Abstract

Abstracts - This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTAM) during the 2020–2024 period using the Index Time Series (ITS) method. The analysis focuses on liquidity, solvency, and profitability ratios based on the company’s annual financial statements. The results indicate significant fluctuations in net income, total assets, and other financial components. These changes were influenced by internal factors, such as operational strategies and cost efficiency, as well as external factors, including the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and a corruption case that temporarily affected the company. Overall, the solvency ratio showed an increasing trend, reflecting the company’s improved ability to meet long-term obligations. In contrast, profitability ratios tended to decline in the later years, signaling pressure on the company’s ability to generate consistent profits. This study provides a comprehensive overview of ANTAM’s financial performance dynamics over the past five years. The findings are expected to serve as a reference for management in formulating more effective strategic policies and as a useful consideration for investors in making informed investment decisions.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, baik yang bersifat internal maupun eksternal. Dua aspek yang sering menjadi perhatian utama dalam hal ini adalah motivasi dan stres kerja. Kinerja merupakan elemen krusial dalam keberlangsungan dan pencapaian tujuan suatu organisasi atau perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Surya Indah Baja Tangerang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif menggunakan pendekatan asosiatif, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 37 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode total sampling, di mana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, diketahui bahwa motivasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sementara stres kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Namun, secara simultan, motivasi dan stres kerja bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi berkontribusi besar dalam mendorong peningkatan kinerja karyawan dibandingkan dengan stres kerja.

Abstract

Terdapat permasalahan terkait kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT. Surya Indah Baja Tangerang, khususnya pada aspek disiplin kerja dan kompensasi. Beberapa karyawan masih sering mengalami keterlambatan maupun ketidakhadiran, sementara kompensasi yang diberikan perusahaan dinilai belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan beban kerja. Kondisi ini dapat menurunkan motivasi, semangat kerja, serta kepuasan karyawan yang pada akhirnya berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas perusahaan. Penelitian mengenai kepuasan kerja penting dilakukan agar perusahaan dapat memahami faktor yang benar-benar memengaruhi kondisi tersebut dan menemukan solusi yang tepat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, serta pengaruh disiplin kerja dan kompensasi secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik sensus pada 37 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan diolah menggunakan program SPSS 21 dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji f, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, sedangkan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Secara simultan, kedua variabel berpengaruh signifikan, sedangkan sisanya  dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini.

Abstract

This research study aims to investigate the impact of brand and trust on the online consumer buying interest. With the increasing number of online shopping platforms, it is essential to understand the factors that drive consumers' purchasing decisions. The study will be conducted using a quantitative research approach, and data will be collected through a survey. The sample will consist of online shoppers who have made purchases in the last six months. The study will explore the relationship between brand and trust and their effect on online consumer buying interest. The study will also investigate the mediating effect of trust on the relationship between brand and online consumer buying interest. The study will use a regression analysis to analyze the data. The findings of this research will have implications for marketers and businesses looking to improve their online sales. The study will provide insight into the importance of building a strong brand and fostering consumer trust in driving online purchasing decisions. This research will contribute to the existing literature on online consumer behavior and provide a better understanding of the factors that influence online buying interest.

Abstract

PT Pertamina (Persero) is one of the largest state-owned enterprises (BUMN) in Indonesia and plays an important role in supporting national energy security. The aim of this study is to determine the influence of the reward system and work environment on employee performance at PT Pertamina (Persero) in Central Jakarta. A quantitative method with a statistical approach was used. A sample of 100 permanent employees was selected using purposive sampling based on the following criteria: age between 22 and 55 years, minimum education level of high school or equivalent, and minimum work period of one year. The independent variables in this study are the reward system and the work environment, and the dependent variable is employee performance. The results showed that the reward system has a positive and significant partial effect on employee performance, with a calculated t-value greater than the t-table value (2.988 > 1.984) and a significance level of 0.004 < 0.05. The work environment also positively and significantly affects employee performance, with a calculated t-value greater than the critical value (5.291 > 1.984) and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Additionally, both independent variables had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a calculated F-value of 73.801 > F-table of 3.090 and a sig-level of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study examines ethical leadership as a strategic imperative in contemporary organizations, particularly within environments shaped by digital transformation and artificial intelligence (AI). While AI-driven systems offer significant advantages in efficiency and decision-making, organizations continue to face ethical challenges related to accountability, transparency, bias, and governance. The main problem addressed in this study is the limited integration of ethical leadership frameworks into strategic management and AI governance, where ethics is often treated as a peripheral value rather than a strategic capability. Accordingly, this study aims to reposition ethical leadership as a core strategic driver that guides organizational decision-making and responsible technology adoption. Using a qualitative analytical approach, this research synthesizes peer-reviewed literature on ethical leadership, strategic management, and AI governance through thematic and comparative analysis. The method focuses on identifying strategic patterns, governance mechanisms, and leadership roles that link ethical principles with long-term organizational objectives. The findings indicate that ethical leadership functions as a foundational strategic capability by aligning organizational values with strategic actions, strengthening governance structures, and enhancing stakeholder trust in AI-enabled decision systems. Ethical leadership is shown to play a critical role in mediating ethical risks associated with AI, such as opacity and accountability gaps, while supporting responsible innovation and organizational legitimacy. The synthesis of findings demonstrates that ethical leadership extends beyond individual moral behavior and operates at the strategic level through institutionalized policies, governance frameworks, and strategic planning processes.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of halal labels on purchasing decisions with brand image as an intervening variable on Solaria restaurant consumers in Jakarta. This quantitative study was conducted using a questionnaire, the questionnaire as a research instrument using a Likert scale. Determination of the research sample using purposive sampling, with the criteria of Solaria restaurant consumers in the last year located in Jakarta and willing to fill out the questionnaire given by the researcher. From the distribution of data, 80 questionnaires were collected which were suitable for further processing. The collected data is processed using SmartPLS software. The results showed that the halal label and brand image had a significant effect on purchasing decisions, brand image brand image was a significant mediating variable between the influence of halal labels on purchasing decisions

Abstract

UMKM Prima Global Mart masih banyak menghadapi masalah termasuk penggunaan teknologi digital yang masih rendah. Serta kurang pengetahuan dalam memanfaatkan branding usaha dalam memperkenalkan produk ke konsumen. para pelaku UMKM masih berfokus pada perdagangan produk tetapi masih belum menerapkan branding produk yang baik. ketidaktahuan dan minim pengetahuan , ego dan percaya diri yang berlebih serta sifat tertutup para pelaku atas ide baru dan merasa cepat puas dengan cara berdagang yang telah dijalankan.Serta masih kurang familiar dengan penggunaan pemasaran secara digital dengan memanfaatkan media sosial dalam mendukung perluasan dan jangkauan pasar atas produk yang dihasilkan. Untuk itu sebagai dosen dengan melibatkan mahasiswa membantu dengan meberikan solusi dengan mengadakan pengabdian masyarakat dengan sosialisasi dan pelatihan stretegi branding produk UMKM dalam menunjang kemantapan usaha dan menjangkau pasar yang makin luas, metide pelaksanaan dilaksankan secara off line yang dihadiri oleh pelaku usaha UMKM 19 orang. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat diperoleh bahwa peserta pelaku usaha UMKM merasa puas dengan materi yang disampaikan serta meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya menggunakan branding produk sebagai ujung tombak atas produk yang dihasilkan serta dengan pelatihan pembuatan branding produk dengan canva dengan mempraktekkan secara langsung telah meningkatkan kemampuan untuk membuat branding produk yang menarik sesuai dengan keiinginan sehingga mampu menciptakan loyalitas konsumen terhadap produk yang dihasilkan..
