Abstract

Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin (SMB) II Museum is a historical icon of Palembang City; however, the limited availability of tour guides, interactive media, and digital interaction has resulted in a suboptimal visitor experience. This study aims to design the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of a mobile museum companion application using the Design Thinking method, which consists of the Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test stages. The main focus of the design is to create an intuitive self-guided tour experience to help visitors access historical information more easily and interactively. This study produces a prototype application named SriWarna, which is evaluated using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). The prototype integrates local Palembang cultural elements into a modern digital interface. The evaluation results indicate that the proposed application design enhances visitor engagement and facilitates independent access to historical information. Nevertheless, the SriWarna application has the potential to be further refined in order to provide a more consistent and optimal user experience for all museum visitors.

Abstract

Amanzi Waterpark is a water-based tourism destination that attracts visitors from various age groups. However, based on direct observations and interviews with visitors, several issues were identified, including limited access to up-to-date information regarding ticket prices, promotions, operating hours, and ride details. These limitations may affect visitor convenience and interest prior to visiting the location. This study applies the User Centered Design (UCD) approach to develop a website interface that functions as an information and online ticket purchasing platform for Amanzi Waterpark. The UCD process includes understanding the context of use, identifying user requirements, designing solutions, and conducting iterative evaluations. Research subjects consisted of children, teenagers, adults, and families selected purposively. Data were collected through direct observation and interviews conducted at the research site. The result of this study is a proposed website UI/UX design that provides online ticket purchasing features, comprehensive ride information, and updated ticket prices and promotional content, aimed at improving service quality and enhancing visitor experience.

Abstract

Abstrak - PT XYZ adalah sebuah perusahaan yang beroperasi dalam bidang konstruksi dan merupakan salah satu pelopor perusahaan yang mengembangkan perumahan terintegrasi di Sumatera Selatan khususnya kota Palembang. Saat ini, PT XYZ menghadapi tantangan dalam efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan data calon pembeli. Saat ini, proses pengumpulan dan pelaporan data calon pembeli masih mengandalkan alat pengolah data sederhana seperti Microsoft Excel, yang mengakibatkan duplikasi data dan kesulitan dalam pemantauan data secara efektif oleh manajemen. Agar dapat menangani permasalahan yang ada, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan maksud untuk merancang aplikasi pemasaran berbasis website untuk PT XYZ. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk mengintegrasikan proses pengumpulan data calon pembeli, meminimalkan duplikasi data, dan menyediakan laporan yang terstruktur kepada manajemen. Diharapkan bahwa implementasi aplikasi ini akan membantu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional perusahaan dan mendukung pertumbuhan strategis dalam pengembangan properti di Sumatera Selatan. Metodologi pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode iterasi yang terdiri dari beberapa tahapan yaitu perencanaan, analisis, rancangan, implementasi, dan pemeliharaan. Currently, PT XYZ is facing challenges in the efficiency and effectiveness of managing prospective buyer data. Currently, the process of collecting and reporting prospective buyer data still relies on simple data processing tools such as Microsoft Excel, which results in data duplication and difficulties in effective data monitoring by management. In order to overcome these problems, the purpose of this research is to create a design for a website-based marketing application for PT XYZ. This application is designed to integrate the prospective buyer data collection process, minimize data duplication, and provide structured reports to management. It is hoped that the implementation of this application will help improve the company's operational efficiency and support strategic growth in property development in South Sumatra. The development methodology used in this research is an iterative method which consists of several stages, namely planning, analysis, design, implementation and maintenance. Abstract

Corn leaf diseases pose a significant threat to agricultural productivity, necessitating accurate and efficient detection methods. While extensive deep learning research has been applied to plant disease classification, comparative studies of Hyperparameter Optimization (HPO) frameworks on lightweight architectures such as MobileNetV3 remain scarce. This study aims to compare the performance of Optuna and Hyperopt in optimizing the hyperparameters of MobileNetV3 for corn leaf disease classification. The Kaggle Corn Leaf Disease dataset, comprising 4,000 images across four classes (leaf blight, leaf spot, rust, and healthy), was split 80:10:10 for training, validation, and testing. The hyperparameter search space encompassed learning rate, optimizer type, batch size, and dropout rate, with each framework limited to 15 trials. Results indicate that for MobileNetV3-Small, Optuna achieved an accuracy of 96.75% (F1: 96.66%), marginally outperforming Hyperopt (96.50%; F1: 96.39%). Conversely, for MobileNetV3-Large, Hyperopt demonstrated superior performance with an accuracy of 97.00% (F1: 96.96%) compared to Optuna (96.25%; F1: 96.14%). The Wilcoxon signed-rank test revealed no statistically significant difference between the two frameworks (p > 0.05). These findings suggest that both frameworks are statistically equivalent, and MobileNetV3-Small offers the most favorable balance between classification accuracy and computational efficiency for mobile-based plant disease detection applications.

Abstract

Sektor teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) menyumbang sekitar 3,8% emisi karbon global dan proporsinya diproyeksikan terus meningkat seiring pertumbuhan lalu lintas data serta dominasi akses melalui perangkat mobile. Kondisi ini mendorong munculnya Sustainable User Experience (Sustainable UX) sebagai pendekatan untuk menekan dampak lingkungan produk digital tanpa mengorbankan kualitas pengalaman pengguna. Namun, hingga kini belum tersedia framework pengukuran yang mampu menyatukan metrik kualitas pengalaman pengguna dengan metrik konsumsi energi dan jejak karbon digital dalam satu kerangka evaluasi yang utuh. Penelitian ini tidak mengembangkan maupun mengevaluasi framework baru, melainkan memetakan gap penelitian melalui Systematic Literature Review (SLR) berprotokol PRISMA atas publikasi tahun 2020–2025 pada basis data IEEE Xplore dan ACM Digital Library, dengan artikel terpilih yang dinilai secara independen oleh dua peninjau. Hasil sintesis mengungkap lima sub-gap, yaitu ketiadaan metrik terpadu, kuesioner UX tanpa dimensi keberlanjutan, tools energy profiling yang berorientasi developer, carbon calculator berbasis proxy transfer data, serta ketiadaan framework analisis trade-off. Kelima sub-gap tersebut disintesiskan menjadi model konseptual agenda penelitian tiga horizon yang menetapkan urutan dan prasyarat antar-tahap, dan inilah kontribusi utama penelitian ini.
