Abstract

ABSTRAK Program pengembangan e-learning telah menjadi upaya yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru. Dalam era digital saat ini, e-learning telah membuka peluang baru untuk pendidikan dan pengembangan profesionalisme para guru. Program ini bertujuan untuk memperluas aksesibilitas pembelajaran, meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran, dan memberikan kesempatan bagi guru untuk mengembangkan keterampilan baru di SD Al Azhar 2 Batam. Penggunaan e-learning memungkinkan guru untuk mengakses materi pembelajaran secara fleksibel dan mandiri. Melalui platform e-learning, guru dapat mengikuti kursus online, menghadiri seminar virtual, dan berpartisipasi dalam diskusi dengan rekan sejawat dari berbagai belahan dunia. Hal ini membuka peluang untuk berbagi pengalaman, mendapatkan pembaruan terkini tentang metode pengajaran yang efektif, dan memperoleh wawasan baru dalam dunia pendidikan. Adapun e-learning yang diajarkan pada pengabdian ini yaitu edlink, google classroom, Edmodo, serta aplikasi video conference pembelajaran berupa zoom dan google meet. Melalui implementasi program pengembangan e-learning pada Pengabdian Masyarakat ini menghasilkan peningkatan kompetensi profesional guru khususnya dalam bidang teknologi. Guru akan memiliki akses yang lebih luas yaitu memperluas jejaring profesional melalui platform e-learning yang dapat terhubung dengan rekan sejawat dan memperoleh pembaruan informasi terkini dalam bidang pendidikan. Kata Kunci: e-learning, kompetensi profesional guru, pengabdian masyarakat ABSTRACT The e-learning development program has been an effective effort to improve teacher professional competence. In today's digital era, e-learning has opened up new opportunities for education and the professional development of teachers. This program aims to expand the accessibility of learning, improve teaching quality, and provide opportunities for teachers to develop new skills at SD Al Azhar 2 Batam. The use of e-learning allows teachers to access learning materials flexibly and independently. Through the e-learning platform, teachers can take online courses, attend virtual seminars, and participate in discussions with colleagues from around the world. This opens up opportunities to share experiences, get the latest updates on effective teaching methods, and gain new insights into the world of education. The e-learning taught in this service is edlink, google classroom, Edmodo, as well as learning video conference applications in the form of zoom and google meet. Through the implementation of the e-learning development program in community service that we carry out, it is hoped that the professional competence of teachers can be significantly improved. Teachers will have access to a wider range of learning resources, upgrade technology capabilities, and stay up to date with the latest in education. In addition, by expanding professional networks through e-learning platforms, teachers can connect with colleagues and collaborate in improving teaching quality. Abstract

Provinsi Kepulauan Riau merupakan daerah yang terkena dampak penyebaran virus corona khususnya Batam dari 12 kecamatan yang ada di Batam, kasus positif Corona sudah menyebar di 7 kecamatan, itupun Wali Kota Batam meminta bantuan seluruh masyarakat untuk memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat, untuk mendukung kebijakan pemerintah kota Batam kami mengadakan pelatihan bagi siswa SMK N 3 kota Batam dengan sistem pembelajaran online atau online. Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi, terkadang membuat SMK cepat tertinggal dalam hal penguasaan teknologi jika guru pengajarnya tidak mengupdate kemampuannya. Salah satu teknologi yang banyak diterapkan di industri adalah teknologi Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA). Oleh karena itu, pengabdian ini dimaksudkan untuk berbagi pengetahuan tentang teknologi SCADA bagi siswa SMK Negeri 3 Batam, SMK N 3 Batam memiliki beberapa jurusan. Salah satu jurusan Teknik Elektronika Industri, jumlah mahasiswa yang masuk bidang keahlian ini sebanyak 30 mahasiswa kelas XI. Siswa di kelas ini adalah siswa yang dipersiapkan untuk terjun langsung ke dunia industri setelah lulus, namun hanya 28 siswa yang mengikuti pelatihan. Masalah yang dihadapi selama proses kegiatan adalah jaringan yang kurang stabil sehingga menyebabkan beberapa kali koneksi internet terputus dan membuat penyampaian materi menjadi tidak jelas.

Abstract

Peningkatan penggunaan komputer tidak hanya dapat untuk mengolah data tetapi juga dapat diterapkan dalam mengendalikan berbagai alat, salah satunya adalah mendeteksi kelayakan air minum menggunakan mikrokontroler AT89S51. Dalam hal ini mikrokontroler digunakan untuk mengontrol PH meter dan sensor LCD. Setelah melalui beberapa pengujian, diperoleh performansi alat dengan karakteristik yang diharapkan, antara lain akurasi pembacaan sensor, akurasi kontrol LCD, dan otomatisasi hubungan antar sistem. Selanjutnya melalui bentuk simulasi yang telah dicapai, diharapkan alat ini dapat diterapkan pada sistem yang lebih nyata dengan berbagai penyesuaian dan peningkatan kinerja.

Abstract

Industrial globalization, which is now characterized by 4.0, forces people to keep up with its rapid pace, therefore organizational studies must also align equipment in the form of mobile, marketing facilities, and no less importantly it needs to be operationalized so that elements are fulfilled and utilized through potential and professionalism in each work effectiveness that has been structured. The data used is qualitative. In each study, references and literacy explorations are appropriate for the object of study. its nature is to analyze and even try to synthesize findings, in the form of data, with the methods used through reduction and cross-checking of data, which have relevance. Then present the data, and conclude and check the results of the research continues in the research process. The findings in this research library include: 1) Organization is the work of each unit that shares common goals with a leader who is responsible for embodying the process and goals of the organization as a whole. 2) Organizational engineering is constructive renewal or innovation, which adapts to market and customer (society) demands in aligning the challenges of the globalization era so that organizational programs become effective and efficient. 3) The era of globalization 4.0 demands proficiency in the use and use of technology. Completion of various tasks, and increasing the competence of employees or subordinates, to make it easier for leaders to evaluate and reduce each work result. Therefore the development of the skills and competencies of people in the organization is a necessity. It is no exception in educational organizations, all education administrators must adapt to technological advances, as well as teachers who play a very important role as agents of transformation to strengthen human resources following the demands of the era of industrial globalization era 4.0. 4) The era of globalization 4.0 is the advancement of technological media so that job demands are fast and easy, minimizing time, and reducing effort. In implementing the 4.0 industrial revolution era, both from human capital, structural capital and collaborative capital with social connections, so that input, output and outcomes can be aligned.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to introduce body repair tools and provide basic training on car body repair techniques to Automotive Engineering students at SMK Al Jabar Batam. The program is designed to meet the needs of the automotive industry, which increasingly requires practical skills in car body repair. The training covers the basic theory of various body repair tools used in the industry, as well as the basic techniques applied in car body repair, which includes the process of painting, shaping, and finishing the car body. The methodology used in this training includes theoretical sessions that review the tools used in body repair and safe working procedures. Furthermore, hands-on practical sessions were given to allow students to practice the skills they have learned. This activity was conducted in stages, starting with the introduction of tools and ending with car body repair techniques that comply with automotive industry standards. The use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is also taught to ensure students' safety during the training process. The expected outcome of this training is the improvement of students' practical skills in using body repair tools and their ability to repair car bodies. With these skills, students are expected to be ready to enter the workforce and have higher competitiveness in the automotive industry. This program also aims to improve the students' readiness for the automotive industry.

Abstract

The study of the article that will be discussed by the author is about how the implementation of communication between the head of the madrasa in improving the quality of education, what communication is built by the head of the madrasa with teachers, staff and madrasa committees, and the forms of communication that are built by the head of the madrasa with teachers, staff madrasa leaders and committees. The purposes of this article are: 1) to find out the implementation of Communication in Islamic Perspective, 2) to know the Definition of Organization and Organizational Communication 3). to find out the implementation of communication between the Head of Madrasah and teachers in improving the quality of education. This article was conducted using a library study approach. Literature study is a data collection technique by conducting a review study of books, literatures, notes, and reports that have to do with the problem being solved. The results of the article show that the Madrasah Principal must carry out communication with teachers, staff and madrasa committees to improve the quality of education.
