social character in interacting in their surroundings. This study tries to explain about the efforts of social studies teachers as educators in the formation of social character in SD/MI students. Social character education is an education that is urgent in shaping the child's personality to become a socially good human being with a series of situations. The method / approach used in this paper is the library research approach, while data collection is carried out by examining and exploring a number of journals, documents and books (both electronic and printed) and sources of data and or information. others that are considered relevant to the study. The findings obtained in this study that teachers 'efforts in developing students' social character include exemplary, inculcation or enforcement of discipline, habituation and creating a conducive atmosphere. The teacher also plays the role of instructor in the form of planning and implementing classroom learning. The teacher's role as a motivator and inspiration is manifested in the form of support, example, creativity, appearance, association, ways of communication and social care in the surrounding environment. The teacher's role as a trainer is realized in the form of building character awareness and character education activities in social interaction.

This article describes and analyzes the significance of social capital for the growth and development of the Integrated Islamic Boarding School Al Kamal in Blitar, East Java. It is the result of qualitative research aimed at illustrating, revealing, and explaining the importance of social capital for the Integrated Islamic Boarding School Al Kamal in Blitar, East Java. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, following John W. Creswell's qualitative research procedures. The data analysis technique used was interactive analysis, following the procedures of Matthew B. Miles, A.M. Huberman, and Saldana. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the presence of pesantren (Islamic boarding schools) is closely related to the role of social capital. Besides serving as educational and religious institutions, pesantren also play a crucial role as social institutions within the community. Social capital has become a vehicle for their growth and development. This trend is evident in the Integrated Islamic Boarding School Al Kamal in Blitar, East Java, where its growth and development are intricately connected to the social capital it has built and possesses. The types of social capital developed by the pesantren include bonding social capital, bridging social capital, and linking social capital.

This study aims to investigate the role of Ma'had al-Jāmi'ah in achieving the vision of UIN Sayyid Ali Rahamtullah Tulungagung and to determine the implementation of the synthesis between Islamic boarding school education and Islamic university in the education system. This research employed a qualitative approach. The setting was at Ma'had al-Jāmi'ah Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung. The methods for collecting data were interviews, observation, and documentation. Data were validated by data triangulation. Meanwhile, the data analysis used an interactive model employing collection, reduction, display, and verification. The results of the study show that (1) Ma'had al-Jāmi'ah takes a strategic role in achieving the vision of UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung through cultural education as a support for academic education, namely Islamic boarding school education, (2) the implementation of the synthesis of Islamic boarding school and Islamic University at Ma’had al-Jāmi’ah of UIN Tulungagung according to Parsons cannot be separated from four functions – Adaptation, Goal Attainment, Integration, and Latency as requirements in its sustainability. The theoretical contribution that is built is that the existence of Ma’had al-Jāmi’ah can run and develop on top of the system that is formed.

ABSTRACT Service capability plays an important role for the sustainability of a company in increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty. The main priority of a company engaged in banking services is customer satisfaction. In winning the increasingly competitive competition, the Bank strives to provide the best service (service excellent). This study aims to determine the importance of retaining customers and reaching potential customers. In addition, to find out how to maintain and improve the quality and loyalty of its customers. The research uses a library research method in which data is collected based on academic data bases, digital libraries, and repositories of educational institutions. Some references are obtained from books, scientific journals, articles and research reports relevant to customer service quality research in improving customer quality and loyalty. The result is that customer service quality has a crucial role in shaping customer perceptions of financial institutions. Quality of service is very concerned about satisfaction and loyalty to maintain a positive brand image or image in the eyes of the community. The effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty can show that customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Increasing service quality has an impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty is also increasing. Conversely, if the quality of Customer Service service decreases, it will have an impact on worsening customer satisfaction and loyalty.
