Abstract

Persediaan bahan baku secara umum adalah stok pada bahan baku di suatu industri baik industri besar ataupun kecil. Persediaan bahan baku ini diantara lain mencakup bahan baku masuk, bahan baku keluar, maupun stok bahan baku. Oleh karena itu, pembuatan aplikasi persediaan bahan baku berbasis android Appsheet sangatlah penting karena untuk meminimalisir kesalahan-kesalahan yang dilakukan oleh manusia dalam melakukan pencatatan bahan baku. Perancangan aplikasi persediaan bahan baku ini dimana penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi Appsheet dan terhubung dengan lembar kerja. Aplikasi ini tentunya menggunakan metode Bahasa Pemodelan Terpadu (UML) untuk menentukan, memvisualisasikan, membangun, dan mendokumentasikan suatu sistem informasi. Penjelasan UML ini mencakup diagram aktvitas, diagram Urutan, dan diagram hubungan entitas. Apabila aplikasi ini telah dibuat, kemudian aplikasi ini akan melalui tahap pengujian. Dimana pada tahap pengujian ini menggunakan kotak hitam untuk mengetahui apakah aplikas tersebut berjalan dengan yang seharusnya.

Abstract

Since the occurrence of the Covid-19 pandemic in early 2020 in Indonesia, it has been necessary to maintain the body's immunity so that it remains stable so that the body is not easily exposed to the virus. For that, PT Karya Bahana Unigam needs to do something that can facilitate the maintenance of press machines by innovating on wrenches as a tool to simplify the machine maintenance process. The innovation that was carried out on this spanner started with distributing questionnaires to machine maintenance operators at PT Karya Bahana Unigam with the aim of knowing the needs of users and knowing the technical characteristics of these innovative products. After making the House of Quality (HOQ), anthropometric calculations are carried out to determine the dimensions of the Wrench innovation product to be made. The results of anthropometric calculations show that the spanner product length is 32.2 cm, the spanner innovation product width is 5 cm, and the spanner product width is 1.34 cm. The design was made using CATIA V5R20 software with a 3-dimensional design form, and drafting was also carried out to find out the design from various views. The folding wrench design consists of 3 components, namely a size 17 spanner, a size 13 spanner, and a pin as a key hinge.

Abstract

Panasonic Manufacturing Indonesia produces electronic equipment especially for the needs of ordinary consumers, business and industry such as refrigerators, ACs, water pumps, fans, washing machines and audio with problems with refrigerator and AC production units. The research was carried out on the SVC93E20PBE type compressor assembly line for the R600A refrigerator unit with the problem of operator workload being too high, above 100%. The research was conducted for 30 days on three compressor assembly line operators using the workload analysis method, with the aim of obtaining the productive percentage and workload level of operators on the SVC93E20PBE type compressor assembly line for the R600A refrigerator unit. Data was taken following a standard work sampling observation sheet, containing employee activities while working or unemployed with adjustments. The results of workload measurement using the workload analysis method showed that operator 1's workload was 133.63%, operator 2's workload was 133.62%, and operator 3's workload was 133.74%. Based on the description of the workload results for compressor assembly operators for the SVC93E20PBE type 600A refrigerator unit, the researcher proposes the addition of two operators to the compressor assembly line, a total of five operators with a workload for each operator of 80.198%.

Abstract

Robot pendeteksi rintangan merupakan suatu bentuk robot bergerak yang mempunyai misi mengikuti suatu track atau jalur berupa dinding yang telah ditentukan. Dalam perancangan dan implementasinya, masalah-masalah yang harus dipecahkan adalah sistem penglihatan robot, arsitektur perangkat keras (hardware) yang meliputi perangkat elektronik dan mekanik, dan organisasi perangkat lunak (software) untuk basis pengetahuan dan pengendalian secara waktu nyata. Tujuan tugas akhir ini adalah merancang dan mengimplementasikan suatu Automomous Robot Pendeteksi Rintangan Berbasiskan Mikrokontroler AT C52.

Abstract

Permasalahan pengelolaan sampah plastik dan penataan area kerja masih menjadi tantangan utama bagi UMKM kuliner, khususnya yang beroperasi di ruang terbuka. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan tata kelola area produksi dan pengelolaan sampah plastik konsumen melalui penerapan Teknologi Tepat Guna berbasis metode 5R (Ringkas, Rapi, Resik, Rawat, dan Rajin) pada UMKM Ayam Bakar Solo wilayah Depok. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan secara bertahap, meliputi observasi dan identifikasi masalah, sosialisasi 5R secara partisipatif dan aplikatif, penerapan TTG berupa tempat sampah otomatis serta pemajangan informasi visual 5R di area produksi, dan uji coba serta evaluasi tanggapan mitra. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya perbaikan pada kerapihan dan kebersihan area kerja, meningkatnya kesadaran pekerja dalam memilah dan mengelola sampah plastik, serta terbentuknya kebiasaan kerja yang lebih tertib dan disiplin. Pendekatan partisipatif membuat solusi yang diterapkan mudah dipahami dan dijalankan oleh mitra dalam aktivitas operasional sehari-hari. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa penerapan 5R yang didukung oleh TTG sederhana dapat menjadi solusi efektif dan berkelanjutan bagi UMKM dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih bersih, efisien, dan ramah lingkungan.

Abstract

Persaingan ketat dalam industri kuliner menuntut restoran tidak hanya unggul pada cita rasa, tetapi juga pada kualitas layanan yang mampu menciptakan nilai bagi pelanggan. Restoran Batik Kuring yang berlokasi di SCBD Jakarta masih menerima keluhan mengenai fasilitas parkir, kebersihan, kecepatan pelayanan, dan konsistensi staf, menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan pelayanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengukur dan menganalisis nilai pelanggan serta menentukan prioritas peningkatan layanan menggunakan metode SERVQUAL, Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA), dan Potential Gain in Customer Value (PGCV). Data dikumpulkan dari 30 pelanggan dan diuji validitas serta reliabilitasnya secara statistik. Hasil menunjukkan seluruh dimensi kualitas layanan memiliki gap negatif, dengan kesenjangan terbesar pada area parkir (-2.2) dan responsivitas karyawan (-1.83). IPA memetakan area parkir, ketersediaan menu, dan penanganan keluhan sebagai prioritas utama perbaikan. PGCV menegaskan bahwa peningkatan ketiga atribut tersebut memberikan potensi peningkatan nilai pelanggan paling signifikan. Integrasi ketiga metode menyediakan dasar strategis yang komprehensif bagi manajemen dalam meningkatkan kepuasan, loyalitas, serta daya saing restoran.

Abstract

The garment manufacturing industry in Indonesia faces challenges in maintaining product quality, particularly in the production of crinkle culotte pants at CV Damar Konveksi. Product defects, especially in the sewing and finishing stages, have resulted in lower quality and production efficiency. Objective: This study aims to analyze and improve quality control in the production process of crinkle culotte pants at CV Damar Konveksi, identifying dominant defects and their causes to recommend corrective actions. Methodology: A quantitative approach was used, collecting primary data from direct observations and secondary data from internal records. Data were analyzed using check sheets, scatter diagrams, control charts, Pareto diagrams, and fishbone diagrams to identify defect types, frequencies, and root causes. Findings: Out of 450 units produced, 21 were defective (4.6% of total production). The Pareto diagram revealed that asymmetrical stitching and excessive sewing threads accounted for 71.4% of the defects. Control chart analysis showed the process remained within control limits, though significant quality fluctuations occurred across periods. The fishbone diagram identified human factors, suboptimal work methods, and poor machine conditions as the main causes of defects. Implications: The study recommends implementing operator training, regular machine maintenance, better enforcement of standard operating procedures, and enhancing the quality inspection system to reduce defects and improve production efficiency. Originality: This research provides valuable insights into quality control within garment manufacturing, offering a practical framework for improving product quality and operational efficiency. The use of the Seven Quality Control Tools in CV Damar Konveksi adds originality by providing actionable recommendations for similar manufacturing environments.

Abstract

Gunadarma University operates multiple campuses, each equipped with its own library. To ensure equitable access to newly acquired titles, it is imperative that these materials are disseminated across all campus libraries. So, when a new book title is added, this book must also be owned by the library at each campus location. In this research, book distribution routes with the shortest distance and time will be determined using the Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) method with Excel Solver. Gunadarma University has a central library which is the starting point for distributing books to other campuses. The central university library serves as the distribution hub, from which books are dispatched to seven additional campus locations. Simulation results using Excel Solver showed that the shortest route for sending books to seven library locations on the Gunadarma University campus using one vehicle was a distance of 137.14 km in 3 hours 12 minutes. This optimized route yielded substantial cost savings, amounting to a 12.5% reduction compared to previous distribution practices.
