Abstract

Principal leadership and the role of the school committee are factors influencing the implementation of SBM. The purpose of this paper is to describe (1) the effect of the principal's leadership (X1) on the implementation of SBM (Y), (2) the effect of the role of the school committee (X2) on Y, and (3) the effect of X1 and X2 simultaneously on Y at Gunung Talang State Elementary School in Solok. The research is ex post facto. The population of the research involves 284 state elementary school teachers in Gunung Talang Solok. The research sample is 74 people, which are selected using a stratified proportional random sampling technique. The research instrument is a questionnaire about principal leadership, the role of school committees, and the implementation of SBM through a Likert scale. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 20.0. Based on the research results, it is found that (1) there was a significant effect between X1 and Y with a significance value of 0.031 < 0.05, which means that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. In addition, (2) there is a significant effect between X2 and Y with a significance value of 0.017 < 0.05, which indicates that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Subsequently, (3) there is a significant effect between X1 and X2 simultaneously on Y with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, which implies that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Above all the findings, it can be concluded that the principal leadership and the school committee’s role are two factors that simultaneously influence the implementation of SBM at SD Negeri Gunung Talang Solok.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis tahapan Perencanaan Proyek Penguatan Profil Pancasila di Satuan Pendidikan Dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah koordinator P5, tim fasilitator P5, dan kepala sekolah. Teknik pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang dilakukan meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di SDIT AN-NADZIR Payakumbuh telah menerapkan program projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila (P5) dengan tema kewirausahaan dimulai dari perencanaan. Dalam perencanaannya melalui tahapan-tahapan sebagai berikut:: 1. Membentuk coordinator Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila yaitu guru kelas 6. 2) tim fasilitator terdiri dari guru kelas 1 dan guru kelas IV; 3) satuan pendidkan yaitu SDIT AN-NADZIR Payakumbuh hanya sampai pada tahap awal; 4) menentukan dimensi dan tema P5 ini; 5) merancangan modul projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila; 6) menyusun rubrik pencapaian yang berisikan capaian kegiatan. Adapun Pelaksanaan Projek penguatan profil pelajara pancasila di SDIT AN-NADZIR Payakumbuh melibatkan penerapan pembelajaran intra kurikulerdan ko-kurikuler

Abstract

Keanekaragaman siswa dalam hal kebutuhan, gaya belajar, dan potensi merupakan salah satu tantangan dalam dunia pendidikan, khususnya di lembaga pendidikan Islam seperti MTs Thawalib Daruh Huda Rao-Rao. Untuk menjawab tantangan ini, pendekatan diferensiasi dalam perencanaan pendidikan diterapkan guna memastikan setiap siswa mendapatkan kesempatan belajar yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan individu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan pendekatan diferensiasi, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilannya, serta menganalisis efektivitas pendekatan ini dalam memenuhi kebutuhan keragaman siswa. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dan pendekatan studi kasus, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pendekatan diferensiasi memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Namun, pelaksanaan pendekatan ini masih menghadapi beberapa hambatan, termasuk keterbatasan sumber daya dan kesiapan guru dalam mengelola kelas yang beragam.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership and school culture on the innovative behavior of teachers at Elementary School Cluster 1, Gunung Talang District. This study uses a correlation research type with quantitative methods. The population in this study were 114 teachers at Elementary School Cluster 1, Gunung Talang District. The sampling technique was taken using a simple random sampling technique. The research sample numbered 53 people. Validity and reliability tests were tested with a significance level of 0.1 (10%). The questionnaire used was a closed questionnaire. To analyze the research data, an analysis technique was used by conducting a classical assumption test as a prerequisite test, then conducting simple linear regression, and multiple linear regression. Researchers used SPSS version 25 in data processing. The results showed that there was a significant influence of transformational leadership on teachers' innovative behavior. This was indicated by a sig value <0.1 for the t-test (partial). Furthermore, the second finding proved the influence of school culture on teachers' innovative behavior, also obtained from a sig value <0.1 with the t-test (partial). Then the final finding obtained a significant influence of transformational leadership and school culture on the innovative behavior of teachers at Elementary School Gugus 1, Gunung Talang District, obtained based on a simultaneous test or F test, with a sig value <0.1. The implication of this study is that school principals need to adopt a charismatic leadership approach, inspirational motivation, intellectual simulation, individual consideration and care for individual teacher needs. This will create higher motivation for teachers to behave innovatively in teaching which will improve the quality of education.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate and analyze the instructional leadership of leading teachers before and after participating in the Leading Teacher Education Program. This study used a mixed methods research with a concurrent embedded model. The results showed that based on the perspectives of students, colleagues, according to the Principal, according to the leading teachers themselves, the leadership value after the program was in the very high category. This data was supported by the results of observations that showed an increase in the leading teachers' sensitivity to student needs, the implementation of enjoyable learning, increased self-reflection, and strengthened collaboration with fellow teachers. Leading teachers were also more active in leading the learning process, actively involving students, improving decision-making skills, and playing a strategic role in building a positive learning culture in the school.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the Implementation of Transformational Leadership at State Elementary School 07 Simpuruik. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation and interviews which involve collecting information and data from various sources found in related educational institutions, the results of research carried out in the field are added. with relevant sources, articles, related notes and also includes journals related to the topic you want to complete. Leadership in educational institutions is one of the determinants of educational success and the achievement of educational goals in these institutions. Transformational leadership plays a very important role in the process of improving teacher performance, where this is proven by a leader who has a high transformational attitude, this leader will provide a positive example to employees. Especially in the implementation of e-performance management, teachers and school principals are required to be able and understand the flow of performance management well.
