Abstract

Background: The rising prominence of the digital economy has heightened the need for MSMEs in Demak Regency to adopt digital technologies. However, many MSMEs face challenges in effectively utilizing these technologies to enhance their performance. This study addresses the research gap by examining the mixed results in prior studies on the impact of business strategy and technopreneurship on MSMEs' performance.Purpose: The study will investigate the key determinants of MSMEs' performance in Demak Regency and the intermediary role of digital technology. It examines how business strategy and technopreneurship, through digital technology, influence MSMEs' performance.Design/Methodology/Approach: This research adopts a quantitative method by collecting data from 109 MSME respondents in Demak Regency through convenience and non-probability sampling. The study analyzes the connections among business strategy, technopreneurship, digital technology, and MSMEs' performance using SmartPLS version 4.Finding/Result: The data suggests that business strategy and technopreneurship are positively tied to the adoption of digital technology. Business strategy significantly boosts MSMEs' performance, whereas technopreneurship, despite a positive trend, isn't statistically significant. Digital technology substantially improves performance, mediating business strategies' and technopreneurship's influence on MSME success.Conclusion: Strategic planning and innovation in technology play essential roles in promoting the adoption of digital tools and improving MSME performance. Digital technology acts as a key mediator that strengthens these relationships. As a result, MSMEs are encouraged to improve digital literacy and infrastructure, and policy support remains crucial in fostering an environment that supports digital adoption.Original/value (state of the art): This study offers new insights into the elements that influence MSMEs' performance in the digital economy, highlighting the importance of strategic management and technological adoption. Abstract

This study investigates the impact of Profitability, Revenue, and Leverage, with investment policies as intervention variables, on the share prices of telecommunications subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2023. Utilizing a quantitative research approach, this study analyzes secondary data collected from the company's financial statements. The aim of this study was to consider additional performance indicators for a comprehensive understanding of the overall health of the company. The sample consisted of 18 companies selected through purposive sampling, each meeting specific criteria. Statistical analysis was performed using Partial Least Square (PLS) to explore the relationships between the variables under investigation. These findings reveal that ROA, EPS, and DER have a significant positive effect on the Price Income Ratio (PER). In contrast, ROA has a significant negative impact on stock prices, while EPS, DER, and PER have a positive impact on stock prices. In addition, PER mediates the relationship between ROA and DER with stock price but does not mediate the relationship between EPS and stock price

Abstract

This study aims to test the Trade-off Theory by examining the influence of the Market Book Ratio, tangibility, firm size, growth, and Non-Debt Tax Shield on capital structure. The population comprises companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2019–2023. A purposive sampling method was employed, resulting in 2,065 firm-year observations. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 23. The analysis reveals that the Market Book Ratio, firm size, and Non-Debt Tax Shield have no significant effect on capital structure. Tangibility negatively affects capital structure, while Growth has a positive impact. These findings suggest that the capital structure decisions of IDX-listed companies during the study period do not align with the Trade-off Theory. Furthermore, the F-test indicates that the independent variables collectively significantly affect capital structure. The coefficient of determination (R²) shows that the five variables explain only 2.5% of the variation in capital structure, with the remaining 97.5% influenced by factors outside the scope of this study.   Keywords: Trade-off Theory, Capital Structure, Market to Book Ratio, Tangibility, Firm Size, Growth, Non-Debt Tax Shield   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji teori trade off dengan menganalisis pengaruh Market to Book Ratio, tangibilitas, ukuran perusahaan (size), pertumbuhan (growth), dan Non-Debt Tax Shield terhadap struktur modal. Populasi dalam studi ini terdiri dari perusahaan-perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2019 hingga 2023. Sampel yang diambil menggunakan metode purposive sampling menghasilkan 2065 data perusahaan dalam bentuk time series. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS versi 23. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Market to Book Ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal, tangibilitas memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap struktur modal, ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal, pertumbuhan berpengaruh positif terhadap struktur modal, dan Non-Debt Tax Shield juga tidak berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal. Dari temuan ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kebijakan struktur modal pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI selama periode 2019-2023 tidak mendukung teori trade off. Uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama, Market to Book Ratio, tangibilitas, ukuran perusahaan, pertumbuhan, dan Non-Debt Tax Shield memiliki pengaruh terhadap struktur modal. Selain itu, hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa kelima variabel tersebut dapat menjelaskan struktur modal sebesar 2,5%, sementara sisa 97,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.   Kata kunci: Teori Trade off, Struktur Modal, Market to Book Ratio, Tangibilitas, Size, Growth, Non-Debt Tax Shield.

Abstract

The higher the goal of optimal performance, the higher the obstacles to achieving this performance, so village cadres measure organizational performance by looking at the number of visits by the community, especially the routine activities of Posyandu toddlers and the elderly, seeing how active community visits have not reached the target. The performance of cadres in achieving the target of active visits still needs to be improved. This research aims to test the knowledge sharing variable, motivation, on the performance of cadres with learning organization as an intervening variable. This study uses a quantitative research approach. This research was conducted at Cabean Demak Village Cadres. The research population was all cadres with saturated sampling techniques; all people were sampled. The regression equation in this study is through 2 equations, namely the first equation Y1=0.339X1+0.610 X2 and Equation II Y2=0.331X1+0.293X2+0.376 Y1. So that it can be explained that the variable knowledge sharing, motivation has a positive and significant effect on learning organization and the variables of knowledge sharing, motivation and learning organization have a significant effect on the performance of cadres. In addition, the Sobel test shows that learning organization can mediate knowledge sharing and motivation on cadre performance. Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasingly tight market competition, where consumer purchasing decisions are an important factor for business success. Bintang Mas Selluler faces the challenge of understanding the influence of price implementation, service quality, and promotion in influencing customer purchasing decisions. Competitive prices, quality services, and effective promotions are believed to be the main elements that influence consumer purchasing decisions. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 96 respondents selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of classical assumption tests, including multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and normality tests. The main analysis used multiple linear regression, supported by the t-test to test the partial effect of independent variables and the coefficient of determination test to evaluate the extent to which the model can explain the dependent variable. The results of the study indicate that price implementation has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and promotion also has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This means that these three variables have an important role in determining customer purchasing decisions

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of price perception, brand image and halal certificate on the purchase decision Indomie brand instant noodles at the Warmindo “Purie” stall in Grobogan Regency. The population of this research is consumers who buy Indomie brand instant noodles at the Warmindo Purie stall, Jl. Pilang Kidul, Gubug District, Grobogan Regency whose numbers and numbers cannot be predicted. The sample taken was 96 consumers. The type of data used is primary data. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. Meanwhile, the analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis by carrying out the t-test and coefficient of determination. The results of the analysis show that: Price perception is proven to have a positive and significant effect on purchase decision. Brand image is proven to have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. Halal certificates have been proven to have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the Current Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, and Net Profit Margin on profit growth in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study consists of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2020-2023 period. The results of this study indicate that the Current Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, and Net Profit Margin jointly (simultaneously) have a positive and significant effect on profit growth. Partially, only the Net Profit Margin has a positive and significant effect on profit growth, while the Current Ratio and Total Asset Turnover do not have a significant effect on profit growth. The Current Ratio, Total Assets Turnover, and Net Profit Margin have an influence of 9.0% on Profit Growth, while 91.0% is influenced by other variables not examined

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengungkapan laporan keberlanjutan bersama dengan pengungkapan ekonomi, pengungkapan lingkungan dan pengungkapan sosial terhadap nilai perusahaan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016 2019. Sampel yang diambil dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling menghasilkan 36 data. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah model regresi data panel menggunakan Eviews 9 dengan 3 pendekatan yaitu common effect, fixed effect dan random effect, kemudian menggunakan uji chow dan uji Hausmant, yang terakhir adalah pengujian hipotesis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sustainability report tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. pengungkapan kinerja ekonomi tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, pengungkapan kinerja lingkungan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, pengungkapan kinerja sosial tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan

Abstract

Penlitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Return On asset (ROA),Return On Equity (ROE), dan Net Interest Margin (NIM) terhadap hargasaham pada perusahaan PT. Bank Central asia, Tbk. periode 2012-2021pertriwulan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknikanalisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu analisis regresi linierberganda dengan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji statistik menguji secaraparsial masing masing variabel, serta uji F untuk variabel independensecara simultan terhadap variabel independent. Data diolah menggunakanprogram SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ROA nilaisignifikansinya sebesar 0,043 < 0,05 maka secara parsial berpengaruhsignifikan terhadap harga saham, sedangkan ROE nilai signifiikansinya0,843 >0,05 maka seacra parsial tidak ada pengaruh terhadap harga sahamdan NIM nilai signifikansinya sebesar 0,743 > 0,05 maka secara parsialtidak ada pengaruh terhadap harga saham. Secara simultan ROA, ROE,NIM, berpengaruh terhadap harga saham.Kata Kunci :ROA; ROE; NIM; Harga Saham.

Abstract

Penelitian ini akan bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel-variabel independent yakni harga, kualitas produk dan citra merek terhadap variabel dependen keputusan pembelian mie instant Indomie. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Univeristas Semarang dengan obyek penelitian adalah pada mahasiswa reguler kelas pagi fakultas ekonomi. Data dikumpulkan melalui metode pembagian kuesioner dengan menggunakan teknik purpose sampling. Kuesioner dibagikan kepada 96 responden yang pernah melakukan pembelian pada Indomie lebih dari tiga kali dalam satu bulan. Data hasil penyebaran kuesioner akan diolah menggunakan alat analisa software SPSS. Hasil dan uji analisis kuantitatif yang dipilih meliputi uji validitas, uji realibilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, pengujian hipotesis melalui uji t, serta analisis koefesien determinasi (R2). Hasil olah data menunjukkan bahwa seluruh keseluruhan butir indikator yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini lolos dalam uji validitas dan dinyatakan valid. Hasil uji untuk keseluruhan variabel dari kuesioner adalah reliabel sehingga variabel-variabel tersebut layak untuk digunakan sebagai alat ukur. Dari hasil penelitian dan hasil analisis data, dapat ditarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut:  terdapat pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan dari variabel harga terhadap keputusan pembelian  mie instan Indomie. Terdapat   pengaruh   secara   positif   dan   signifikan   dari   variabel   kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian  mie instan Indomie. Terdapat   pengaruh   secara   positif   dan   signifikan   dari   variabel   citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian  mie instan Indomie.
