Abstract

The community service activities carried out in 2023 provide positive and useful value. This activity aims to provide assistance in the field of digital marketing to the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) community in Banjar Tiyingan, Pelaga Village. This aims to help MSMEs increase their online presence by creating online shops on the Shopee and Tokopedia marketplaces. Implementation time for MSME coaching will be carried out on February 8 2023 at the village office. The implementation duration of one week provides enough time for participants to learn and apply the skills they learn. Materials taught: Participants are given material regarding product photography techniques, product videos, creating business logos, as well as opening and managing online stores on Shopee and Tokopedia. This is a very relevant skill in online marketing. Participants: There were 30 participants who took part in this activity. They are business actors who already have micro and medium scale businesses. This shows that this activity is focused on communities that may need help in developing their online presence. The attendance rate of participants reached 90%, which shows a good level of participation in this activity. This indicates that participants have high interest and enthusiasm in learning digital marketing skills. Apart from direct meetings, participants can also study material offline or online from recordings that have been made. This provides flexibility for participants to study according to their own schedule.

Abstract

Cepaka Village is one of the villages located in the Kediri sub-district, Tabanan Regency. The area has a wide expanse of rice fields and people who are still full of agriculture. The dominant community working in the agricultural and tourism sectors is a village that has the potential to be developed into a tourist village supported by the creative economy. In Community Service Activities in Cepaka Village, Kediri, Tabanan The targets to be achieved are the formation of a Tourism Awareness group as a driver and manager of a tourist village by the local community; Village potentials that have uniqueness and beauty and community creativity can be prepared and packaged as tourist attractions in the development of tourist villages in Cepaka village; The creation of village environmental conditions according to the requirements of a tourist village, namely Sapta Pesona (safe, clean, orderly, beautiful, cool, friendly, and memorable). The method of implementing the PKM program, namely conducting socialization, debriefing and assistance to the Cepaka village community who have awareness of tourism activities. The results achieved in the PKM program are guiding in designing a proposal for the formation of a Tourism Awareness Group submitted by the community with an introduction from the Prebekel to be submitted to the Tabanan Regency Tourism Office. The proposal section consists of the background of developing a tourist village, the potentials to be developed as a tourist village, Vision, Mission and objectives of developing the village as a tourist village. The community is aware of its role and responsibility as a good host for guests or tourists who visit to create a conducive environment and atmosphere as stated in the slogan Sapta Pesona..

Abstract

The autonomy policy is the focus of the central and regional governments, the autonomy policy is basically the delegation of rights, authorities, and obligations to the regions in order to be able to regulate and manage their own government affairs for the benefit of the community. Along with the development of the autonomy policy, the government feels that it is time for the village to implement autonomy to accelerate village economic growth. Duda Timur Village is one of the villages in the Karangasem Strait District, Bali which is currently developing the potential of a tourist village. The development of village tourism is also supported by the existence of creative industries in Duda Timur Village. So that through the synergy of Pokdarwis and BUMDes, it is hoped that this can be the right step that can accelerate the growth of the village economy and can accelerate government programs related to autonomy.
