Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the marketing strategy that must be carried out by Seafood Lagoon Restaurant to increase sales. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative through SWOT analysis techniques consisting of IFAS, EFAS, IFE, EFE and IE. Data collection procedures carried out include interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The sample used in this study was a purposive sampling technique which consisted of 10 respondents consisting of 1) Manager, 2) Sales & Marketing, 3) HRD, 4) Supervisor, 5) Seafood Lagoon Restaurant customers. The results of this study conclude that the scores of IFAS and EFAS are 2.52 and 2.64 in column V, which is the level of growth / stability where the most appropriate strategy applied to increase sales at the Seafood Lagoon Restaurant are market penetration and product development strategies. This research shows that the resulting strategy is very appropriate to solve the problem. This research has implications for the progress of Seafood Lagoon Restaurant in increasing sales

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of consumer satisfaction (Y) at the Destar Asli Bali Store. This study aims to analyze and prove the effect of service quality (X1), price (X2), and promotion (X3) on consumer satisfaction (Y) at Destar Asli Bali Store. This study uses quantitative methods. The sample technique used is purposive sampling technique. The number of respondents used is 100 consumers. Multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software version 24. The regression equation obtained: Y = 6.392 + 0.232X1 + 0.219X2 + 0.121X3. The results of this study indicate that: First, service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction (Y) at the Destar Asli Bali Store. Second, the price has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction (Y) at the Destar Asli Bali Shop. Third, promotion has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction (Y) at the fourth Destar Asli Bali Store, the data used proves service quality (X1), price (X2), and promotion (X3), which together have a positive and significant effect on satisfaction. consumer (Y) at the Destar Asli Bali Store. Fifth, the magnitude of the influence contributed by the quality of service, price, and promotion on consumer satisfaction (Y) at Destar Asli Bali Store is 18.4%.

Abstract

The community service activities carried out in 2023 provide positive and useful value. This activity aims to provide assistance in the field of digital marketing to the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) community in Banjar Tiyingan, Pelaga Village. This aims to help MSMEs increase their online presence by creating online shops on the Shopee and Tokopedia marketplaces. Implementation time for MSME coaching will be carried out on February 8 2023 at the village office. The implementation duration of one week provides enough time for participants to learn and apply the skills they learn. Materials taught: Participants are given material regarding product photography techniques, product videos, creating business logos, as well as opening and managing online stores on Shopee and Tokopedia. This is a very relevant skill in online marketing. Participants: There were 30 participants who took part in this activity. They are business actors who already have micro and medium scale businesses. This shows that this activity is focused on communities that may need help in developing their online presence. The attendance rate of participants reached 90%, which shows a good level of participation in this activity. This indicates that participants have high interest and enthusiasm in learning digital marketing skills. Apart from direct meetings, participants can also study material offline or online from recordings that have been made. This provides flexibility for participants to study according to their own schedule.

Abstract

The automotive industry is currently undergoing intense global competition. The Yamaha Company is a business that produces two-wheeled vehicles. The newest scooter motorcycle from Yamaha, the N-MAX, features a number of cutting-edge features, including VVA (Variable Velves Actuation). This study aimed to determine which independent variables had the most significant impact on Mengwi Badung District residents' decisions to purchase Yamaha N-MAX motorcycles by examining the relationship between product quality and price and purchasing decisions. Purposive sampling was used, and the sample size was 85 respondents. Techniques for gathering data that include observational methods, documentation, and surveys. Multiple linear regression analysis is the data analysis technique used. The results of the research's testing of the research hypotheses reveal that the price and product quality variables both have positive and significant effects on the Mengwi Badung District's decision to buy Yamaha N-MAX motorcycles.

Abstract

In an effort to win business competition, companies must have the right marketing strategy for their products. This study aims to analyze the Effect of Product Quality and Price on Purchasing Decisions at Juice Time Dalung, Badung. Data collection techniques by conducting surveys and interviews. Sampling using the purposive sampling method, namely consumers who have purchased Juice Time products with an age range of 15-45 years and a large sample of 90 respondents. The variables used are product quality variables (X1) and price variables (X2), as well as purchase decision variables (Y). The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis, namely t test and f test with the help of SPSS version 24 for windows. Based on the results of the study, the regression equation Y = -0.508 + 0.484X1 + 0.030X2 was obtained. The hypothetical decision obtained states that partially the product quality variable has a significant effect on the purchase decision, the price variable does not have a significant influence on the purchase decision. However, simultaneously these two variables have a significant influence on the purchase decision of Juice Time Dalung, Badung products. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Product Quality, Service Quality, and Warung Atmosphere on Purchasing Decisions at Warung Uma Manis Penebel Tabanan. Data collection techniques by conducting surveys and documentation. Sampling using the purposive sampling method, namely consumers who have shopped at least 2 times at Warung Uma Manis Penebel Tabanan with an age range of 17-70 years and a sample of 100 respondents. The variables used are product quality variables (X1) and service quality (X2), and store atmosphere (X3) and purchase decision variables (Y). The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis, namely the t test with the help of SPSS version 24 for windows. Based on the results of the study, the regression equation obtained Y = 8.571 + 0.136 X1 + 0.151X2 + 0.338X3. A hypothetical decision was obtained stating that partially the variables of product quality, service quality, and stall atmosphere had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Warung Uma Manis Penebel Tabanan. Abstract

Cepaka Village is one of the villages located in the Kediri sub-district, Tabanan Regency. The area has a wide expanse of rice fields and people who are still full of agriculture. The dominant community working in the agricultural and tourism sectors is a village that has the potential to be developed into a tourist village supported by the creative economy. In Community Service Activities in Cepaka Village, Kediri, Tabanan The targets to be achieved are the formation of a Tourism Awareness group as a driver and manager of a tourist village by the local community; Village potentials that have uniqueness and beauty and community creativity can be prepared and packaged as tourist attractions in the development of tourist villages in Cepaka village; The creation of village environmental conditions according to the requirements of a tourist village, namely Sapta Pesona (safe, clean, orderly, beautiful, cool, friendly, and memorable). The method of implementing the PKM program, namely conducting socialization, debriefing and assistance to the Cepaka village community who have awareness of tourism activities. The results achieved in the PKM program are guiding in designing a proposal for the formation of a Tourism Awareness Group submitted by the community with an introduction from the Prebekel to be submitted to the Tabanan Regency Tourism Office. The proposal section consists of the background of developing a tourist village, the potentials to be developed as a tourist village, Vision, Mission and objectives of developing the village as a tourist village. The community is aware of its role and responsibility as a good host for guests or tourists who visit to create a conducive environment and atmosphere as stated in the slogan Sapta Pesona..

Abstract

The autonomy policy is the focus of the central and regional governments, the autonomy policy is basically the delegation of rights, authorities, and obligations to the regions in order to be able to regulate and manage their own government affairs for the benefit of the community. Along with the development of the autonomy policy, the government feels that it is time for the village to implement autonomy to accelerate village economic growth. Duda Timur Village is one of the villages in the Karangasem Strait District, Bali which is currently developing the potential of a tourist village. The development of village tourism is also supported by the existence of creative industries in Duda Timur Village. So that through the synergy of Pokdarwis and BUMDes, it is hoped that this can be the right step that can accelerate the growth of the village economy and can accelerate government programs related to autonomy.

Abstract

Desa Wisata Bunut Bolong Manggissari pasca Covid 19 mengalami kesulitan dalam memperbaiki ikon destinasinya yang sangat instagramable akibat keterbatasan anggaran dan sumber daya. Kondisi ini menyebabkan daya tarik wisata menurun, sehingga jumlah kunjungan wisatawan tidak kunjung meningkat. Fasilitas yang mulai usang dan kurangnya promosi memperparah stagnasi perkembangan destinasi ini. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya revitalisasi untuk mengembalikan daya saing dan meningkatkan minat wisatawan berkunjung. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah melakukan revitalisasi terhadap destinasi wisata Bunut Bolong yang stagnan dan menurun performansinya. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini mencakup dua bidang yakni revitalisasi sarana dan prasarana yang sudah usang hingga membuatkan paket promosi digital dan pengembangan sumber daya wisata melalui kegiatan pelatihan hygiene dan sanitasi, pelatihan guide dan conversation serta pelatihan K3 pada destinasi wisata. Hasil kegiatan ini sangat positif dan mampu mengubah performansi Desa Wisata Bunut Bolong serta mengedukasi masyarakat pelaku pariwisata setempat dalam memberikan layanan yang standar bagi wisatawan. Upaya tim Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) Universitas Triatma Mulya (Untrim) yang didanai DIKTI tahun 2024 membuahkan hasil yang optimal. Masyarakat kembali bisa berjualan di sepanjang Bunut Bolong karena semakin banyak wisatawan yang datang dan ber-swa foto pada icon-icon yang sudah diperbaharui. Kepala Desa Manggissari dan Ketua Pokdarwis bersyukur atas kehadiran UNTRIM dan berharap kegiatan ini dapat dilaksanakan secara berkesinambungan. Revitalisasi yang dilakukan secara bertahap dari Agustus hingga Desember 2024 berdampak positif bagi masyarakat, lingkungan dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi lokal.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan dari Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah memberi solusi atas masalah yang terjadi pada Desa Pekraman Pemanis, Biaung, Kecamatan Penebel, Kabupaten Tabanan. Sasaran dalam program PKM adalah masyarakat yang belum produktif secara ekonomi, namun memiliki potensi pada alam dan warisan budaya yang dapat meningkatkan perekonomian desa setempat melalui pengembangan Desa Wisata Budaya. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan menggunakan metode sosialisasi, pelatihan, pembekalan, kewirausahaan kepada masyarakat agar memahami bisnis, pembekalan manajemen perjalanan wisata agar memahami pengelolaan wisata, mengelola keuangan dan menjaga keberlangsungan usaha wisata pada daerah mereka. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini mengajak 4 (empat) narasumber sebagai pemateri pembekalan dan pelatihan kepada sebanyak 20 peserta masyarakat desa dan 5 orang dari prajuru Adat. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam pengabdian masyarakat adalah: masyarakat memahami tentang konsep Desa wisata yang berbasis budaya, Masyarakat mempersiapkan pembentukan Kelompok Sadar Wisata yang dikeluarkan Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Tabanan, mulai menggali dan menata potensi-potensi yang dapat dijadikan daya tarik wisata budaya di Desa Adat Pekraman pemanis khususnya dan Desa Biaung secara keseluruhan, dan melalui Pengembangan Desa Wisata Budaya, masyarakat dapat bertindak kearah pengembangan usaha kreatif.Kata kunci: potensi desa wisata budaya, masyarakat desaABSTRACTThe aim of the Community Partnership Program (PKM) is to provide solutions of current problems in the Village of Pekraman Pemanis, Biaung, Penebel District, Tabanan Regency. The targets in the PKM program are communities that are unproductive economically, yet it has potential in nature and cultural heritage that can improve the local village economy through the development of a Cultural Tourism Village. The implementation method of the activities are using the methods of socialization, training, briefing, entrepreneurship counseling to the community to understand a business, counseling on travel management in order to understand tourism management, manage finances and maintain the sustainability of tourism businesses in their areas. The implementation of this activity invites for speakers as well as trainers to train 20 village community participants and five villages elder. The results obtained in community service are: the community understands the concept of a cultural-based tourism village, the community prepares for the establishment of a Tourism Awareness Group released by the Tabanan Regency Tourism Office, begin to explore and organize the potentials that can be used as an attraction for cultural tourism specifically in the Desa Adat Pekraman Pemanis and the village of Biaung in general, and Through the Development of Cultural Tourism Villages, the community can act towards the development of creative ventures.Key words: village potential cultural tourism, village communities
