Abstract

This research is to describe how the Management of Madrasah Heads in Improving the Quality of Educators in Private Madrasah Aliyah Insan Kesuma Madani Namorambe Deli Serdang Regency is one way to develop the quality of teaching staff to improve the quality of educational institutions. Madrasah heads and teachers are free to take disinitiative and be creative in carry out the projected programs to achieve the set targets. Principal leadership is a way or effort to influence, encourage, guide, direct and mobilize teachers, staff, students and parents as well as other parties related to the madrasah to work together/play an active role in achieving the goals that have been set together. The type of research used is a type of qualitative research with a naturalistic approach. Collection of research evidensi obtained by observation techniques, interviews and documentation studies. The evidensi analysis step is to collect data, reduce evidensi and then conclude the data. To test the validity of the data, credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability were carried out. The findings of this study reveal three related findings regarding: 1) The strategy used by the madrasa head is to use the Normal-Reeducative Strategy approach, namely the process of innovation and training for parties with direct or indirect interest according to a certain time unit. 2) The madrasa head facilitates and encourages teachers in madrasas to be more productive, proactive in utilizing existing resources. 3) Readiness for pedagogic competence, readiness for personal competence, readiness for social competence, readiness for professional competence.

Abstract

This research is to describe how Management Improves the Quality of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Kesuma LKMD Namorambe Deli Serdang Regency The development of madrasah quality is one of the duties and functions of the madrasah head as a leader is one of the determining factors in developing quality in madrasas. The principal of the madrasa as the highest leader in the school, the patterns and strategies in leading have a very large influence on the progress of the madrasa. Control over the use of existing resources in the madrasa by the head of the madrasa is by utilizing the facilities and infrastructure and resources in the madrasa. Collection of research evidensi obtained by observation techniques, interviews and documentation studies. The evidensi analysis step is to collect data, reduce evidensi and then conclude the data. To determine the validity of the data, it is necessary to check the validity of the data, including: credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The results of this study concluded that: 1) Madrasah heads in developing the quality of madrasah required: Madrasah head performance, Adequate madrasah facilities and infrastructure, Increased teacher competence in madrasas, Student extracurricular activities. 2) Control of the madrasah head to develop the quality of the madrasah is needed: Control of education financing, Scheduled and unscheduled controls, Control of facilities and infrastructure. Madrasa quality assurance carried out by madrasa heads in improving the quality of madrasas are: Education report cards, Student Graduate Improvement, Teacher Career Improvement.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk evaluasi program bimbingan dan konseling di SMK Penerbangan PBD Medan untuk mendukung taruna-taruni untuk penyelesaian masalahnya, pengembangan kepribadiannya, yang didukung program dan konsep manajemen bimbingan dan konseling. Model evaluasi yang digunakan adalah model evaluasi context, input, process, product (CIPP) untuk mengetahui efektifitas program bimbingan dan konseling di SMK. Penelitian yang diunakan ini adalah kualitatif, fenomenologi data di dapatkan dari wakil kepala sekolah ketarunaan. guru bimbingan dan konseling, dan taruna-taruni SMK Penerbangan PBD Medan. Hasil evaluasi Context, berada di katagori cukup baik, dengan adanya program yang sesuai dengan Regulasi, keterlibatan warga sekolah, taruna-taruninya. Hasil evaluasi Input ada di katagori cukup baik dengan pada kriteria guru BKnya belum memenuhi syarat dan sarana dan prasarana belum memadai. Hasil evaluasi Proses di katagori cukup baik masih kurang pada rancangan programnya dan belum adanya ruangan kusus bimbingan dan konseling. Hasil evaluasi Productnya berada pada katagori cukup baik pada tahapan ini program bimbingan dan konseling mampu menolong taruna- taruni dalam pengembangan diri, dan akademiknya.

Abstract

Dalam lembaga pendidikan, manajemen sumber daya manusia harus selalu dilakukan. Hal ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan standar pengajaran yang diberikan oleh lembaga pendidikan tersebut. Namun, masih banyak lembaga pendidikan yang gagal mengelola sumber daya manusianya secara memadai, sehingga kualitasnya rendah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan merupakan jenis penelitian studi kasus subjek penelitian dengan tehnik purposive. Sebuah metode purposive digunakan untuk memilih peserta untuk penelitian. Prosedur pemilahan informasi adalah: observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Pemeriksaan informasi model intraktif dari Miles dan Huberman. Menggunakan triangulasi sumber, triangulasi teknis, dan membercheck, kredibilitas data dievaluasi untuk menentukan validitasnya. Berikut ini adalah temuan penelitian: 1) Pendaftaran dan pilihan, dilaporkan secara terbuka. Panitia dibentuk pada saat rekrutmen dan seleksi pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan baru. 2) Ada beberapa prasyarat dan pilihan untuk guru baru dan staf pelatihan. 3) Evaluasi pelaksanaan mulai dari pengaturan dan pelaksanaan pengambilan, pembukaan dan penutupan realisasi, terdapat variasi dalam dorongan belajar dan mensurvei kemampuan menyimak siswa dan pendidik. Poin ini dijadikan sebagai indikator ujian presentasi yang akan berdampak pada hasil belajar di MAN Asahan agar visi dan misi madrasah tidak melayang begitu saja. Ujian Eksekusi merupakan penilaian terhadap pelaksanaan pekerjaan pendidik dalam mendidik. Jika pembelajaran cocok atau melampaui gambaran pencapaian prestasi yang menjadi fokus, pendidik telah bekerja dengan baik.

Abstract

Because of the proliferation of do-it-yourself internet and technology during the disruptive era, Muslims now have to exercise more discerning judgement when deciding what information and digital da'wah to accept online. Muslims have a challenge in this area since they are urged to exercise more discernment in their consumption of the vast amounts of digital information and propaganda available today. Two issues arose as a result of this investigation's findings: 1. Sayyid Ahmad Al-Marzuky, in his book Aqidatul Layman, explains why learning about aqidah is important; 2. Implications for today's society of the values espoused in aqidah education, as stated by Sayyid Ahmad Al-Marzuky in his book Aqidatul Awwam, in light of the prevailing disarray. This kind of research is often done at a library. The Book of Aqidatul Awwam, translated and published by "Al-Miftah" in Surabaya; secondary sources employing a semiotic approach; data collection techniques involving reduction, heuristics, and hermeunitics; documentation; and, finally, the use of contingent analysis to interpret the results. The study's goals led to the following results: 1) Sayyid Ahmad Al-Marzuki's Book of Aqidatul Awwam is divided into six sections, which are as follows: a. Belief in Allah, which necessitates acceptance of the attributes attributed to Him; b. Have confidence in Rasulullah; c. Angel Trust; d. Faith in Allah's scriptures; e. Faith in the Last Day; f. Confidence in one's own future. 2) There are reportedly three types of Implications of the Values of Aqidah Education found in the Book of Aqidatul Layman in the Disruptive Era. Here are the three classes: a. Muslims are barred from worshipping anything or anybody save Allah; b. To safeguard oneself against the influence of false religious teachings that may emerge as a byproduct of advances in technology; c. Promote the spread of Islam.

Abstract

This article discusses the branding of Islamic, boarding school, and integrated schools/madrasahs as high-quality educational institutions. The research problem is the need to differentiate and compare the three types of high-quality schools/madrasahs and their integration of general and religious education. The research aims to explore the characteristics and educational approaches of Islamic, boarding school, and integrated schools/madrasahs, as well as their role in shaping students' character, independence, and holistic learning. The methodology used is a library research approach, where relevant literature is reviewed and analyzed. The findings show that Islamic schools/madrasahs focus on character formation and spiritual development, boarding schools promote independence and holistic character development, and integrated schools create a holistic learning experience. The implications of this research are the importance of integrating general and religious education, character development, and independence in high-quality Islamic educational institutions.

Abstract

Quality is the main need of every person, every institution and even every country, so the slogan Quality is everybody's business emerged, where efforts to obtain and improve quality are everyone's main agenda. Quality is a challenge for business and educational institutions because they are faced with the problem of how to manage quality in the face of global competition. A school that is "quality" oriented is required to always move dynamically, full of innovation efforts, and condition itself as a learning institution or organization that always pays attention to the demands of society's continuously developing needs. For this reason, schools are required to always try to perfect the design or standards of educational processes and outcomes so that they can produce "graduates" who meet the demands of society.

Abstract

Organizational culture is a pattern of basic assumptions regarding the beliefs, values ​​and behavior created. This article aims to understand the organizational culture at UPTD SPF SMP Negeri 1 Gunung Meriah Aceh Singkil. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative research method. The research results show that the school organizational culture at UPTD SPF SMP Negeri 1 Gunung Meriah Aceh Singkil is about the discipline of the principal, teachers and administrative employees; student discipline; (2). hard work culture, namely the hard work of teachers and students; (3) competitive culture, namely competition between teachers and competition among students; c). The influence of the school organizational culture developed at UPTD SPF SMP Negeri 1 Gunung Meriah Aceh Singkil on school achievement, among others (1). the influence of school organizational culture on the achievement of UPTD SPF students at SMP Negeri 1 Gunung Meriah Aceh Singkil; (2). the achievements of UPTD SPF alumni of SMP Negeri 1 Gunung Meriah Aceh Singkil at the secondary education level, namely about parents' impressions of UPTD SPF SMP Negeri 1 Gunung Meriah Aceh Singkil, Alumnus of UPTD SPF SMP Negeri 1 Gunung Meriah Aceh Singkil at the secondary education level; d). discussion, including: (1). organizational culture developed by the school principal, (2). culture of hard work carried out by teachers, (3). student competitive culture.

Abstract

Education is an investment process that forms human resources who have the skills and skills to meet future demands. Achieving the goals of Education, it is necessary to have education with a quality education system. Education can be categorized as quality if it meets and can exceed the 8 educational standards listed in PP no. 19 of 2005. The quality of education has a positive impact as a form of competitive advantage that can be used as an aspect of competitiveness with other educational institutions. This article aims to describe specifically about the quality of Education and competitive advantage as competitiveness with other Educational Institutions. This article uses library research methods in its writing, by collecting data sourced from published scientific references. The results of this article found that the quality of education is illustrated if it meets 8 national education standards and can provide satisfaction to the needs of education stakeholders. The quality of education is also one of the materials of competitive advantage as the competitiveness of educational institutions. Generating competitive advantage requires strategy and analysis of strengths, opportunities of Educational Institutions such as through SWOT analysis.

Abstract

The world of education in Indonesia, especially at the primary and secondary education levels, is faced with the most important and fundamental educational problem, namely the low quality of education. Various observations and analyzes were carried out, resulting in the conclusion that there are more or less three factors that cause the quality of education in Indonesia to not experience significant improvement, namely: the implementation of education in Indonesia uses an "Educational Function" or "input-output analysis" approach which is not carried out consistently. Consequently, the implementation of education is centralized bureaucratic, so that schools are very dependent on bureaucratic decisions and minimal community participation. One of the managerial strategies developed to ensure that a school organization has resilience and vitality in the present and is sustainable into the future is by carrying out a SWOT analysis in order to formulate an organization, both a business company and a social organization. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach. This type of research is a library study or can be called a literature study, namely research that limits research activities to materials found in the library without doing any research.
