Abstract

A hospital nutrition service is an inseparable part of other health services in hospitals, besides that nutrition service is an effort to improve the quality of health services for inpatients or outpatients in hospitals. In implementing the Scrum work frame in the architectural design of the nutrition service information system at the Regional Public Hospital Ciamis (RSUD. Ciamis) it is expected to produce products that are in accordance with the client's needs. The stages from preparation (Initialization), making a product backlog, making a sprint backlog to the execution stage of this method indicate an iterative method because it prioritizes product functions. The Scrum framework implements work functions according to its role, namely the Product Owner who is fully responsible for the products that it produces, the Development team is responsible for project work, and the Scrum master is the person who controls so that the implementation of the work does not go out of the rules of the Scrum game. The results of designing an information system with application development, this research uses the scrum framework which is carried out with 3 sprints with the estimated processing time for each sprint as follows: sprint 1 reaches 30 days, sprint 2 reaches 27 days and sprint 3 reaches 30 days. According to the rules of the scrum framework, each sprint should not exceed one month so that the project can be implemented quickly and produce the desired results

Abstract

Internal and external factors greatly influence the optimal breeding of chickens in the maintenance of chickens, with temperature and humidity being one of the external factors that greatly influences. Improper ambient temperature can cause losses to the chicken farmer as well as a decrease in productivity, while in practice it is necessary to monitor or check the control consistently to monitor the temperature of the coop. Temperature and humidity monitoring  manually are less efficient, so the tools in this study aim to help farmers to facilitate monitoring that can be done through devices with accurate results. This tool is assisted by a DHT11 sensor, lamps, fans, and LCD in temperature monitoring. supported by the application of IoT, which makes it easier to monitor via devices. Test results on components and software show that all devices and software can function as they should. The data from the experimental test results of 15 tests conducted in the laboratory indicate that the tool can detect an average relay delay time of 1 of 0.836 seconds, the lamp in response to the temperature drop of 1.271 seconds, the delay from relay 2 by 0.466 seconds, and the fan in response to the temperature increase of 0.596 seconds.

Abstract

The management of official vehicles has historically relied on fragmented manual processes leading to inefficiencies, data inaccuracy, lack of transparency, and weak governance oversight. To address these challenges, this study designed and implemented Sikendi (Sistem Informasi Kendaraan Dinas), a web-based vehicle information system aimed at enhancing transparency and administrative governance. Using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall approach, the system was developed with PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and AJAX, featuring role-based access (Admin/User), integrated modules for vehicle registration, borrowing workflow with approval mechanisms, maintenance scheduling, fuel logging, document management, and activity auditing. Black-box testing confirmed functional compliance across 24 test cases for Admin and 15 for User roles. Results show the system significantly improves data accuracy, operational efficiency, and accountability, enabling real-time monitoring, automated reporting, and digital audit trails. This work demonstrates that digitizing fleet management in public sector institutions strengthens governance, reduces misuse risk, and supports data-driven decision-making, offering a replicable model for other governmental units
