Abstract

Bandung city has Binong Jati knitting textile center established since 1965. This region is famous to neighboring countries because its knitted products are exported to Singapore, Brunei Darussalam, and Malaysia. Wanina Store and Karimake Store is a production house located in Binong Knitting Village. Production capacity has decreased significantly due to decreased sales volume so that it affects the level of business profits and impact on the low level of production. These SMEs are still using conventional ways in marketing their products and their knowledge in innovating technology is still low. Both partners are still using traditional marketing methods. They have not taken advantage of the existing marketplace or social media, due to the level of skills in the mastery and utilization of information technology is very low. So, the solution to the problem is (1) create an e-Commerce-based website to increase market share expansion and sales management. (2) provide training on the use of e-commerce that has been made. (3) provide training on the utilization of top 5 popular. The research method used in this research is the action research method and to measure the success of the system that has been implemented using the DeLone & Mc lean framework.Keywords : Action Research, SMEs, e-commerce, Improving, DeLone &Mc Lean.

Abstract

The Study Program Accreditation Document Arrangement Application is an application that helps to arrange accreditation supporting evidence documents. Accreditation is often a tiring job because all supporting evidence is scattered, both in physical or digital format. The focus of this research is on making your own application product. The research method is based on the Borg and Gall method. This method has several stages to make a product. The programming language used is NodeJS. NodeJS has a small execution time and is light, so it does not burden the user's device.The result of this research is in the form of an application, according to this method the results of this application have only reached the stage of Develop preliminary form of product.

Abstract

Dyslexia is a brain disorder caused by genetics. People with dyslexia can live a normal life and even have certain advantages if they get the correct education. People with dyslexia often get the predicate stupid because teachers do not know the case of their students. Early detection of dyslexic children can be done with a series of tests so that the system can conclude that the data is dyslexic or not. Support Vector Machine is a data classification method to share dyslexia test results or not. This system is trained with test results data that are already available using the SVM method. This study uses gamification data to detect dyslexic children or not. SVM proves a good level of accuracy in predictions up to 94%.

Abstract

Kehadiran smartphone telah menawarkan strategi baru di bidang teknologi pendidikan untuk mendukung inovasi proses belajar mengajar yang dikenal dengan sebutan mobile learning atau m-learning. Peserta didik saat ini sebagian besar memiliki smartphone bahkan beberapa peserta didik memiliki lebih dari satu smartphone. Namun, pemanfaatan smartphone untuk pembelajaran belum optimal. Hal ini karena aplikasi berbasis mobile yang menyediakan bahan ajar sesuai dengan struktur materi perkuliahan masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang aplikasi m-learning menggunakan model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate) dengan penekanan pada tiga tahap pertama. Hasil penelitian berupa prototype aplikasi m-learning untuk pembelajaran database yang sesuai dengan karakteristik dan kebutuhan peserta didik.

Abstract

Quality is a vital part of a successful organization. Quality is important to a process and result. A good process produces a good product, while a good product is produced through a good process. In project management, quality is used to assess project success. Quality is the degree to which the inherent characteristics meet requirements, while project quality is the process of meeting business objectives according to the project charter. The journal entitled 'Analysis of Quality in PMBOK-Based Project Management', discusses the definition, types, and processes of quality management, intending to explain projects and the process of managing them. The benefit is to explain knowledge about quality and its management. The method used is identification, description of the concept of project quality management, analysis of the management planning process, quality control, and conclusions. This research describes the quality management process, including quality control. The main input utilized in the process including Project Charter, PM Plan, Project Documents, EEF, OPA, Approved CR, Deliverables, and Work Performance Data. The Tools and technic utilized in the process include Expert Judgement, Data Gathering, Data Analysis, Decision Making, Data Representation, Test, and Inspection Planning/ audit, Design For X, Problem Solving Quality Improvement Methods, and Meetings. The results obtained from the above process include the main results consisting of QM Plan, Quality Metrics, Quality Reports, Test Documents, CR, QC Measurements, Verified Deliverables, and Work Performance Information.

Abstract

Sakai adalah platform opensource yang dikembangkan oleh University of Michigan, Indiana University, MIT, Stanford, the uPortal Consortium, dan the Open Knowledge Initiative. Sudah banyak perguruan tinggi terkemuka di luar negeri yang menerapkan Sakai sebagai media pembelajaran daring. Namun, Sakai belum banyak dikenal di Indonesia apalagi diimplementasikan sebagai media pembelajaran daring dalam proses belajar mengajar. Hal ini, mengakibatkan literatur terkait Sakai dan best practice penggunaan Sakai yang ditulis dalam bahasa Indonesia sulit ditemukan. Padahal Sakai termasuk Learning Management System (LMS) yang direkomendasikan oleh Kemendikbud untuk sistem pembelajaran daring. Oleh karena itu, menjadi tantangan tersendiri untuk melakukan penelitian dalam mengimplementasikan dan mengembangkan Sakai di Jurusan Teknik Komputer dan Informatika Politeknik Negeri Bandung (JTK Polban). Apalagi Sakai tidak hanya mendukung pembelajaran mata kuliah teori tapi juga mata kuliah proyek yang menjadi ciri khas mata kuliah di JTK Polban. Implementasi dan pengembangan Sakai mengikuti tahapan pada model Waterfall. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Sakai dengan tampilan antarmuka dan fitur-fitur yang telah disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pembelajaran di JTK Polban. Kata Kunci: LMS, Sakai, Waterfall, Basis Data

Abstract

Distributed Denial Service (DDoS) Attack is an attempt by an attacker to paralyze a network system by flooding it with requests. A busy system can cause a drop in performance and even crash. Software Defined Service (SDN) is a new paradigm in creating a network in a certain area. SDN, with all its advantages and flexibility in implementation, is attractive to implement, but still leaves major security problems, especially being vulnerable to DDoS attacks. This research will detect whether a particular request is DDoS or not. Random Forest is a method for developing Decision Trees to classify whether a request or data packet is an attack or not. Random Forest as a development method from the previous method covers the weakness of overfitting. The results of this research were 98% for accuracy values.

Abstract

YOLO (You Only Look Once) is a prominent deep learning model used in object detection due to its high detection accuracy and speed. Nonetheless, in detecting bull sperm, YOLOv7 Tiny performance suffers because of the unique characteristics of bull sperm: its tiny size and the large quantity of sperm. YOLOv7 Tiny's performance can be improved by adjusting based on its unique characteristics. This study proposes a modified YOLOv7 Tiny model to detect bull sperm with higher accuracy. The main objective of this research is to increase the accuracy of YOLOv7 Tiny in detecting and counting bull sperm. The YOLOv7 Tiny architecture will be modified based on the characteristics of the object to be detected, specifically bull sperm. Several architectural parts were deleted, the anchor box's size was changed, and the grid cell's size was changed. The omitted architecture parts are the ones used for detecting large and medium-sized objects. The anchor box and grid cell sizes will be altered to fit the size of the object. Accuracy is measured using mean average precision (mAP). The modified YOLOv7 Tiny will be evaluated in comparison to the original YOLOv7 Tiny. In our experiment, we produced 65.8 mAP with an inference time of 14.4 ms on the test dataset. When detecting bull sperm, the modified model is 1.3 points more accurate and 1.23x faster than YOLOv7 Tiny. The size of the modified model file is likewise decreased by 84.2%.

Abstract

Sistem Pembelajaran Daring (SPD) telah banyak diterapkan di perguruan tinggi baik sebagai pelengkap maupun sebagai pengganti pembelajaran tatap muka. Pemanfaatan SPD meningkat terutama saat pandemi Covid-19 yang berimplikasi pada pergeseran metode pembelajaran dari konvensional menjadi berbasis Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK). Meskipun saat ini wabah pandemi Covid-19 telah berakhir, namun sebagian perguruan tinggi masih tetap menggunakan SPD sebagai penunjang pembelajaran tradisional. Perguruan tinggi menyadari bahwa SPD memiliki manfaat yang positif dari sisi kecepatan pengiriman konten bahan ajar, kemudahan akses terhadap konten bahan ajar kapan dan dari mana saja, mengurangi keterbatasan daya tampung ruang kelas secara fisik, dan dukungan terhadap lifelong learning yang sejalan dengan program pemerintah yaitu Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM). Di sisi lain, perguruan tinggi sudah terlanjur mengalokasikan investasi TIK untuk menunjang SPD. Oleh karena itu, SPD harus terus dikelola agar bertahan lama dan berkelanjutan untuk tetap memberikan manfaat yang baik dalam proses belajar mengajar. Namun demikian, menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi perguruan tinggi untuk memulai dari mana dan memilih framework apa yang sesuai untuk melakukan tata kelola SPD. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan merancang blueprint sebagai rekomendasi untuk membangun tata kelola SPD di perguruan tinggi menggunakan The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF).

Abstract

Saat ini SMK Wahidin Arjawinangun belum memiliki website resmi. Padahal di era digital sekarang ini keberadaan website sekolah dibutuhkan sebagai media untuk menyampaikan informasi dan promosi tentang sekolah kepada masyarakat khususnya kepada orang tua dan calon peserta didik baru. Website sekolah juga penting sebagai nilai tambah saat akreditasi sekolah. Keberadaan website sekolah memiliki peranan yang sangat strategis dalam hal memberikan informasi dan promosi yang kredibel kepada masyarakat secara lebih luas. Oleh karena itu, Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) yang dilakukan oleh Tim PkM Jurusan Teknik Komputer dan Informatika Politeknik Negeri Bandung (JTK Polban) adalah membangun website sekolah berbasis Content Management System (CMS) dengan menggunakan WordPress. Metode pelaksanaan PkM mengadopsi model pengmbangan perangkat lunak Waterfall. Hasil PkM ini adalah sebuah website sekolah sebagai media untuk menyampaikan informasi dan promosi yang dapat diakses secara online kapan dan dari mana pun sepanjang perangkat pengguna terhubung dengan jaringan internet. Berdasarkan User Acceptance Test (UAT) yang melibatkan sepuluh stakeholder SMK Wahidin Arjawinangun, website sekolah yang dibangun memiliki beberapa keunggulan diantaranya: (1) nama domain sudah merepresentasikan nama sekolah; (2) susunan menu website sudah mengakomodir kebutuhan informasi yang akan disampaikan kepada publik; (3) warna dasar website sesuai dengan warna yang menjadi filosofi sekolah; dan (4) tampilan website user friendly. Website sekolah harus terus dikelola agar berkelanjutan dan informasi yang ada di dalamnya selalu terbarukan.Currently SMK Wahidin Arjawinangun does not have an official website. Even though in today's digital era the existence of a school website is needed as a media to convey information and promotions about schools to the public, especially to parents and prospective new students. The school website is also important as an added value when accrediting the school. The existence of the school website has a very strategic role in terms of providing credible information and promotion to the wider community. Therefore, the Community Service (PkM) carried out by the PkM Team from the Department of Computer Engineering and Informatics, Bandung State Polytechnic (JTK Polban) is to build a Content Management System (CMS) based school website using WordPress. The implementation method of PkM adopts the Waterfall software development model. The result of this PkM is a school website as a medium for conveying information and promotions that can be accessed online anytime and from anywhere as long as all user devices are connected to the internet network. Based on the User Acceptance Test (UAT) involving ten stakeholders of SMK Wahidin Arjawinangun, the school website that was built has several advantages including: (1) the domain name already represents the school name; (2) the website menu arrangement accommodates the information needs that will be conveyed to the public; (3) the basic color of the website matches the colors of the school philosophy; and (4) user friendly website appearance. The school website must continue to be managed so that it is sustainable and the information contained in it is always updated.
