Abstract

A school is an educational institution with a vision, mission, The goals and curriculum are the identity and personality of the school. This Research aims to understand the nature of vision, mission, goals and programs of the two schools, and to determine the alignment of vision and the objectives of the mission as well as the program applied at the two agricultural professional schools. This research method is descriptive – comparative that's quality. The data analysis techniques used were consistent comparison, is the step of comparing the events that can be applied to each type, the integration stages of the types and their characteristics, the stage of determining the theoretical scope and the stage of writing the theory theory. Research results show the relevance of vision, Missions, goals and programs have become ideals or dreams realized in the future school.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the development system and empowerment of organizational culture in Aliyah Al-Washliyah 49 Pasar Lembu Islamic High School. A strong and positive organizational culture plays a crucial role in improving the quality of education and creating an optimal learning environment. The research methodology used in this study is qualitative, involving surveys and case studies in Aliyah Al-Washliyah 49 Pasar Lembu Islamic High School, which represents various levels of education and different characteristics of organizational culture. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and analysis of relevant documents. The findings of this study indicate that the development system and empowerment of organizational culture in the madrasah/school play an important role in building an inclusive, collaborative, and learning-oriented culture.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh upah dalam kaitannya dengan kinerja karyawan. Survei tersebut ditanggapi oleh 13 orang yang seluruhnya merupakan anggota STAI Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey dan sumber data primer. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan bantuan kuesioner atau angket. Berdasarkan tingkat esplanasi, tergolong sebagai asosiatif atau hubungan, yaitu penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan sebab akibat. Hasil dari penelitian ini dikumpulkan oleh kuisioner yang memeriksa dan analisis dengan regresi sederhana. Uji validitas korelasi person dan uji reabilitas menggunakan Cronback Alpha adalah uji kualitas data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian menggunakan uji R2 yang disesuaikan, uji f, dan uji t untuk uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini. Variabel berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,002. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel upah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan signifikan

Abstract

This study examines leading school and college improvement, the research method uses the type of library research, which is a series of activities related to library data collection methods. The results of the study found that to improve the quality of education in schools, various management models and quality improvement strategies could be taken, including Total Quality Management Theory, Organizing Business For Excelency Theory, Four Factor Quality Improvement Models, and Education Quality Improvement through School-Based Management. The strategy to improve the quality of education in schools can be done in the following ways: namely a strategy that emphasizes the results (the output oriented strategy), a strategy that emphasizes the process (the process oriented strategy), and a comprehensive strategy (the comprehensive strategy). As for the challenges in efforts to improve the quality of education in schools, there are many but in essence the inadequate resources of education actors in schools, political will from policy holders and the education policy itself. Some things that must be considered in connection with the strategy to improve the quality of education in universities include Students Who Are Educated, Lecturers as Educators and Teachers, Facilities and Infrastructure

Abstract

Penelitian ini hadir untuk memberikan informasi yang lebih luas dan mendalam tentang: 1) mengetahui kompetensi kerja lulusan alumni prodi magister MPI FITK UINSU Medan di dunia kerja, 2) mengetahui kompetensi pengetahuan lulusan alumni prodi magister MPI FITK UINSU Medan di dunia kerja, 3) mengetahui kompetensi manajerial lulusan alumni prodi magister MPI FITK UINSU Medan di dunia kerja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa: 1) kompetensi kerja lulusan alumni prodi magister MPI FITK UINSU Medan didunia kerja sangat memuaskan pengguna lulusan. Secara kuantitatif berada pada angka 90, 2) kompetensi pengetahuan alumni prodi magister MPI FITK UINSU Medan didunia kerja sangat memuaskan pengguna lulusan. Secara kuantitatif berada pada angka 95, 3) kompetensi manajerial lulusan alumni prodi magister MPI FITK UINSU Medan didunia kerja sangat memuaskan pengguna lulusan. Secara kuantitatif berada pada angka 90.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi komunikasi interpersonal kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru di MAS Muallimin UNIVA Medan. Komunikasi interpersonal dipandang sebagai faktor strategis dalam membangun relasi kerja yang harmonis dan meningkatkan semangat serta loyalitas guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala madrasah menjalankan komunikasi interpersonal secara terbuka, empatik, dan konsisten melalui interaksi formal dan informal, seperti rapat, sapaan harian, dan pesan motivatif. Guru merasa diperhatikan dan termotivasi dalam menjalankan tugas. Penelitian ini juga menemukan empat faktor yang memengaruhi efektivitas komunikasi interpersonal, yaitu: dukungan yayasan, iklim organisasi yang terbuka, budaya kolaboratif, dan kepemimpinan transformasional. Komunikasi yang dibangun secara personal dan humanis terbukti mampu menciptakan iklim kerja yang mendukung, meningkatkan kelekatan emosional, dan mempengaruhi kinerja guru secara positif. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya komunikasi interpersonal sebagai fondasi dalam kepemimpinan pendidikan yang efektif dan transformatif.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become a strategic agenda in the management of educational institutions, including madrasas, as an effort to improve the quality of educational services and learning. However, the implementation of digital transformation in Islamic education still faces various challenges, both in terms of human resource readiness and institutional system support. This study aims to analyze the implementation of digital transformation and its impact on the quality of educational services and learning at MTs YAPDI Medan. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the madrasah principal, teachers, and education personnel, supported by observation and documentation studies. Data analysis was conducted using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that digital transformation at MTs YAPDI Medan has been implemented effectively in aspects of educational administration services through the use of digital systems such as EMIS, RKM, EDM, and digital payment services. This implementation has been proven to increase the efficiency, neatness, transparency, and reliability of administrative services. However, the impact of digital transformation on learning quality has not been optimal. The use of technology in learning remains limited, unequally distributed among teachers, and pedagogically unintegrated into learning planning, implementation, and evaluation. The conclusion of this study confirms that digital transformation in madrasas has had a greater impact on improving the quality of educational services than on the quality of learning. Therefore, strengthening digital transformation in the future needs to be directed at developing teachers' digital pedagogical competencies and providing ongoing system support so that technology truly contributes to improving the quality of learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the efforts of school leadership in enhancing teacher motivation through the implementation of the Unlock Your Potential strategy, including planning, implementing, and evaluating strategies for teacher development, as well as recognizing outstanding performance. This study employs a descriptive qualitative method, using observations, interviews, and document analysis with school leaders and teachers as participants. Data were analyzed through reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings reveal that (1) efforts to increase teacher motivation involve personal approaches, guidance, support for learning facilities, and recognition of high-performing teachers; (2) strategies for teacher development are systematically implemented through training, workshops, ongoing coaching, academic supervision, and provision of supporting infrastructure; (3) supervision and evaluation are conducted periodically via monitoring, performance assessment, and evaluation meetings to improve competence and teaching quality; and (4) appreciation for teachers is given verbally or in writing to foster motivation and a positive work environment. The study implies that structured leadership strategies combined with recognition and supportive supervision can effectively enhance teacher motivation, competence, and overall educational quality.
